They were already rich and with the rich, if they did not invest money in Bitcoin, they would have invested their money on other things that very likely helped them richer too. With such the rich, if they felt fearful with Bitcoin investment, ignored Bitcoin, likely they did not choose altcoins, so with investment into traditional assets that they were familiar with, getting profit is very possible. So they will possibly not regret too much as they did not lose money, just got less profit than if they invest money in bitcoin.

It's very different than the poor, who would have changed their life with Bitcoin investment years ago. It's bigger regret with the poor who ignored bitcoin but chose altcoins and lost money with shitcoins.

Personally, the over expensiveness of a thing depends on the value the person places on that particular thing or commodity. This is clearly shown if we take a house, a living apartment for example. Some people pay for a very highly placed house apartment I'm big prices because they know the worth and value of such apartment since they know what they want. Bitcoin had very low trading volume at that time, and it suits people who are running community on the internet, that's why many faucets were available at the time, it was that very easy,, even faucets feels more like you were mining Bitcoin in real time because all it takes was just time, in few hours time of claiming faucets you can end up with 0.1 BTC easily. That straight facts that Bitcoin price was around at $600 at that year(2015) and way more higher than current price as today, it shows Bitcoin is great and there's always a chance that its value will raise over time.

That growth we have seen on Bitcoin is not about on its price, but rather it shows its scarcity and resistance from censorship that's why this coin became more valuable. Even those small factions they buy right now maybe come expensive in future, that's common reason why its better to accumulate now and its good if they use their discretionary income to increase their chances to succeed.

Perhaps some of you don’t know that Bitcoin was once that cheap per coin. And if you look up Bitcoin’s all-time low on Coinmarketcap you’ll see it was around $0.04 (Source). But Bitcoin’s price has actually been lower than that. In an old thread you can see that an early user once auctioned off 10k Bitcoin with an opening bid of $50. And if at that time someone had bid around $51 or even $60 then they would have gotten Bitcoin at a much lower price. But the auction ended without anyone placing a bid. I think that at the time many people still didn’t believe Bitcoin would become so valuable. And perhaps that’s how people feel who think Bitcoin is already too expensive. But I personally would never consider Bitcoin too expensive given that its performance so far has far exceeded the predictions of early adopters.

Can you imagine if you were there and took action and kept your keys and made it all the way to this point and just had boat loads of money? Now imagine that you did all that but lost access to your wallet or keys and then suddenly find them! Or even crazier! I think this price is still cheap, but certainly not for those who don't understand Bitcoin or those who are just getting to know Bitcoin.

If I could turn back time, I would have saved all my Bitcoin when I started collecting it when the price was still hundreds of dollars, but of course, because at that time it was still new and I didn't know what would happen in the future, so I was worried that it would go down and I felt that the results I got if I sold it were enough.
