It's not easy to build wealth anymore. There's a significant wealth transfer taking place especially in my country. Those close to the government continue to get richer. Earning money through hard work has always been difficult, but now it's harder than ever. If you don't have political connections, it becomes even more difficult. I don't think it's right to build wealth that way anyway. I'd rather earn less but make money fairly through my own hard work. That's better for me.

I don't accept such ideology that it is no longer easy building wealth, complete acceptance to this thinking may make some giveup on there dreams believing there is no way forward anymore.  Since the existence of this world it was not all that where born with a silver spoon rather some made themselves who they are through hardwork, perseverance, commitment and unsatisfactory decisions that denied them pleasure that lead to unimaginable wealth at last, which i am sure by so doing one can still find his way off poverty and become a topic to others.

That’s just it. It goes both ways, not just one. Hard work is important, so is smart work important. Y without one you can stay stuck for a long time with no progress. So it’s both equally important.
Because while working hard, you also need to think and make decisions smarter. learning from what you’re doing, and adjust when something is not working. Some times you don’t even need to work more than others, by just moving smarter you’re good to go.

Hard work is good quite alright, but smart work is the only way to get rich, because any money that is made, and is not invested will not produce more money, and you are going to work again in the future, once you finish making use of it for your basic needs. But if you invest, by making your money work for you, that is the only way your money can multiply on it own, even when you are asleep, so smart work beat hard work every day, even though most people wouldn't agree to this.

Furthermore, working too hard will only deteriorate your health, which will make you not to be strong enough to enjoy the money you work so hard for, so too much hard work can even be a threat to your health, unlike smart work.

Good point, the moment you realize that there's other ways or option to make money like investing or putting up your own business, where you are letting your money to work for you, aside from what you are earning from your day job, you can save some then invest from this, you are enabling the potential of growing your savings, though it's not going to happen instantly unless you are very lucky, but hardwork will help to acheived such goals.

We should think in a way where we use our money, then our money will work and that money make more money for us. We should think in a way where even if you are not working, money will keep making money for you. A job may give you a certain amount of income regularly, but investing, business or building the right assets gradually creates a position where your money starts making more money on its own. And one thing is that to achieve good success, we cannot depend just on our job, it is impossible to achieve success by working job alone, we have to focus on investment and business, this is the only way to achieve great success.
