I had a very negative experience with this platform.

In the beginning, everything worked normally. I made multiple deposits and withdrawals successfully, which made the platform seem trustworthy. Later, I was asked to complete KYC verification, and I fully complied with every request. I submitted my ID, a selfie holding the document, a handwritten paper photo, and proof of address.

Since all previous transactions had gone smoothly, I continued using the platform with confidence. I even made a mistake once by sending crypto through the wrong network, but the platform manually recovered and credited the funds as a one-time exception. That situation made me trust them even more.

Without any prior warning, my account was eventually suspended and then permanently closed for supposed “violations of the Terms of Service.” My remaining balance was confiscated.

The worst part is that they never provided any actual evidence of wrongdoing. They only referenced general clauses from their Terms of Service without explaining what I specifically did or presenting proof of any violation.

After fully verifying my identity and using the platform like a normal customer, having my funds seized without transparency feels extremely unfair and misleading.

Very disappointed with the way this situation was handled.

They have a representative(1) here and don't seem to be dedicated to dealing with the issues that make this site no longer welcome on this forum. There was one complaint reported here(2) that appeared to be resolved but it took a long time.

onsidering they seem to have several versions of the domain and also you haven't mentioned the amount confiscated, you should complete your report.

They haven't been active here for a long time, and from the looks of it, they also have some negative tags. I don't think you'll get a response from them here. Anyway, try posting this on Casino.guru, askgamblers or casinomeister, they are mediator websites, they might be able to help you with your issue with the casino.

He could have made few edits to his OP providing more details and clarifications about the amount confiscated and some screenshots (if any) as proofs. Then use this this thread as a reference when contacting mediator platforms.

OP created his account yesterday and it just took him 4 minutes to create and post this thread then left without following updates from comments.

Without much more proof in the original post, there is nothing much we can do to help you out zahirah. Maybe what you can do is to try other independent mediator platforms like Askgamblers or Casinoguru. To protect their reputation over there if they care at all, they will be compelled to provide evidence that led to your account closure unlike here.

Thunderpick review has been removed from CasinoGuru. So, OP won't be able to submit a complaint there. They are available on Askgamblers, but don't give any responses to the complaints. The Thunderpick team gives replies to user reviews on Trustpilot only.

According to the terms 19.2, OP can take his complaints to 'Thunderpick Dispute Resolution Office'. Or he may take this complaint to Curacao Gaming Authority. I think the 2nd one would be the best option if the amount is big.

It sounds like the first time I've heard about Thunderpick is after your post. I checked their announcement, and it seems it's been inactive since 2023. On the other hand, their representative was also inactive at the beginning of 2023. So I am not sure how you have found them and from where. On the forum they seem to have a couple of negative feedbacks on their profile. If you had visited the forum before, then you shouldn't choose them.

However, I will ask to add more details by following the correct scam accusation format; just check the pinned post from the top. So it will be easy to understand your situation. In such a situation, we can't even call them here to respond since they are inactive and have no forum support as well. They probably left the forum; you have to talk with the support and raise concern with the third party where they are listed, like AskGambler. They might help you to approach solving the issues.
