Not just hard work there are also many other factors to keep in mind if u want ownership and wealth. Hard work increases your chances of success  but it does not guarantee it. Things like timing and opportunities and smart work and even luck also matters. If we see in our surroundings many workers are producing more value they work very hard but wages have not increased at the same pace as the cost of living and asset prices i mean inflation versus price depreciation . What i am trying to say is just hard work is not necessary for wealth you have to be think smartly as well . In today's world hard work plus  smart work is the simple combination for wealth rather in job or in business.
Working smart and having good timing is not enough to become wealthy. In today's economy, many people are affected; it is a hard time to succeed. Previously, working hard and smart could easily lead to wealth because the economy was not as bad as it is right now.

If you check, companies and businesses that were doing fine are folding, and these are businesses that have already been established but couldn't withstand the current climate. Think of non-existing businesses that people are trying to build from scratch. It is not easy; small businesses are crashing. It is simply a problem of the economy. If the economy is good, people can work hard and do well in their business or whatever generates money.

Good point not because things did not ends well means that it's already a failure, if the person looks on the bright side he'll be able to reconsider trying or find another way to succeed, similar to what you said, if that experienced turn as basis when trying a different way either business or working in a different field, that experience will use as guide to prevent losing again or avoid doing the same thing then get the same outcome.
Failing in a few attempts isn’t necessarily a total failure. It’s simply a series of steps toward delayed success. Even those who have now achieved financial success have certainly experienced some failures in the business ventures they’ve built. But those who manage to bounce back, analyze the reasons behind those failures, and correct them are the ones who will ultimately achieve success.

Even some of today’s wealthiest figures seem to have their own experiences with failure. It’s just that they didn’t give up; they continued to work hard with consistency and discipline. As a result, they ultimately succeeded and became among the wealthiest people.

As an example, I’ll share three successful figures who once failed. They are

1. Bill Gates (who failed in the Traf-O-Data business before finally succeeding by founding Microsoft)

2. Jack Ma (whose story is quite well known he was even rejected for a job, and he also failed in launching his internet company, China Pages, in 1995, before eventually succeeding with his company, Alibaba)

3. Elon Musk (His journey with SpaceX wasn’t as smooth as one might imagine. Tesla reportedly nearly went bankrupt in 2008 because the Falcon 1 rocket reportedly experienced a series of launch failures and, well, it wasn’t just once, but reportedly three times in a row.)

Hard work is just one of the things among the many that one need to become successful,
Becoming successful is a collection of different characters and putting it all together,
Hard work
Patience
Discipline
Logical reasoning
Dedication etc...
All these and more are needed for a successful life
But how many people can maintain the balance between all these things?
Many people are not patient,
Many people are not hardworking,
Many people are afraid of taking risks,
Many people do not have the power to research, that is, they cannot identify right and wrong.
Every person has some weaknesses, which become obstacles in their path to success.
But beyond all these, those who can manage everything well, identify their weaknesses and fix them, are basically different from everyone else and they are the ones who ultimately reach a more successful level than everyone else.

It might not be enough to become wealthy but that's a gate way to it. If it's not just because of the situation of the economy that's too bad right now, we'd see a lot of wealthy people who works smartly.

But with how things are becoming tougher, AIs, innovation, inflation and a lot of factors that are trying to stop us to thrive in life it just gets harder and harder.

Think of non-existing businesses that people are trying to build from scratch. It is not easy; small businesses are crashing. It is simply a problem of the economy. If the economy is good, people can work hard and do well in their business or whatever generates money.
I agree.

Due to bad economy, everyone struggles except the rich people.

It really does seem very difficult to meet all those criteria. Being consistently patient, for example. well, that’s really not easy.

But everything makes more sense now. Namely, why there are more ordinary people than rich people. Because there are indeed very few people who are capable of being hardworking, patient, disciplined, and so on all at the same time.
Most people actually complain even more when they’re working hard. They might be disciplined at times, but other times they lose their discipline. And only those who can maintain consistency in all these areas will ultimately succeed.

Everyone knows the path to success. But not everyone is capable of following it. I think that’s the conclusion.

Work hard doesn't guarantee riches rather working smart and consistent, you need to be consistent in whatever you are doing hopefully that it'll definitely pay one day, if not now then it will pay sooner. Many people that do work hard they never have it on their minds that their work will make them rich rather than looking for what will feed their families daily, working harder and smart with the mindset of one day my work will take me to where people don't expect is the only thing that will make you financially stable.

no matter how hard you work if you don't believe in yourself there's no way for such person to be rich by doing that work rather to work smarter, consistency and believing in yourself makes you rich.
Yes, if a person wants to achieve success, then first of all he has to be mentally stable and set a goal. To reach this goal, he has to find different ways. And when a person has a specific goal in front of him, he will try to do whatever is necessary to reach the goal and then success will come close to that person. A daily wage worker cannot change his fate even by working hard all day. From here it can be said that success cannot be achieved only through hard work. Again, there are many people who are endowed with immense wisdom, they try to improve their lives by using their talent along with hard work and in the end they are the ones who succeed.

It's just that sometimes these sufferings are justified, and sometimes they are in vain. More often it happens to be precisely the second option, unfortunately. A bad economy by itself does not necessarily lead to suffering. But in combination with a pronounced social inequality, the absence of social elevators, regional contrast, weak education, and poor state governance, it turns into conditions from which it is practically unrealistic to get out, unless you start to systematically break the established rules. And far from everyone is ready for this, even while realizing that the rules are stupid and imposed for the sake of the benefit of some at the expense of others.

A couple of decades ago, we lived by the saying; "hard work ensure success".
In recent times, that is however not the case, as the whole system is evolving.

One can consider working for more hours as hard work, consider that with the wages on display currently as in most cases wages don't match the level of work, and the drastic economic situations, expenses are sure outweighing incomes from wages.

Hard work can lead to productivity and productivity can lead to more income for owners, not workers, as workers may be compensated with just a little pay rise. This then leads to my point, wealth comes from ownership of assets; such as businesses, real estate and even stocks, and not necessarily by hard work, systems are changing, and ownership income is increasing.

Hard work gets you there for sure, but it's no longer enough, ownership is the wealth engine!
If hard work is left to only mean physical effects then the saying that "hard work ensure success" is not true, but that's not the case hard work happens physically, mentally and otherwise, so it depends on the kind of hard work if left to be physical that saying was never truer but if you consider mental hard work then it's true that hard work ensures success because your level of mental ability will in all angles determine your financial ability or your level of success or wealth.
What happened decades ago is a total misconception of what hard work is, they define hard work only physically without consideration to mental hard work or emotional hard work which makes it true that hard work ensures success. Hard work should be defined in all angles and such is done, you will see that ageless truth about hard work.

Weak education, and poor state governance will be a reasonable reason for now, because seeing how my country is not doing well,
the new system that continues to be a field of corruption and the indecisive head of state provides a solution that is in accordance with what the people want.

The rules are unreasonable and benefit those who have more money, so that those below the poverty line will remain as if they are unable to compete with those who have more money.

Hard work does not always yield results, it will not guarantee wealth if rules or regulations are not in favor of those who are small and want to develop.
Only on the side of those who have power and a lot of money.

The problem of a system that is oriented toward who has more money is that there are no clear rules. After all, rules are constantly broken, the boundaries of what is permitted are shifted by those who can simply offer more. This breeds an endless cycle of corruption, and the poverty line drops lower and lower, with more and more people finding themselves behind it. And getting out of such a state is extremely difficult, because the people possessing capital and power simply do not want to let new people into their circle, seeing them as potential competitors.

Agree to that, there are so many greed people who already got enough but doesn't want healthy competitions, they just wanted to keep their money making system and they will not going to allow anyone to go on their circle, I like the way you point it out as it's really affects the economy of more people who are just in a surviving state they are just content with what they have for now and even how hard they try they've got stuck since there's no opportunities being provided.

Many are not born to handle them but for most people who aren't born with a silver or gold spoon, it's what you have to do..
No one said life is easy, handling these things back to back is what makes it hard, but these is what a good life requires for those who are hustling to get it.
Doing the others and leaving some might still end up being a waste of time so one has to be ready.
Everyone born poor must be prepared to struggle if they want to become rich and achieve the financial freedom experienced by the rich. However, fighting from the bottom and becoming strong after becoming rich is indeed difficult because, on the one hand, everyone who struggles from the bottom must be consistent and must also be able to control themselves so as not to waste time on things that are unimportant in this life. Because people who are born rich clearly don't know how to struggle from the bottom, and if they fall into poverty, they may not be able to fight to rise again to become rich.

-snip-
because the people possessing capital and power simply do not want to let new people into their circle, seeing them as potential competitors.
This creates a kind of restriction that those who do not have enough money will not be able to cross this limit,
so those who have more capital and power will only be in the circle so that they can gain more profits without having other potential rivals.

The rich get richer and the poor get poorer, the more money will determine the profit in the end result.
Hard work will not always yield good results without having more money, those who have a lot of money are more relaxed and their money will work.

because the people possessing capital and power simply do not want to let new people into their circle, seeing them as potential competitors.

At first glance, this condition does not seem very fair but indeed with the current situation where the law of the jungle is still running even though it is not implied that things like this will continue to exist because we are always taught in life that social strata are important.  But that doesn't mean that those in the poor sphere can't change even if they can't become rich but at least they can or have hope of changing their lives and this is what we are always trying to do now.

When talking about wealth everything will be endless where we will always consider less so the benchmark I think is not for wealth but for us to feel enough (for poor people) we will not be able to change the social strata even though the ambition is very big to make ourselves rich but the social strata that has long been used will not be changed just like that.

I agree.

Due to bad economy, everyone struggles except the rich people.

Still confused on this opinion. What reason do you think can help justify that a bad economy do not lead to suffering when we all know suffering is the end result of bad governance and its allies.
Citizens living in a nations with bad government always ends up suffering because this corrupt system always creates a vacuum that must make things difficult for all citizens except for the once benefiting from that corrupt system of governance, but why you clearly said it do not push citizens to a suffering point is what i cannot find till now.
Although to every advantage there must be a disadvantage and same also to every disadvantage but I will be pleased if more explanation is given to this

Because people who are born rich clearly don't know how to struggle from the bottom, and if they fall into poverty, they may not be able to fight to rise again to become rich.
If they fall earlier they will be able to,
Every one that is not born out of a rich family manages to become successful, and they can be able to handle it,
And even if you where rich before and became broke you will still have that survival instinct to be successful and you will be equipped to handle it.
It's an experience once life make you experience it you will be able to handle it again.

Many people make mistakes by comparing earning earning money and building wealth. Every one knows hard work gives financial stability but along with hard work if we make smart decision then we will have the chances to grow our monkey or wealth over time. We have many example that people work hard for decades but still they fail to get financial stability. Because they don't invest on time out through i investment. we can make billion rupees and it's also becomes the additional resources of income and we get long term financial stability. But without any research and knowledge it's very difficult to start a business. So knowledge about investing is the main skill that we should learns and applied. All successful investors must have the knowledge about there investment and they also have the knowledge about Risk management and they always focus on long term success as compared to instant progress.
People are giving their best to their work and they want to be a millionaire in the young age and they want to invest their precious time on the job to earn a bonus but that is not good path because you should follow the short route in life if you want to earn a big amount. Many people are earning by only one job which is not enough to run the system of family. People are earning from different jobs are more happy became they have multiple source of income and they don't depend on a single income which could be end at any time because most of the chances it will be private and business mind people are earning a huge amount of money because they are Investing their most of the money and they are getting profit not income.

Actually, if we can judge, it is not wealth that will make a person satisfied but whether they are enough or not, grateful or not with what they already have.
This is quite difficult to realize, because no matter how much money they have, it will not be enough, like the example that happens to rich people with high ranks who are still committing acts of corruption,
even though they have a lot of money, then why is it still corrupt, this is about dissatisfaction or a trait that is too greedy.

The Social Strata can be changed with money and also the ability of qualified individuals, It is not easy but it is not something impossible because every next generation, a shift in social strata will occur.

To get rich, you need to build assets, I don't know any other way. If you work your whole life and hope to get rich that way, you'll likely fail, unless you become a managing director at a large organization, but that's unlikely unless you have connections within the company. But if you work, save, and invest the money you've saved in assets that will generate passive income, it won't be a quick fix, but it will likely make you wealthy and able to live off the income from your assets.
