Can't you see the problem with this? The casino always wins because if the user wins the bet and they detect a missprice, there is no win and the casino does not lose money. But if the user loses THE SAME bet, the casino keeps the money even if it was a missprice bet. In both cases the casino makes money and the user loses.

I understand that mistakes can happen and the sportsbook needs to protect itself, but what I fail to understand is how this can be the user’s fault. Why is the user held responsible and even punished for something he didn’t do.
The user could have been trying to take advantage of these mistakes, but there is no way to prove that.
The best resolution that would satisfy both parties would be to just void the bets in question. Banning the user or confiscating his money is basically like saying "we made a mistake, but you will pay for it"!
