OP, nice that you have introduced a new casino to this great platform. I like the fact that new casinos always find their way here through members or themselves, and it is really a good thing to say.

I had to do my findings about the casino while perusing the website, and there is something off about this casino, or is it that the team is inexperienced, or what? Because I do not see anything convincing about the casino that would warrant me depositing money with them to play games on their platform.

Firstly, they have no licence, or they did not upload it for us to see the source of their license, and they demand KYC before withdrawal. Their ToS is just scanty, as there is nothing tangible to hold onto.

The website is just off track and not well coordinated, and lastly, are you a representative of the casino or what, because I expected you to have done proper research about the casino before introducing it here? At least you have visited the website and have seen all these that you ought to have communicated to them to fix up, but anyway, they could still do the needful while their presence is noticed here.

Would the team be better off running it as a local casino specific to a region and not a global one? The website design is way behind global brands and will be behind brands in the region it is based but you stand a better chance there than opening it up when it is still not fully ready. You still have lots of non-English write up in the landing page and most of the reviews are not in English either.

Best approach? Test with minimum amount, verify withdrawals yourself, and decide based on your own experience.

There is no incentive to test at all or to even run it in demo mode with how the website is set up.

I’m the owner/operator of the site, not a hired rep. This is an early-stage project I’m building and testing in public, which is why the approach may look different from typical ANN threads.

Welcome to the forum. Your ann thread is very nice, but it's the first time I've seen a new casino where the owner creates an ann thread and minutes later the casino's domain is suspended. That's a bad sign; I don't know how it's possible that this happened to your casino. But this problem might make people afraid to use it. At least that's what I'm talking about for the people who saw this today. Anyway, I'll wait for the site to work so I can see the TOS and other things.

I checked also and it seems the suspension is yet to be handled or lifted which is very bad and still yet though the casino needs to make sure they are on the front of it all so they will be able to make good improvement as suggested by.members

That's strange to see a platform facing issues because of traffic, mostly a gambling platform because most gambling platforms are hosted on high end servers to bear load of as much traffic as possible.

I think they are using a shared cPanel hosting from https://ifastnet.com
They were probably using the free version or the cheapest one offered by the hosting website. The provider is now suggesting a 29.99 USD yearly plan to upgrade. Now, imagine what their hosting cost. The domain is now suspended as well. They expect people to play in such a shitty casino, which cannot even afford to buy a .com domain and a better VPS for their website.

And it seems OP has come unprepared. A very bad start. Don't you guys think? I'm not getting a good impression out here. They publish their ANN on May 2, and then their site doesn't even last a day, already a suspended domain.. I mean what to make of that. ANN looks good, but that's about it. The site UI is all over the place and the name itself does not help. No license automatically makes it unsafe and op repeatedly asking to deposit small amounts in order to test withdrawals is kind of fishy.

They will probably process small withdrawals, but I doubt they would process big withdrawals. I suggest avoiding playing here as of now.
