Because I feel the way this reviews are processed doesn't look very fair to the user.  If a player's bet is being considered as a bet that is not valid just because the line was mispriced, the same rule should be applied whether the game wins or loses. Because I don't understand why I'll place a bet and when I win the game, then all of a sudden the bet get reviewed and possibly voided, but if the game loses then the casino still get to keep the money that's so unfair.

And I have no issues with voiding a genuinely mispriced bet, but there should be a fair system and a good way to handle the situation that doesn't protect only the casino, but the both parties involved.

True, I also see Betby on other casino thread giving problem to the casino by offering mispriced lines.  This gives a bad reputation to the casino since Betby keeps on creating probem to the casino and affecting bettors due to their irresponsibility to correct Betting prices.

Well you have rightly given a valid submission and I think betby should be responsible for the troubles they bring at the end of betting because they are not fast enough to determine prices before the bet. I agree that the concern here is principally the consistency. There is no reason why a voiding should be reasonable if a sportsbook thinks a bet was made on a mispriced line. Just as there is no reason to make it reasonable if the bet was on a mispriced line. It would appear to be a very one-sided way to play the policy if you voided only the losing bets and kept the winning bets. There should be a clear rule governing how easy-to-see pricing mistakes will be resolved before players bet. And it should be beneficial to the sportsbook and to the player as well. If not even a well meaning error can lead to loss of trust. As users might think that the operator will only step in when the outcome turns out to be unfavorable for the operator.

Like I don't think a casino would dare to destroy his reputation for a tiny amount like $90, I don't also see it reliable to spend time defending its position by losing time in useless discussions. Independent party will ask for evidences and proofs and time which is energy consuming for the casino. The case will become critical if it is reported by many users losing tiny amounts, but for one case, I think i will be in the casino side until more reports appear.

Growing reputation is very hard and it can take more years for players to see a casino has reputable. When gamblers have unresolved issues and this continues and extends to other gamblers, it can be a problem if those players continue to spread negative information about the casino. Kikabet should not spoil their reputation too early not not replying or answering players that have issues that should be reolved. From what mikel_012 has said, the method the casino is using is not fair at all. Allow the gambler to withdraw if he wins because if he loses, the funds is gone and the gambler could not do anything and he has to deposit another funds to continue gambling and every gambler aim to win and mot to lose. Making a review in the payout time is wrong and that is not acceptable in this forum. kikabet you had to do the review with whatever involved and release the funds if he has not violated the rules.
