If a couple of casinos operate under the same licence, then aren't they all under one company? I know the brand would be different and management would be different as well, but ultimately they are under the same company. Otherwise, a new company should obtain a new licence. In our country there are a lot of groups of companies that operate different brands under the same licence. We call them 'sister concerns', but the main company is liable for all the sister concerns.

The same goes for your brand; even if your brand is new, if it's been operating under the same licence that has previous issues, then the community would take it negatively. If I understand correctly, then the licence taker is the owner of all the brands and the company is liable for all the brands. Let's see how the community reacts since your old brands have some issues.

Using scripts or licenses by multiple clients is a very popular and legal way to reduce costs. It dont makes them one company. They buy it as service.
I don't see any problem with it at all.

I think OP should tell us more about the structure of bankroll, withdrawals and deposits, and how it is audited.

Lucky.fun has been operating for two or three years. It just recently appeared on Bitcointalk. But Luckyanon and Luckycoin are actually very new.
It seems like it's just a coincidence. The word "lucky" fits the casino's name quite well - in terms of marketing.

Also, the Anjouan license doesn’t mean anything for international users, as it doesn’t provide any real assistance in recovering funds in case of a dispute. So it is essentially just a paper license.

Take a look at Article 14.2 as well: in these General Terms & Conditions, they state that the maximum amount they can pay in case of an error on their side is only $500. Limiting liability to such an amount is a red flag, as it may effectively give these platforms the right to confiscate your funds, even if you win millions and only compensate you with $500.

Just to clarify — Lucky Coin is run through a completely separate company and raised its own funding independently.
And yeah, the reward/payout wallets are shared across sites on the same license setup. It keeps the operation lean, improves liquidity, and makes sure payouts are always flowing smoothly.

You got your own funds, raised it from your investors, and then decided it's better to have an aggregate pool in which you don;t have absolute control over your funds?

I would prefer if I could register an account and log in with my username + password, without always needing to go through my email and click the link received to it.

Never understood why some people like you deposit such big amounts into new sites like this one with glaring issues and red flags surrounding them. You mentioned getting played by a separate site too recently which makes this move odd to say the least.
