Winna.com confiscated around $800 after approving KYC (Flag created)

I am posting this as a scam accusation regarding Winna.com

I have been a member there since december 31 and I made my first deposit on January 3.

They approved my KYC and then confiscated around $800 in sportsbook winnings. Their reasoning was “suspicious betting activity” and mentioned generic things such as value betting, late betting, arbitrage and fixed matches. I completely dispute their allegations. I did not engage in fraud, match-fixing, or any prohibited activity. I simply placed sportsbook bets on matches in major leagues and tournaments such as The Premier League and Champions League.

If a bookmaker does not like a customer’s betting pattern the normal response is to limit or close the account going forward, not to approve KYC and then confiscate winnings without proper transparency.

I will post all relevant evidence below.

I cannot see any mention or arbitrage in their terms. The fixed events accusation does not make any sense for the types of games played, value betting does not either, they make the odds and have to honor it. I do not know what late betting means. All their accusations seem made up and they did not give any definite answer, just vague suggestions on what it could be like no real investigation was done.

You could try contacting their representative here. They say the decision is final in the chat but there could be a way to open it back up if they consider the decision to be wrong.

I would suggest you to remove or hide your name from the mail and avoid doxxing.

I could not find any unusual betting patterns from the images you posted, it has straight forward bets provided by the sportsbook, team has to clarify further about their standard betting behavior .

same, i took a look, and i don't see anything that could be considered "suspicious betting activity", all the bets were on top tier leagues, UCL, PL, LaLiga and 1 NBA bet.
the stake amounts also look normal, no weird amounts which are usually a giveaway for arbitrage, and they can't say it's "late betting" just because he placed most of his bets a few minutes before kick off, everyone does that.

they should pay his wins, then limit him/ban him if they don't want him playing on their site, voiding his wins is a scam.

They don't provide any evidence against the accused. They just throw flimsy accusations when they don't want to pay you, close your account and say the decision is final, how convenient. When you lose, that's perfectly fine, when you win, pray you get paid.

OP, maybe you shouuld escalate this to Casino guru or Askgamblers. You could prolly get this sorted out quicker over there.

I still can't believe it is the case with Winna and other casinos with good reputation that was proven over the years. What rise the doubts in many of those disputes is the amount of mney subject of confiscation. In this case it is few hundreds and in another also few hundreds. Both amounts conbined can't pay Winna sig campaign participants for a single week.

For users loosing small amounts (hundreds), askgambler and casinuguru are their best options. As for the official representative, it is not a good sign of professionalism to remain silent.

Just shows that winna is just another total garbage site that uses their garbage odds provider as an excuse to confiscate players's money, actually pathetic. Hopefully people in this section get the message and stay away from this casino. The red flags are starting to stack up, just like they did with bc.game in the past, and look how their standing is now. Winna is basically using the same formula and maybe in 1-2 years people will look back and think how blind they were not seeing what's happening there.

i'm not surprised, they only care and resolve issues when they start hurting their image "look at us guys, we fixed his problem, and we gave him extra money to say sorry. we are such a good casino".

did you try dming others from winna? i would say DM everyone affiliated with them, and if they ignore you, post tweets about them ignoring you.

Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this matter Drunk continues to ignore me. I have reached out multiple times but there has been no meaningful response.

I gave him the benefit of the doubt and allowed time for him/them to step forward. After 2 weeks of silence it is now clear that this is going nowhere.

Eventually Bennett answerd me briefly on Telegram, but the way he sees stuff doesn't align with the facts/ evidence. It's like talking to a wall.
Despite being a heavy supporter of Winna since day 1 and almost playing there daily, i'm scared to play there at the moment, very little faith in the future.

LOL your words make no sense. You have a dispute with them and still consider playing there, cool story man. Just don't use this shitshow of a casino, plain and simple. They lie to their customers, cut rewards and increase requirements for perks every month. Why would anybody use this site?
The decline in members is also visible in the telegram drop. Yesterday a 3$ drop with a 9k wager requirement and 333 claims was still available 10 hours after release, basically saying that not even 333 players wagered 9000$ in the past 7 days.  Sure, some high rollers won't claim it but when you see that stake tg drops for 3$ with 12k wager and like 700 claims are gone within 5 seconds it shows you how small winna and how big the decline is.
