Why are AML transaction checks considered a feature? The opposite is what is being promoted: No AML/KYC.

I will quote this part which gives @Swaply.ltd the right to freeze transactions and transfer them to "cold storage".

In cases where: we suspect that a user has failed to perform a KYC on our relevant request in the past, or the transaction is suspected of being related to illegal activities, we reserve the right to freeze the transaction and/or transfer the frozen funds to a cold storage wallet for any period of time necessary to complete the investigation and our AML/KYC procedure, and/or report the case to authorities for further investigation

You've only been registered since March 2026 and based on the reviews that you've got, it seems that all of them are good even from a month ago and weeks ago.

For a new swap, I don't think that you'll get this much users already as you start. But I am curious how did you get a lot of those users to find your service while you're still new?

Did you advertise somewhere else? because when a new swap comes out, the issue for most users is about trust.

No proof of legal registration is provided, Is there any explanation for this?? And why was this important detail left incomplete in this legal document.



Also, in the "Privacy Policy" page, it includes the line: [please contact us at], but there is no official email address, only just a blank space. It’s difficult to see how users can trust a platform that claims transparency when it does not even provide an official email in its legal documents, or take the time to complete the template fields correctly?

Do you mean that you check the AML of every transaction, if it's coming from a suspicious origin you reject it and report the transaction to authorities?
That is my interpretation of what you wrote. If there's any other meaning, please let's know.

Can you please include FAQs in your exchange to avoid repeating basic questions.

Where do you drive your liquidity?
If you generate your liquidity yourself, can we see your reserve balance?

I agree with you and I think they bought all the reviews otherwise there should have some negative feedback as well and also there are a lot of exchange site who has lower reviews even after a long time but the site has received too many reviews only within few days. As there is no transaction historey of those user only foolish people will trust the site.

I agree with you and I think they bought all the reviews otherwise there should have some negative feedback as well and also there are a lot of exchange site who has lower reviews even after a long time but the site has received too many reviews only within few days. As there is no transaction historey of those user only foolish people will trust the site.
