How to upload pictures to the forum?

I would benefit from explaining it to me with the help of some pictures.

When I read this, I thought of the old saying "I don't have the time or the crayons to explain this to you.", but that's maybe just me being for a long time already on the forum (and other forums as well). Other users were definitely more patient and friendly to give you an ELI5...

There's a HELP link at the top of a forum's page. Click on Posting there. At the bottom of ths page, posting dialog icons and BBcode are explained, like here for embedding pictures


There's a sticky topic in Beginners & Help, Newbies - Read before posting, the first thing a bit down the post when "More detailed information starts, is about to explain "I cannot post images?".

How did you miss this or even bothered to look around and read such obviously informative topics? Again: how old are you? (yadda, yadda...) --- Post less, read more!

Now that your questions have been answered, you can lock this topic. (Forum search would've revealed a gazillion of newbie questions about picture posting, but forum search is either intimidating, cumbersome for newbies, not friendly experience especially for newbie and low ranked accounts, ...)

If you all give permission, I will give them merit points.

You have 3 merit point atm, this means you can only give 1 merit point to a user since its just a sendable you have.
For each 2 merit you receive you get 1 smerit. The forum suggest you dont hoard the merit but give them to post you deem have good quality. You don't need any permission to give out your smerit.

This time around, since its just 1 smerit you have, choose between OmegaStarScream_ or Charcol_ to give the smerit. Later you can come back when you have another one to give the other person.


I have given you an 1 smerit, now you can give them each one.

You can follow his directions and upload your link here, but for visibility, that is, for the picture to be visible to the audience, a senior rank member would have to quote you for visibility, and it's only then that your uploaded link could be viewable by others. Anybody who is  of a higher rank on the platform can quote reply to you with mentions "quoting for visibility."
