That's true here in our country: only executives and those working abroad and earning dollars can afford to build a house. If you're a minimum-wage earner, your salary is good for a small room because rent will eat up 30 to 40% of your pay, and for yo family to live in an apartment, both couples should work to combine their earnings.
That's the life of most families in a third-world country.

That's the sad reality in our country. The housing is only for those people who have a close relatives in the housing office which will be given to them. And if there are vacant houses that are up for mortgage, they'll give you the farthest one in the far flung areas where you have no livelihood. We're not picky with that and a house is a house but, having no livelihood in that area even if they're giving that for a lesser price is undesirable and inconsiderate. Rent has increased and even in squatters area, many have also increased their rent.

I am not paying 1000, my rent is way lower bro because I am sharing, so if you can't rent the whole room then find a partner who also can't afford the whole rent and you both could share it. You won't be spending too much time in your room anyway haha because 12 hours would be spent on your job daily, some on transportation and  you can get 8 hours of sleep if you have nothing to do after work but I have a lot to do and I only able to get 6 hours of sleep sometimes 5 even haha.

Look bro life has never been easy for anyone so you just can't do crimes in order to survive. If you are earning less then minimize your expenditure and spend less. The rent cost a lot these days from someone's basic salary. It covers from 30% to 50% and much worse to 70%. It's also caused with several factors depending on the area where you get that rent. Yes, you are right. If we do not work hard ourselves and wait for others, then we will have to wait our whole life. If we do not have any skills, then none of us will come forward to help. Currently, government assistance reaches only known people. The real victims are still in need.

Our ancestors lived a very good life. Because they had their own houses and their own resources. Which we have lost while modernizing. Over time, building a house for ourselves has become a much more difficult task. So, accepting the situation and renting a house to earn a living is not a shame. Its not fully happen at United Kingdom or United State but around the world high cost of living although every day we spent out our time fully working, lower salary payment and high living cost make it not balance yet with how much income and outcome every day. Right now working hard not really enough yet how to recovery our daily needed during all sector get high cost right now from living, food, drink until education must spent much money. But you need to make a choice on how you want to live your life. Because if you are really in the city, expect that you will incur good amount of money. It is as if you are always in a hurry. So find another alternative lifestyle that you think you can survive.

The real paradox is that there is practically no work left in the villages. In any case, you would have to commute to the city to earn a living—and that entails additional expenses. Consequently, this option is far from suitable for everyone. It would certainly be beyond my budget; a huge chunk of my funds would go toward transportation costs.

I need to find something suitable that isn't quite so expensive. Nowadays, landlords raise their prices every single year, whereas wages certainly aren't indexed annually.

Cities and suburbs are already packed and getting land, house, apartments or rent on such places is too difficult while villages are being more difficult to live in. The best way forward is for the government to create new cities as employment center like they could start with the government buildings being put in a new city while digitalizing most services and promoting work from home. For ordinary workers, they might difficult to buy a house in the middle of the city but they can rent a house or buy a house in suburban areas in installments. That is many workers here doing. They can't buy a house in the middle of the city but they are happy with their family and realize the high cost of living could be higher than today so they decide to save more and live simply.

In my opinion, the main reason everyone works hard is that fundamentally, we have to work to achieve a comfortable life such as owning our own home using the earnings we’ve earned through our own hard work. But I agree with your main point because we all have our own reasons for working hard. Whatever our reasons for living may be, we must work hard this is something everyone should do because life is a gamble except for those born into wealthy families who might enjoy life using their parents’ wealth, though that’s wrong if we’re talking about self-reliance.
