The site is hosted on a low-end or cheap server? How much traffic was there that reduced the performance of the server? That's strange to see a platform facing issues because of traffic, mostly a gambling platform because most gambling platforms are hosted on high end servers to bear load of as much traffic as possible.

I think they are using a shared cPanel hosting from https://ifastnet.com
They were probably using the free version or the cheapest one offered by the hosting website. The provider is now suggesting a 29.99 USD yearly plan to upgrade. Now, imagine what their hosting cost. The domain is now suspended as well. They expect people to play in such a shitty casino, which cannot even afford to buy a .com domain and a better VPS for their website.

Your casino is new, how is it possible that a very new casino would have so much traffic that it's a problem? That's very strange, because normally casinos launched recently don't have many customers immediately; it takes a long time for a new casino to gain many customers and have a lot of traffic. I also keep seeing that your domain is still suspended. Whatever the reason, this type of problem drives away potential new customers, and knowing that the problem has been there since yesterday, it's even stranger to think that the site still has so much traffic today.

ANN looks good, but that's about it. The site UI is all over the place and the name itself does not help. No license automatically makes it unsafe and op repeatedly asking to deposit small amounts in order to test withdrawals is kind of fishy.

They will probably process small withdrawals, but I doubt they would process big withdrawals. I suggest avoiding playing here as of now.

OP has been pretending to be a player of this casino, and he has been posting about this platform in this forum for a long time now. You can check his post history to verify what I am talking about. It is just coincidental that their domain got suspended now. It could be due to the recent vulnerabilities in the cPanel and WHM systems.

According to Google, cPanel and WebHost Manager (WHM) are currently under severe threat due to an actively exploited critical vulnerability (CVE-2026-41940) that allows for unauthenticated remote attackers to gain root-level access. So, there might be some problem with this as well.

Don't tell me this is your website,  I'm not seeing any games, I'm seeing Arabic letters, all jumbled up. Tell me I'm seeing things wrong, it's impossible that this is really your website that you said had a lot of traffic and that's why it wasn't working correctly. Because if it is, I highly doubt many people use it. I also don't understand why there are reviews from people. The "Frequently Asked Questions" section is in Arabic with English letters under each Arabic word, what is all this stuff on your website?

It's back online, and I just checked, and the bottom line is, I don't like the design/interface/UIUX at all. Very poorly built site (mostly using AI or free script). The navigation is messy, the texts, buttons and a lot of things seemed out of place. Moreover, I see mixed languages, English and Bangla, without any option to change them. Also, the terms and conditions page lacks information..

Let him experiment, everyone has the right to do so, but encouraging anyone to use such a janky casino without warning is, at the very least, bordering on cheating.

I have checked their website before. I don't think I will have to check again. Yes, they are an Indian-based casino and probably accept global players as well. However, for your kind information, India has already banned online gambling, and a lot of Indian based casinos closed their doors after that. So, this guy is operating this casino illegally, and anyone from India who plays on this website will risk their money + identity as well. The government can freeze bank accounts if the funds are related to gambling.

The design is extremely poor, and every single text on the site has a Bengali version, while you’re promoting it on a global forum. You don’t even have a proper server to handle visitors. Visited the site because the image posted here looks good but what comes to my mind when I saw the site "is this even a gambling site?" It does not look like other casinos out there. Being different is not always bad but what you have here is not attractive at all. Just my honest opinion.

I thought I will see something different than other casinos and yes, that is "different" than them. Usually I see the image of the games, with many promotion image and other things.

But I don't see much and only see many words and not looks like a casino. Well, that is up to you @OP but you should add something like casino as we have seen.

You have to do a lot of things to change the homepage to be looks attractive.
