Thank you for your reply, but I am not going to waste time sending transaction screenshots to distract from the real issue. My betting volume is securely recorded on your official site. What needs to be addressed right now is your blatant lie that bcgameesports.com/hub is a "phishing" site.
Let's look at the undeniable facts that completely destroy this narrative:
1. Official X (Twitter) Affiliation: The X account for this so-called "phishing" site has the official corporate affiliation badge linking it directly to the main BC.GAME account. Furthermore, your official verified accounts are actively following it. Twitter does not give out corporate affiliation badges to scammers.
2. S1mple is Following It: Your star brand ambassador and official esports partner, s1mple, follows this exact "fake" account on X. Are you officially stating that s1mple and your main corporate accounts are following and promoting a phishing scam to your audience?
3. Official Ambassadors & Discord: Your official representative, AkoFocus, openly promotes it (https://www.twitch.tv/akofocus). There is also an active Discord server with nearly 2,000 members operating openly under the "BC Game Esports" brand.
Stop insulting my intelligence. This is not a phishing site; it is your official esports hub.
The reality of the situation is simple: your team secretly extended a $25,000 leaderboard AFTER deadline had already passed to avoid paying out prizes. And now, your support team is calling your own project a "fake".
I expect my leaderboard position to be honored and my prizes paid out immediately. I want a response from a competent Senior Manager who knows what is actually going on in your esports division.

LOL, this X situation with the corporate badge and the follows actually gave me a good laugh. Now I have my popcorn ready waiting for the next reply from the bctokenbot.
I mean, slowly this is turning VERY ridiculous from the BC side, no surprise.

What now mister bot?

This thread further confirms that these people's policy when addressing anything shady they've done is lie at all costs. I wonder at what point they'll pay the price.

Hello everyone. I want to expose the massive scam orchestrated by BC.GAME and the complete incompetence of their customer support  Angry. Since April, a monthly tournament with a $25,000 prize pool has been running on their official Esports Hub. It was labeled “April 2026 (Current).” I spent a ton of money on the game and placed in one of the prize spots.
When the April deadline arrived, instead of paying out the prizes, the banner magically changed from “April 2026 (Current)” to “April -> May 2026,” and they secretly added 23 DAYS to the timer!  Huh This is a classic example of misleading advertising designed to make players spend even more money to protect their positions.  Angry
But it gets even worse. I contacted support to ask why the deadline had been changed. The operators entered the link into their casino mirror verification tool and it obviously failed the check (since it’s an esports hub, not a slots mirror), and they told me that this promotion is a SCAM and has nothing to do with them. Tongue Their own support team doesn’t even know that they have an official CS2 Esports team (with s1mple, etc.) and a dedicated hub! Don’t trust them. They’ll change the dates when it’s time to pay out prizes, and their support team will manipulate you by calling their own official promotions “fakes.”  Lips sealed
I’m attaching the evidence I have and asking you to help me reach the actual BC GAME management or at least some competent managers who are aware that they actually have their own esports team. The live chat is completely incompetent, and I hope that going public will help me get my honestly won prize money.

We would like to clarify the situation regarding a recently reported issue:

1. The website https://bcgameesports.com/hub
is NOT an official BC.GAME domain.
It is a fake/phishing site.
Please verify all official and mirror domains only via:
2. The official CEO account of BC.GAME is:
He has never streamed on Twitch, and would not promote any mirror or third-party site through such channels.
3. Regarding the technical concern you mentioned — that betting history from the official BC.GAME site appears on the phishing site —
this matter is currently under investigation by our team.

To help us further verify and analyze your case, could you please provide:

The Twitch account you are referring to
Screenshots of your bets and related transaction records

This information will assist us in identifying the source of the issue more accurately.

We strongly advise all users to remain cautious and only interact with verified official links.

A large-scale promotion appearing only on a website, without any announcement from official social media channels — does that really sound plausible?

All legitimate BC.GAME campaigns are always announced across our official platforms. If something exists only on a standalone site, that should already be a major red flag.

Also, the presence of social media links on a website does not prove authenticity. Anyone can add buttons linking to real accounts. If you’re curious, you can easily test this yourself using tools like Wix or Hostinger Website Builder — inserting any social media link takes just a few clicks.

In this case, the “promotion” shown on that site is not legitimate.

Please always verify information through official channels and avoid interacting with unverified websites to protect your funds.

Please provide me with evidence of this "phishing website" to obtain your betting records.

Are you even reading the evidence provided, or are you just copy-pasting generic scripts? This response is frankly embarrassing for BC.GAME. Your arguments make no sense.

The "Wix / Hostinger" Excuse is Ridiculous.
You completely misunderstood my point. I did not say "the website has a link to Twitter." I said the official X (Twitter) account @BCGameEsports has an Official Corporate Affiliation Badge linked directly to the main @BCGame account.
You cannot fake a corporate affiliation badge on X using a "Wix website builder". Twitter strictly requires the parent company (BC.GAME) to manually authorize, link, and pay for subsidiary accounts to have that badge. So, your main company officially authorized this "phishing" account.

"No Announcements"? You claim it wasn't announced. Your official brand ambassador, AkoFocus, literally promotes this "phishing" link on stream. There is an active Discord with 2,000 members. Are you saying your own official representatives are scamming your players?

You asked me to provide proof of how a “phishing site” gained access to my betting history. That is exactly the question I am asking YOU! I placed bets on the official, verified bc.game website. My betting volume was perfectly synchronized in real time with the leaderboard at bcgameesports.com/hub. A random scammer CANNOT extract data on actual, private betting volume from BC.GAME. The only way this is possible is if this hub has direct API integration with BC.GAME.

I am absolutely sick and tired of going in circles with representatives who don't even bother to read the provided evidence. I have presented a mountain of undeniable, concrete proof. Stop playing dumb, admit your team's massive operational failure, take responsibility for the misleading promotion, and honor the legitimately won prizes. I am done dealing with irrelevant copy-paste templates. Own up to your mistake. Stop treating me and the forum community like idiots.

My patience is completely exhausted. The level of incompetence I am dealing with here is staggering. Why am I, the customer, doing the entire investigation for your own platform? Right now, I am doing YOUR job while you reply with copy-pasted nonsense.

Notice how you conveniently ignored the fact about the Official X Corporate Affiliation Badge in your last reply? You got caught red-handed calling your own officially verified account a "scam," and instead of apologizing, you just pretend it didn't happen and ask another irrelevant question to stall for time.

For the sheer frustration I’m currently enduring while trying to get a competent answer, I am fully entitled to compensation. Your entire support team is just pretending to investigate while dragging this out. Perhaps I should receive a percentage of your salary since I am the one doing the investigative work?

I am attaching screenshots that unequivocally prove the connection between these resources—a connection you have been trying in vain to sever—and I ask that you conduct your own investigation and come back to me with the results of YOUR (not my) work, along with compensation for the incompetence of your support team.

WTF are you talking about, how is this a different domain?!? They both start with bcgameesports.com, doesn't matter if there is a /hub after the .com. Wow, I am actually shocked what nonsense this person is posting here!! Is is 10000% the same site!

(First of all, I’d like to thank the users of this forum for your concern. What this “bot” is saying is complete nonsense, and I’m glad you realize that too. If you know how to help me, please write to me.)

Do you seriously not know how URLs work? You just officially admitted that bcgameesports.com is your legitimate site.
/hub is simply a subdirectory on THAT EXACT SAME DOMAIN. It is hosted on YOUR server. It is physically impossible for the root domain to be official, and a sub-folder on the exact same domain to be a "completely different phishing site" operated by scammers. You have embarrassed yourselves in front of the entire Bitcointalk community.

At this point, it is glaringly obvious that you lack both the basic technical knowledge to understand this issue and the authority to resolve it. Stop replying with embarrassing nonsense.

I demand that you immediately step aside and escalate this case to a Senior PR Manager, an Executive, or someone who actually understands basic web architecture and has the authority to authorize my payout.

I want my legitimately won April leaderboard prize paid out, along with compensation for the hours I’ve wasted doing your support team's job. Bring someone competent here to pay what you owe, so I can leave this platform.

Following the procedure you provided, our official esports website is https://bcgameesports.com/.

However, https://bcgameesports.com/hub. is a completely different domain; it's a phishing website. You can tell by clicking on it that these are two websites with completely different designs.

1. What is the relationship between https://x.com/BCGameEsports and the fraudulent activity you mentioned, since it's linked to a phishing website?

2. Please provide a screenshot of your betting records obtained from https://bcgameesports.com/hub.

What? [yes, I literally stare at my screen, reading letter-by-letter, even pasting it to my browser, just in case the "phisher" use that character trick of foreign character to mimic alphabet].

I previously try to tell OP that the site is very most likely not related to you and just an affiliate trying to rake coins. By your statement above though... I stand corrected. You've established that the site is indeed BC's, and now it might be in your best interest to explain as much as you know about the site and how the event got pushed back.

Thank you for your objectivity and for focusing on the actual facts. I know you were skeptical at first, and it takes a lot of courage to publicly admit your mistake on a forum like this. I truly appreciate that. When even the most experienced forum veterans are shocked by this level of incompetence, it really shows just how absurd this situation has become.

Now, like all of you, I’m just waiting for someone from BC.GAME’s actual management—someone who actually knows what they’re talking about—to step in and take responsibility for this mess. I expect them to authorize the payment of my rightfully won winnings (which are now even more deserved, given the terrible treatment I received from their support team as a customer) and to publicly apologize for their EXTREMELY incompetent support team.

I am incredibly grateful to every user here for your support and for helping to bring attention to my case. Let’s get through to them together. Let’s see how long management can hide from reality.

how can you provide support and solve problems, when you don't even know how urls work?

did you even bother to check the said website, and navigate to the hub which is right there in the menu before replying with such stupidity?

or are you just copying and pasting what chatgpt hallucinated for you? because i see you use AI to make replies quite a lot.

How could you embarass yourself like this man...

4 posts in this thread. 4 opportunities to not look like a fool, just to end up with this cherry on top of a poop cake.

Seems like your nickname isn't just a coincidence and you're actually a bot. God damn, not even Batman could beat such stupidity and ignorance out of me.

No wonder BC.game's reputation is in the gutter. Pathetic.

Unfortunately, they're not. There is a real person behind the account, not just bot. I happened to know of them and the general possibility of who, if not them. But yeah, human.

They're new though, so although this is a fatal error that made me wonder why BC replaced the old team with these guys, I'd like to try to think positive that maybe they're just... need several hundred hours of training.

Oh, so they just changed the staff? If that’s the case, it explains a lot. While I “almost” feel sorry for the new employee who was thrown to the wolves without proper training, that doesn’t change the fact that real players are losing real money while support, by all accounts, is simply sitting on its hands.

As you said, this is apparently a fatal mistake. I still hold out hope that their management will read this discussion thread, step in, acknowledge the mistakes of their new hires—and the mistake regarding my issue—pay out the April winnings I rightfully earned, and properly train their staff before even more players are misled.

Thank you for your help in bringing this to light.

I think it's time to ask someone from the bc.game support team who knows how websites and url works, so they could clarify things for you. the "/hub" on the "bcgameesports.com" is a page on the website, just look at what Zwei posted. This makes it clear the website is an official website connected to bc.game

They're new though, so although this is a fatal error that made me wonder why BC replaced the old team with these guys, I'd like to try to think positive that maybe they're just... need several hundred hours of training.

In the the last months of battling with them for what they've done to me, and in particular after this new ownership stepped in, I've learned a few things.

This guy is not a bot in the literal meaning of the word, but this person is chinese, they do not understand a single word of what they read and they rely on some kind of translation system to do so (I know for a fact that they read all forum posts with an automated chinese translation, which can absolutely give bad outcomes). Then, they almost surely use some kind of LLM to answer. Now, if you don't understand how LLMs work this may sound complicated, but all their answers are basically as if I said to ChatGPT (and I'm generalizing to make it clearer) something along the lines of 'I own this casino and this user is accusing me of this, give me an answer to prove them wrong'.

A prompt like that could easily result in the answers I've seen from this person. In my case, they said that a daily loss limit being 'daily' means that it gets removed after a day, when in reality it means that it resets after 24 hours to the set amount. For OP's case, it can say that the subdirectory on the same domain of their official site is a phishing site. It's just an LLM that has absolutely no context about the actual casino's system and gives the answer it thinks would better please the person who asked the question.

Another thing I've noticed is that as soon as they get fully exposed, meaning their nonsense answers get called out for the bs they are, they start ghosting.

Cherry on top, they just got a flag on TrustPilot for buying fake reviews. At this pace, unless they address all cases of people they scammed, the only likely outcome is an exit scam of some kind, because their reputation is nearing the point of non-return.

it's a phishing website. You can tell by clicking on it that these are two websites with completely different designs.

Next time, please comfirm with the organizing team directly, as the main site's mirror link checker is completely unreliable in this situation.
I might assume this site was previously verified, but due to its unfavorable position, the verification was revoked, just to avoid any actual complaints they would have to address. Hahaa
