It is true that with proper financial management, a person can live normally according to his income, but only by properly managing his finances will not work in improving the economic situation. I have a certain income, no matter how well I manage my money, my money will not increase, moreover, with time there is inflation where the value of money starts to be lost. If you manage your finances properly, it may be possible to reduce your expenses to some extent, but if you consider the time, reducing that expense is not enough. So, you definitely have to increase your income. Assuming salary structures are designed in regards to inflation rate it would have been very easy to balance the equation and enable one have savings at the end of the month.
On daily basis the country experience constant inflation without any hope of balancing it all because of the system of leadership that exists all over the world and all this happens because of only one reason which is the leadership system,  a system that prioritise selfish interest over the interest of citizens.

Mental labor can sometimes be more demanding than physical labor but most times, mental effort are mostly looked at to be a kind of smart work and not hard work. there are several hard working dudes that are doing so without a single exertion of physical energy and they outsiders might not consider it serious hard work, it sometimes drains one more than most physical works. that is why mental stress can be disturbing someone without outsiders fully understanding what the person is going through.
