Following further internal verification, we hereby clarify the situation regarding discussions about the BC.GAME eSports Center and related tournaments.

The eSports platform in question is indeed the official BC.GAME platform. Previously, because the eSports website could not be verified through the BC.GAME main mirror verification system, we and our customer service team mistakenly identified it as an unofficial website. We acknowledge the misunderstanding caused and sincerely apologize for the incorrect information provided.

Regarding the tournaments themselves:

The monthly tournament initially did not clearly display an end date. Subsequently, the interface was updated, and the tournament timeline changed accordingly. Some users mistakenly believed the tournament ended in April, when the actual end date was May. We understand the confusion this caused, and that some users mistakenly believed the tournament duration had been unexpectedly extended.

The esports platform operations team has confirmed the following improvements will be implemented:

Add official certification/association to the esports platform
A separate official announcement will be released detailing the extension of the event deadline
Improve communication between the esports platform and BC.GAME's main support channels

We appreciate users raising these issues, as it helps us identify communication and operational problems between different teams.

Moderator, if possible, would you be willing to provide your UID directly? I will submit your account for review.

I appreciate the official clarification and accept your apology regarding the initial, frankly absurd, accusations of “phishing.” It’s nice to see that you finally conducted an investigation. However, I categorically reject your attempt to portray the secret extension of the tournament’s deadline as a “misunderstanding on the part of users.”

Your promotional banner clearly stated “APRIL RANKING.” In the global gambling industry (in accordance with the law)—and by basic human logic—a monthly “April” event ends on April 30 at 11:59 PM. Any reasonable user in the world would logically come to exactly the same conclusion. If your internal schedule was different, you were absolutely required to display those exact dates from day one. Unfortunately, you did not do so, thereby misleading users.

This is not just a typo. I calculated my betting strategy and wagered over $5,000 by the end of April to secure 3rd place. When you changed the ranking dates, you shifted the rules. You were essentially trying to force players to risk thousands of extra dollars just to protect positions they had already earned under the original terms. That is the exact definition of a “bait-and-switch” tactic.

I’m glad to see that you’ve acknowledged the mistake and apologized; I appreciate that, but a standard apology doesn’t reflect the reality of what happened here.

For several days, I was forced to act as your unpaid tester, security analyst, and public relations manager. I had to spend hours gathering evidence, taking screenshots, and publicly explaining to your support team how base URLs and subdirectories work, all while listening to false accusations from your support that I had clicked on “fraudulent links.”

I am providing my UID for review by your management. I expect a resolution commensurate with the severity of this operational failure, namely:
1. Payment of the $3,000 prize for my rightfully earned 3rd place in the April period.
2. The addition of appropriate, substantial compensation in addition to the prize for the unacceptable stress, wasted time, and outright incompetence I had to endure from your team.

Let’s resolve this matter professionally and appropriately so that we can all move forward.

LOL, what a nonsense reply. So suddenly a promotion you were so sure doesn't exist and is only on a phishing site does exist? Man, you deserve to be fired, just like every other bc support employee. These worthless time wasting replies from you and your colleagues are hilarious and not worthy.

By the way, what about trustpilot and the fake reviews you guys bought there? This also didn't happen?

OP, when you joined the leaderboard was there any terms you agreed to specifically for the leaderboard? i looked around and i didn't find any terms.
knowing bc.game they would try to hide behind something to not pay you.

extending the leaderboard for another month is super unfair for everyone who joined expecting it would end in a month.
and they are actually going against their own words they have on the leaderboard page.

We appreciate users raising these issues, as it helps us identify communication and operational problems between different teams.
no you don't, that's just chatgpt talking. if you did appreciate feedback, you would have listened to the mountain of other issues that have been raised on the forum.

By the way, what about trustpilot and the fake reviews you guys bought there? This also didn't happen?

they would just say some BS like, "it's was our jealous competitors writing fake positive reviews to get us, bla bla bla"

I advice you not to expect too much from their side, because they don't care about acting with bad reputation. The level of umprofessionalism they act with is nearby the level of their intentions to scam money as much as possible. Since few months they decided to definetly stop communication through official accounts or a support mediator and lunched that bot account like it's the angel who will orchestrate solutions for all pending disputes. As you can see he has no clue about how urls work at the basic level.

You have already spent time and efforts more than what you might get. If you don't have the capabilities to fill a lawsuit against them, I am sorry to tell you that you will continue exausting yourself while they will keep telling nonsense just to look like they are interacting with complaints. They are scammers.

How can a platform like BC.GAME becomes such irresponsible. A user who hasn't done anything wrong once got a message on this thread that the site was a phishing site and now in this message you're saying the site is official mirror of BC.GAME.

I feel really strange after reading your comments, I believe the one who accuses the platform hasn't done anything wrong, I believe you should at least compensate the user because it's not fair to change event dates again and again.

Thank you for taking the time to explain your concerns in detail. We acknowledge that the communication regarding the leaderboard schedule was unclear from the beginning. We have forwarded your feedback to the esports platform team and are implementing improvements to avoid similar confusion in the future.

To clarify: This leaderboard event lasts for 30 days, from April 24th to May 24th. Given the confusion some users have experienced, we have issued an official clarification statement:

"Clarification Regarding the Leaderboard:https://x.com/BCGameEsports/status/2052750218668491102

The current leaderboard event runs from April 24th to May 24th.

This is a 30-day monthly leaderboard.

We have discovered some misunderstandings and therefore wish to clarify them thoroughly here 💚"

We understand that some users have a misunderstanding of the "April rankings," especially before the timeline became clearer. However, after reviewing the event settings and account activities associated with the provided UID, we were unable to verify the betting size and losses described in the post, where significant inconsistencies in the figures were noted.

We fully understand the communication issues and the confusion caused by previous customer service, but unfortunately, we cannot approve your claim for compensation or bonuses in this case.

Nevertheless, your feedback was invaluable in helping us identify shortcomings in operations and communication between the esports platform and BC.GAME's main customer service channels. Therefore, the esports operations team is working to address the following issues:
Displaying event dates more clearly,Official platform verification,And better coordination and communication with the BC.GAME main customer service team.

Thank you for your feedback, and we hope this explanation helps all relevant parties understand the situation.

Hilarious reply, you really deserve that negative trust I gave you. First you say it's a phishing site and other absolute nonsense, now you twist the narrative and "hhank" OP for his valuable input. You and your company at the moment are one of the worst scammers roaming this forum. Just leave and never come back please!

So, after several days of an “internal investigation,” your official defense strategy is to cite a tweet posted retroactively and publicly lie about my account’s statistics? This goes beyond the bounds of absurdity and professional ethics.

1. You posted this tweet ONLY after you were caught changing the dates on the website. In any serious industry, this is called “an attempt to cover up fraud retroactively.” A tweet posted in mid-May is legally and logically null and void with respect to the terms that were in effect in April. You can’t hold an “APRIL RANKING” and then, when it’s time to pay out, say, “Oops, we changed our minds—now it’s May.” This is a classic “bait-and-switch.”

2. The leaderboard page clearly stated in black and white (and this is documented):
“The prize pool is reset EVERY month”
“At the END OF THE MONTH, the top players receive their prizes...”
Any reasonable user understands “end of the month” to mean the 30th. Your attempts now to rewrite the calendar look pathetic.
https://i.postimg.cc/zGqcBz0C/month.png

3. Your claim that you “were unable to verify the bet amounts” and saw “discrepancies” is a blatant lie intended to avoid paying out. My total bet amount as of April 30 was $4,520. This data is in your system, and attempting to publicly claim otherwise is a direct insult to the customer. I am providing irrefutable evidence:

Screenshot 1 (April 30, 11:20 PM)
https://i.postimg.cc/7LfXGf7V/30th-23-20.png
Here you can clearly see my 3rd place ranking and the total amount of bets at the time the tournament actually ended.

Screenshot 2 (May 1, 07:34)
https://i.postimg.cc/gJpX97YJ/1st-may-7-34.png
Here you can see that the leaderboard did NOT reset to zero, as promised by your rules, and my position in the leaderboard remained the same.

*The time on the screenshots differs by 3 hours according to my time zone.

You are deliberately attempting to deceive me, and I continue to demand payment of my rightful $3,000 for 3rd place in the April rankings, as well as adequate compensation for the public slander and the harassment I had to endure while proving obvious facts to you. Stop lying to me and the forum. Keep your promises and pay me the funds I’ve earned.
