"My winning bets are still showing up as 'won' in my betting history. I've been placing bets on this same sports betting provider across various sites for at least 10 years. Whenever there's an issue with a bet, that specific bet simply gets voided or cancelled. Never in any betting site has my balance been wiped out without the actual bets being voided. If there is a problem with two specific bets, then void those bets and deduct only their amounts from my balance. Why are you wiping my entire balance just because I bet on a low-tier league?"

To add some context Betby (the risk provider) shared with us:

the flagged pattern wasn't limited to two isolated bets, the account's overall betting activity was assessed as consistent with this pattern.
Given that, your earlier withdrawals were still honored rather than being held or reversed ; that was a deliberate call to give the account the benefit of the doubt while the review was ongoing.
The action only landed on the most recent winning bets once the pattern was confirmed by the risk team.

So to be clear on the numbers: you deposited $1,474.87 and have already withdrawn $1,449.76, the account wasn't cut off or "wiped," it was allowed to withdraw almost everything it deposited, and the risk action applied specifically to the trailing bets tied to the confirmed pattern, not retroactively to what you'd already been paid.

If you believe the pattern determination is wrong, we're glad to have the specific bets reviewed with you, happy to pull up ticket details.
But the sequence here doesn't support "scam", it supports a provider that let earlier withdrawals stand while a review was in progress.

Alright, go ahead and share them here so everyone can see that simply placing sports bets is their reason for wiping accounts.

Alright, go ahead and share them here so everyone can see that simply placing sports bets is their reason for wiping accounts.
Sure, happy to be transparent, here are the flagged bet IDs from Betby's risk review:

2698377078881001686, 2698396307885798099, 2698356549230923780, 2698332775232188726

These are the bets identified as part of the pattern referenced above (low-tier events, weak line pricing, secondary/statistical markets).
This isn't "placing sports bets = account wiped" , it's a specific, repeated pattern across these bets that our provider's risk team flags industry-wide, at any sportsbook running this line-pricing model.

Also worth noting, since you're framing this as mistreatment:
this account received $50 in bonuses across separate occasions, plus sportsbook freebets, and  as covered above; was allowed to withdraw $1,449.76 of the $1,474.87 deposited before any risk action landed.

That's not the profile of an operator trying to avoid paying out.

Happy to keep answering direct questions on this with facts, as we have been.

My total net profit from these 4 bets was $270, and my balance was $900. I honestly do not believe there was any issue with these bets either, but if you insist, deduct the profits from these flagged bets and adjust my balance accordingly. My balance should be around $630. The fact that you have returned my initial deposits so far means nothing. You wiped my account the moment I actually started making a profit

Since you are addressing cases right now, would you mind addressing this guy's(GODENKOR) case? Not sure if you guys have made contact with him or if his case is already resolved, but if you haven't and he is still experiencing whatever issue he is experiencing, maybe inform him what exactly is going on with his account.

"Hey guys, stay away from Kikabet, it’s an absolute scam. They completely wiped my $900 balance under ridiculous pretexts.
The site barely has any real users—you can easily tell just by looking at their daily and weekly leaderboard races. Today, I was sitting in 6th place in the weekly race, and right before it ended, 5 random "whales" magically appeared out of nowhere, pushing me entirely out of the top 10.
They are so broke and pathetic that they can't even pay out $10 rewards to their users. Don't waste your money here."

Hello, Yes regarding your withdrawal :
account was flagged for targeting low-tier events, weak line pricing, and secondary/statistical markets. As a result, the risk management team reduced the user's CCF to 0.05 , & the last winning were forfeited

Hi, thanks for raising this publicly, happy to clarify with the actual account data.

On the balance/withdrawal:
This account was reviewed by Betby's risk management team (our sportsbook provider) and flagged for a specific pattern: consistently targeting low-tier events, weak/stale line pricing, and secondary or statistical markets, a known advantage-play signature rather than recreational betting. Based on that review, the account's CCF (customer contribution factor) was reduced to 0.05, and the two most recent winning bets tied to that pattern were voided per our Terms & Conditions on abusive betting patterns.

For transparency, here's the account's actual financial picture:

Total deposited: $1,474.87
Total withdrawn: $1,449.76

In other words, this player has already withdrawn almost the entirety of what they deposited. That's not consistent with a site that "wiped" a balance, it's consistent with a risk action on two specific bets that were flagged under a documented pattern, applied after the account had built trust with clean play early on, which is itself a recognizable pattern in advantage-play/bonus abuse.

On the leaderboard:
Weekly race rankings are pulled live and can shift meaningfully in the closing hours as larger stakes settle near the deadline — that's normal for any weighted-turnover leaderboard, not evidence of fake accounts. Happy to have any player's specific race data reviewed by support if there's a genuine discrepancy — we're not going to hide from a real data question.

We take cheating/advantage-play attempts seriously because they come at the direct expense of legitimate players' prize pools, and we'll continue to enforce our T&Cs on this regardless of who posts about it afterward.

Any player with a support ticket number is welcome to have it independently reviewed, we're not asking anyone to just take our word for it.
Write right away that you don't accept professional players. Haha, you're such scammers. What about my account? Why can't I get an answer from online support?

We also see that the casino doesn't like paying people who can win in sports betting, which is essentially unfair to all players. I advise you not to play here and choose a casino for your games at a reputable location. This place is definitely unreliable, both in terms of service and payouts.

So i have a question , if those lines are weak, why should the player be held accountable ? we are only betting on what YOU are offering.

If those offerings are weak, you should ask for compensation from YOUR provider , for giving you weak lines.

Blaming  players for betting on YOUR offered lines is crazy and very shady

Per our Terms & Conditions, once an account is flagged by Betby's risk management for taking advantage of the system, the associated winnings are voided ;
that applies here to the four flagged bets. So we're not applying the $270 profit figure you calculated, since those winnings don't stand under the flagged-account policy.

What we can do: your total deposited was $1,474.87, and you've already withdrawn $1,449.76. We'll return the difference : $25.11 ; so you're made whole on your deposits.
That's the resolution here; the flagged winnings themselves aren't being reinstated.

Following up , your account was also reviewed and flagged by Betby's sportsbook risk team.
Your deposit on this account was $12, and we're able to return that deposit if you'd like it back ; let us know and we'll process it.

One distinction worth being clear about:
there's a real difference between a professional player and someone taking advantage of the system.
Skilled, high-volume bettors win and get paid here all the time, that's not what gets flagged.
What gets flagged is a specific abuse pattern identified by the risk provider, and that's what applied to this account.

That's actually a fair question, so here's the honest answer:
you're right that if a line is mispriced, that's on the operator/provider, not the player, and no player is doing anything against the rules by finding and betting into it
That's not the same as "cheating."

Where it becomes a risk-flagged pattern industry-wide (not just here) is when an account is systematically targeting those mispriced, low-liquidity lines at scale
that's treated differently from occasional bets, the same way sportsbooks worldwide handle syndicate/advantage-play detection.
It's not about punishing a player for winning once; it's about a repeated pattern that risk teams across the industry treat the same way.
You're welcome to disagree with where that line is drawn, but it's not unique to us, and it's disclosed in the T&Cs every player agrees to on signup.

To close this out:
we will not tolerate abuse of our systems, and this policy isn't unique to us, this is the same pattern that gets accounts flagged or blocked at established, licensed operators everywhere.
A new casino is not going to be an easier target for the same activity that gets shut down elsewhere in the industry.

We're a young platform, and we're always open to fair criticism, genuine issues get fixed, and we've shown that in this thread with real numbers, not just denials.
But abuse of the system is a separate matter from criticism, and we'll continue to act on it the same way any regulated operator would.

Let's go through the actual account history here, since there's more context than "scammers who didn't pay."

You came to Kikabet through our VIP Transfer program, which required a $5,000 deposit to qualify, you deposited $10,000, well above the requirement, and received full VIP benefits, including more than what your previous casino was offering.

Separately, a promo was later introduced for VIP-transfer players:
wager $100,000 within 30 days for a $5,000 USDT cash reward.
The rule excluding Originals (Limbo, Dice, etc.) from counting toward that wager requirement exists specifically to prevent the promo being farmed via near-zero-risk auto-betting at extreme multipliers, which is exactly the kind of activity you're describing (Limbo at 2000x).
That's not a rule invented after the fact to avoid paying you; it's the same anti-farming logic we've applied to leaderboard races and other wager-based promos across the platform.

Where you have a fair point: the Originals exclusion wasn't clearly spelled out on the promo page itself at the time, and that's a real documentation gap on our end, not something we're denying.

That said, here's the fuller picture of how this account has actually been treated:
$14,444 withdrawn without issue, and $6,483 paid out in cashback alone, covering roughly 27% of net losses on the account.
That's not consistent with an operator looking for reasons to avoid paying you.

So to be clear: the Limbo-at-2000x wagering wasn't going to count toward this specific promo's $100k requirement regardless of timing, because Originals are excluded from it;
but that exclusion should have been stated on the promo page, and we'll make sure it is going forward. That's a fair criticism.
"Scammers who don't pay" isn't supported by the withdrawal and cashback numbers on this same account.

How do I get my money back? Unfortunately for you, I made similar bets at three casinos, and guess where I didn't get paid? That's right - it's you! Now I can confidently say that this is just an excuse from the provider, because you're the one who didn't pay out. What follows is a scammer casino, haha.

Good, let's settle this right now, publicly, so there's no ambiguity left.

You claimed $12 wasn't paid out. We already offered above to return that deposit in full. Post your wallet address here and we'll send it now, we'll post the transaction hash right after so everyone in this thread can verify it on-chain themselves.
That's about as transparent as it gets.

To be clear on what this resolves:
it settles the $12 deposit dispute. It does not change the fact that the account was flagged by Betby's risk team for the pattern already described in this thread , that determination stands.
But we're not going to let $12 be the reason this drags on, so let's close it.

This broke ass scammer can't even pay out 25 bucks. Don't deposit a single penny on this site.

To recap the resolution:
total deposited was $1,474.87, total withdrawn was $1,449.76, a $25.11 difference,
which we already offered to return to you.

"Can't pay out $25" doesn't hold up against that , you've had $1,449.76 paid out, and the remaining $25.11 is sitting there for you to collect.
Same offer as above:
post your wallet address, we'll send it, and we'll post the transaction hash right after so this is fully verifiable on-chain.

Insults aside, the numbers are already public in this thread for anyone to check.

Usdt  bep20 network

Payment sent, as promised, here's the transaction hash for full public verification:

Hash: 0x2161bb4ff526649e63b7e0d50e9b7ee02d20acd21f2435a192e96663b9daecf4
Network: BEP20 (USDT)
Amount: $25.11

One more thing worth putting on the record here,
since this thread is about whether Kikabet pays out:

this account was receiving withdrawals normally before the flagged pattern was identified ,
$1,449.76 paid out smoothly, same as any other player, well before any risk action applied.
This wasn't an account that got blocked from day one.

On top of that, this account also received +50$ in cash rewards that he was asking from the support + $180 in weekly race rewards separately.

None of that fits the "broke ass scammer who can't pay $25" framing you posted earlier.

The full picture:

withdrawals paid normally, race rewards paid, and now the final $25.11 difference also paid  with the transaction hash posted above for anyone to verify.

One more data point, since we're laying out the full picture: here's a support conversation from a previous withdrawal, where the payout was briefly delayed because you'd copied the wrong hash instead of your wallet address.
Once it was corrected, you confirmed receipt and said, in your own words: "Thanks. If this were another site, the money would most likely have been wasted."

That's not the language of someone dealing with a scam operator , that's you, on record, describing us as more reliable than alternatives you've dealt with.
Combined with $1,449.76 in normal withdrawals, $180 in race rewards, and now the $25.11 payout with hash posted above, the "broke ass scammer" claim doesn't match your own documented experience with this account.

A few more proofs, just to show everyone here how this account was actually treated — this is far from the full picture, just a sample:

2000x is not farming bro.. if we put that a side there was still in total over 100k wagered just in slots..  and if we again put that to the side... If you did not mention originals in the terms.. then you need to pay! You can just say ah sorry.. of course no originals... you can just start over..

This is a mistake that should cost you 5k, and the fact you try to let it slide.. tells me that you are not a fair, transaparent or trustworthy casino. Cause you back off and make rules to avoid paying when it should be claimable..

but but but.. there is still over 100k in slots.. Slots was 20-25$ stakes.. and originals was only like 1$ per spin.. its still a very small percent.

I can't give you credit for paying out withdrawals to a player who is losing.. that should be the least you could do.  You also never paid out rakeback on originals (your crash is 94 rtp).

It looks different when i read how you treat profit players.. even players who just want 12$... its easy to see why the hell its so hard to pay those 5k, as i was promised in the chat before the suddenly changed his mind, and not had to wager from THIS WAGER AMOUNT AND UP TO 100K, and then suddenly he changed his mind again and decided that now its  NEW 100k wager needed.

I have all the screenshots dude. The more i think of how you played me with stupid messages like you are only 40% from.. i can see it from here.. he just made up a number. when i know that day alone i almost  wagered like 50k on slots and would already have been passed the 100k.  The funny thing is that the vip manager which i am sure is the same guy.. 2 days earlier said 35%.. so with 50k wager on slots in between and only 5% up.. this actually deserves a scam accusation the more i think of it.. I even told the guy that if that is 5k worth, then fine.. he didnt even want answer and i decided to close the account..  You guys are 100% scammers cause if you had a good intentions you just paid out and stopped all the BS..

Yeah they are scammers. They did scam me as well.. offered 5k for a 100k wager which i did and then they suddenly dont allow wager on originals (limbo seeking 2000x).. nothing about it in the terms.. they even did admit it in this thread but did not want to pay still.

So to be clear: the Limbo-at-2000x wagering wasn't going to count toward this specific promo's $100k requirement regardless of timing, because Originals are excluded from it;
but that exclusion should have been stated on the promo page, and we'll make sure it is going forward.

Let me log into my account and I'll take screenshots and compare other casinos. One provider for everyone. You didn't pay out my winnings, but other casinos did. I think this will make it clearer to the community that you came up with this excuse yourself not to pay out money. Okay?

Let's go through this point by point, since you've raised specifics.

On the wager total:
You didn't wager $100k+ in slots. The majority of your bets were on Limbo, spammed specifically to try to reach the $100k requirement , which is exactly the pattern the Originals exclusion exists to prevent. "2000x is not farming" isn't really the question; volume-spamming a single low-house-edge game at trivial stakes to hit a wager target is the definition of what that rule is written against, regardless of the multiplier chosen on any individual bet.

On the 35%/40% figures: You have the sequence backwards. You were told 35% first, and 40% two days later, an increase, reflecting wager progress, not a number moving against you.
That's consistent with continued play in between, not a shifting goalpost.

On the "new 100k wager, suddenly changed": This wasn't a rule changed on you mid-promo. This was a new promotion built for new VIP transfers. You were already an existing VIP and asked to be let into it anyway ; we agreed as a courtesy.
The Originals exclusion was stated on that promo's own page from the start.
Not reading the terms of a promo you asked to join isn't the same as us "backing off" on a rule after the fact.

On rakeback not being paid on some Originals: Correct, and deliberate ; certain Originals games (Limbo, Crash-style games, Dice) are excluded from rakeback for the same reason they're excluded from this promo's wager count: to prevent exactly the auto-betting/spam pattern being described here.
This is disclosed, standard, and applied to every player, not something invented for your case.

You're welcome to disagree with where these lines are drawn. But the actual sequence here is: you asked to join a promo you weren't originally eligible for, didn't read its terms, spammed the one product explicitly excluded from it, got accurate (increasing) progress updates from your VIP manager, and are now calling that a scam because the $5k didn't materialize from a method the rules never counted in the first place.

Oh no.. when i saw you writing and texting earlier it gave the impression that there might be a intelligent person and a proper english speaking person in the company.. but
now i start to think you are the guy from the chat which i believe is owner Youssef himself.. and that you are using an AI to clean your answer.. I do the same so no problem. I wont accept that you start to lie.

I run Limbo with 2000x multipler maybe 200 times with a 1$ stake..  i have maybe during the period wagered max 20-25k on that shit.. so dont start to lie. You can publish the stats if you even have them.  80% of those "spamming bets" as you call it was made BEFORE YOU PROMO EVEN STARTED. Because i like to play the game. Im also huge down on limbo on your anyway.. so dont start to lie now.. 100% if you post stats that says i did not wager 100k on slots.. then you are manipulating the stats.

Even on the last day of your poor poor leaderboard weekly tournament i decided to try and go for a second place i think and i wagered almost 50-60k oly on slots that day..

Listen dude.. i would never try to wager 100k on 1$ limbo spins with 2000x..  That would maybe have made lose 100k..  You ignore the fact that slots was wagered for over 100k totally. So stop the BS

I dont say he/you changed the rules mid-promo... YOU CHANGED THE RULES 3 TIMES DURING THE CHAT. You even offered me the 5k, and suddenly changed your mind again.

Listen.. if 5k is enough to ruin your reputation then go ahead. You are a scammer.. and people start to see it now..  Your fake odds during the world cup Messi to score odds 8.. 5k max stake.. haha..  You are just lucky he didnt cause they would have been voided and then this thread would have been on FIRE.

You are a liar and are not trustworthy at all. I gave you so many chances but you keep playing me with all your crazy lies..  like you think im stupid? THERE IS ONLY 1 GUY IN THIS CASINO and i promise all of you.. This site dont exist in 2 years. Maybe 3 months is enough..  Just read how the guy text to people in the chat and lies EVERY DAY.. i posted screenshots in the other thread.. totally strange messages.  " WE ARE 11 VIP HOSTS "  - YOU STAY WITH ME BECAUSE I AM THE BEST..

Every question where i am looking for facts are being replied to with nonsense messages.. I did not get a weekly bonus.. oh okay he add 50$.. and lets the real issue slide..

So crazy.. If they just paid the 5k at least, they would somehow have won my trust a bit.. but now i just this site is going straight down to where they belong.
