You’re correct, everyone use to gamble with the hope of winning and not losing, that’s kind of just the reality of it. Nobody really enjoys losing money, whether the person is rich or not. The fun and excitement mostly amplify from winning.
But the main issue is becoming too dependent on winning mentally. That mindset can be dangerous because gambling is still a 50/50 thing, anything can happen.
