If it's genuinely erroring out, send your ticket/account email and support will look at it directly, but this isn't evidence of funds being withheld.

I asked my account closed, and i see the exact same thing after they did it. So his account is 100% blocked.

The chat guy said to me that he could not reopen my account so i could try and pull the stats (even its a long long job) because they have fully deleted my account now.. the funny thing is that i still get mails that i have a weekly bonus ready to claim and so on.. So they also just blocked mine.

I agree, that shows how serious they are with their customers if ever some issues have been brought to them.

The way they respond is normal but how fast they give the feedback and remains to be professional shows what kind of representative they have.

Main point is that they are giving the solution if it's viable depending on the case. But, if the fault is within the complainant they will know it if the concern is genuine.
