That's a bad sign; I don't know how it's possible that this happened to your casino. But this problem might make people afraid to use it. The site is hosted on a low-end or cheap server? How much traffic was there that reduced the performance of the server? That's strange to see a platform facing issues because of traffic, mostly a gambling platform because most gambling platforms are hosted on high end servers to bear load of as much traffic as possible.
