Things changed, before people do rely on hard work to earn and survive, but recently the inflation rate is very high, more expense makes hardwork seem like a waste of time and effort especially when the reward is less than the effort so to survive people need to work smart, by using their money to get more money and how can that be done if not through investment, not just that but investing in an asset with potential for good returns.
If you observe the wealthy people you'll notice that they maintain their wealth through assets be it digital or physical, and it takes a process not something that quick profits should be expected from so if someone seeking wealth can strategise in gradually buying assets consistently with little amount that's available, wealth can be made in future.

No doubt, the circumstances change with time and human needs also change, but earning more money is not a sign of success or prosperity. Real success is when a person achieves enough through his hard work to live a life of dignity, peace and contentment. If wealth becomes a desire to accumulate then no matter how much he has, he feels less. On the contrary, if along with income, employment and opportunities are created for people using his hard work, talent and intelligence, then this wealth also becomes beneficial for society. It is not as important for a single person to become rich as it is for his success to light a stove in other people homes and give them the opportunity to stand on their own feet. In my opinion, the real beauty is when a person creates convenience for others while fulfilling his own needs.

Securing the future is very essential despite the situation of the economy. Rich people are smart and that’s why they always think about the stability of their upcoming generations, but that shouldn't warrant the leaders to take advantage of the poor. Till date people still rely on hard work to survive, but if not that I wonder how many people will survive this current economic situation. Lazy people cannot survive this economy, because if you don't work there is no you will be stable unless you're depending on someone.

You gave a good idea, as most of the people only want to get success, and they are earning money for their family, and they are not working for any other person in their street or town. The people who are providing comfort to other people are happy in their lives. The people who are doing business and they are giving jobs are doing good work because they are providing comfort in the homes of other people. Many people have money, but they have no peace in life, and for poor people, cheap things are the only peace because he has to pay nothing for that. Job people are doing work for the company, and they have to be sincere with the company, which will eradicate many problems of our society. Our society is a collection of people is people are correct, then result will be good.

Whether hard or smart work, the end point should be achieving success and because someone put in hard work to achieve something, it doesn't mean those who work smart are not real or doing it legitimately. Mind you, accumulation has no end point so far wealth is concerned, cause to maintain it you’ll have to keep accumulating through asset or whatever means. I'm not against charity or creating opportunity for people to earn while working for you, but what am against is someone being entitled to my money without offering any services, charity shouldn't be mandatory but should be done through free will and people should reduce their level of entitlement.

But it is better to keep investment as a part of your income rather than considering it as an alternative to income, because if you just save money, its purchasing power can decrease over time. However it is not wise to pour money everywhere in the hope of high profits. It is more realistic to invest a little bit regularly and spread the risk over several places, because it is better to create a habit that can be maintained after a few years than to think about getting rich quickly.

Those who are lazy, they cannot actually start anything, in everything they always have their own lazy mentality pushing them away. And that is why it is mandatory to remove laziness. When people prepare themselves to do any work, then they can do everything with their own strength. And therefore you should think about the future, no one will feed you with income for the rest of your life, and therefore it is never possible to keep your future safe in the long run without working or making any kind of income arrangement. You have to think about the future and start anything for your progress, get a job, or do business, or invest, you have to do everything to secure your future.

Most of my friends are like that, if you tell them about work they won't listen to you forgetting that the economy situation of the country is very bad. And one other thing that is affecting them is that they depend on government job, nowadays government doesn't give out job freely unless you're somehow related to the person who happen to be the employer if not that nothing for you. I stopped hoping for government work years back, and thank goodness I didn't rely on them if not I wouldn't have achieved all of this, so I used to urge everyone to wake up and start struggling because the economy situation of the country is getting more worse.

There's no doubt that hard work is important and there are people that have succeeded from working hard but in this time and age that we live in presently not everyone works tediously to make money and plus you actually be hard working but without having the right informations you might not achieve anything substantial. There are actually more important things to focus on that just hard work and one is building a valuable skill, this is going to help you in terms of relevance and once you can offer people something you are definitely going to have lots of profits from it. Secondly, networking, instead of being isolated and just working hard making valuable connections can go a long way.

Inflation has negatively impacted the finances of many people. Purchasing power has decreased, making it increasingly important to protect the value of your money. You have to protect the value of your money. To do this, you need to be knowledgeable about the markets. For those who don't have this option or don't consider it, another option is to find additional sources of income.
Additional income sources help you earn more money during times of inflation, thus reducing the impact of inflation. In fact, increasing your income sources is something that should be done not only during times of inflation but at all times.
Do you think it's so easy to find multiple sources of income to mitigate inflation risks? Even if you manage to do so, will you be able to afford it all? It will take up practically all your free time. You'll only have time for sleep. And when will you have time to live? I've been through something similar. I remember working three jobs at once. It was incredibly difficult. All I could do was work and sleep. No personal life. It was out of the question. And then I experienced mental burnout. Not to mention the physical fatigue. So, it's not as simple as you recommend.

I believe the ownership argument is significant but another one which we tend not to consider is access to capital. It's possible for two people to work the same number of hours and make the same number of decisions and still one person might be able to take more risk, and benefit from compounding, much sooner, because they already had savings, family support, useful connections or existing assets. Hard work is not a waste of time but it does explain why success not guaranteed by hard work. Capital and ownership can lead to the increase in the ability of that income to compound, while hard work can lead to an increase in earning power. For many people, the toughest thing is establishing the initial capital.

In my country, more than half of citizens have no savings at all. They live paycheck to paycheck. Almost half of residents also have one or more loans. The question is: What kind of initial capital can we even talk about in such a dire situation? How can they climb out of this financial abyss? Will they ever be able to do so? And the economic situation is worsening daily due to sanctions. Frankly, I'm terrified of the looming future. There's no light at the end of the tunnel. I don't even know what to do anymore.

In all that you have said you still didn't rule out the importance of hard work which means to learn that skill you need to be hard working cause it is not everyone that can survive the stress of getting a skill since they have to learn under another person which to some it is very difficult for them. A well determined person who intend to be hard working will go for a skill after going to school because in the absence of a white collar job he or she can switch over to his skills and if he's able to solve problems with his skills then he's not going to be hungry because the more problems you are able to solve with your skills the more people will come to you. Those who have gotten the skills but are updated to the current happenings in their environment are lacking wisdom, they have to apply that sense to their skills so they do not suffer for lack of information.

Working hard mean you must exchange time for income, on some level actually this habits hinders our opportunity to become prosperous and wealthy. Having many income sources or getting high income not automatically make you rich. Becoming rich has a formula and a pattern. Working hard relying on our physical strenght which has limitation, if we don't have enough time to manage our money or think outside the box than what we do will only saving money or spent money. To be wealthy we should transform our income to be our safety net and to be productive asset so we will not getting trapped in rat race cycle, live from paycheck and live for pay expenses.

You're right, working smart is more important than working hard. However, that does not mean hard work is no longer important. You can have a good financial strategy, knowledge, and skills, but without the effort and discipline to execute them, they won't bring you success.
I have met some people who work less but still live a comfortable life, but that doesnt mean they are not hardworking. Most of them have also gone through period of nonstop hard work, quietly building their foundation before reaching where they're today.
Similarly, most of the wealthiest people have had to invest a great deal of time and effort before they could enjoy the success they achieved. None of them became rich simply by working less than other from the beginning.
Some become rich by inheritance. No need to work at all. Just a simple wealth transfer from your one of your deceased family members to you. I've noticed that those who get rich without effort, don't tend to value work as much as those who worked hard to build their way towards financial success. But don't worry, because tech will eventually change our society in ways we've never imagined. No matter the amount of wealth that is being transferred to someone, if you don’t work hard to maintain that wealth, the money will surely finish and that person will start from square one. Wealth will only last if you keep multiplying it, you keep increasing it, but if it is just constant and one keeps spending, it will surely get finished. All I can say is that hard work pays, even the richest man still works hard to make more money for the future. Money can never satisfy anyone, we keep wanting more and so therefore you need to get to work to build more wealth, it must not be physical work, but something meaningful with a creative mindset you invest your money in to generate more money, which is also working with your brain.

Hardwork is a key component in success. But it also depends on how you define success. If that means to become CEO, then it takes more than just hardwork. It also takes luck/opportunity, networking/meeting the right people, having the right idea.
But hardwork is still good. It still gets you out of what you are currently in (e.g. say not doing so well). I think the initial stages of hardwork pays off the most (in terms of the returns), but incremental hardwork (e.g. the delta) will result in lesser gains until you include all the other factors listed above.

Securing the future is very essential despite the situation of the economy. Rich people are smart and that’s why they always think about the stability of their upcoming generations, but that shouldn't warrant the leaders to take advantage of the poor. Lazy people cannot survive this economy, because if you don't work there is no you will be stable unless you're depending on someone. A secure future doesn’t come from being lazy or just hoping for the best. It comes from grinding and actually being smart with your money. But it’s not just on us. We need leaders who are fair and honest too. Real progress only happens when hard work actually pays off and the system isn’t rigged against people. People who are financially stable aren’t just thinking about this month’s bills. They’re thinking 5-10 years ahead. And stability isn’t just about working harder. It’s about managing money well, investing, and actually understanding how finance works.

Hard work can lead to productivity and productivity can lead to more income for owners, not workers, as workers may be compensated with just a little pay rise. This then leads to my point, wealth comes from ownership of assets; such as businesses, real estate and even stocks, and not necessarily by hard work, systems are changing, and ownership income is increasing.
For business owners, the hard work of their subordinates can be highly profitable as sales increase, whereas workers generally receive only a salary or a bonus. Nowadays, hard work alone is insufficient achieving a superior financial position requires a different approach, as relying solely on hard work is no longer the ideal strategy. One might initially work hard to accumulate capital, but that money should eventually be invested in assets capable of generating maximum returns. In this regard, I favor Bitcoin as a fundamental asset because it is proven furthermore, it does not require significant investment capital, making it possible for anyone to pursue financial freedom through this investment path. Business and real estate ventures require substantial capital, limiting the chances of success for those with limited funds, whereas Bitcoin investment enables individuals to seize opportunities even with the smallest amount of capital.

No, I definitely don't see any light at the end of the tunnel. Not even a hint of it. I tend to trust those economists who founded the higher school of economics in my country. They were labeled extremists and foreign agents because they tell the truth, and the authorities don't like that at all. So... One of them says the country is hurtling toward disaster at breakneck speed and there's nothing that can be done about it. People are doomed to a life of poverty. The treasury has nothing left to fill except taxes. If they increase them again, businesses simply won't be able to withstand it and will be forced to close. And that will only worsen the revenue situation.
