In your manifesto it says that there is no KYC for wins under $10k, but the general terms (8.3) says otherwise; that you reserve the right to request documents before egrantung ANY withdrawals. Which is it?
There's also a small type in 8.2 you will want to check out.

Apart from the raffle bonus planned, do you plan any other promotionnal campaigns here?

It would be good if the LuckyCoin team fixed their terms and conditions, especially the KYC part and the incomplete sentence in section 8.2. The manifesto and the Terms say different things and that is confusing for new users. This community has seen many projects come in with big promises but little transparency, so a new casino looking to build trust here should make sure everything is clear from the beginning.

Yes lack of transparency is the reason why many project last long and gain the kind of popularity trusth and confident they needed to gain the trust from customers. If what is in the manifesto is different from what is writen in the general terms and conditions, it definitely contradicts each other, and may scare clients aways looking like there are some hidden tricks or traps waiting to shock customers as soon as they invest. The accept if KYC should be clearly out lined, so that whoever is interested will make there decision without fear of anything.

Coming across this casino thread here on bitcointalk for the very first time today, and reading through the beautifully designed info graphic on the main post, I feel really compelled to want to visit the casino website, sign up, make a deposit and try playing some games immediately, but unfortunately, I am currently in a very tight corner in terms of finance and don't have any extra funds to spend on gambling..

Do you combine amount of those bets and consider them as more than $10k, or you are only looking at withdrawal amounts?

We’ve recently updated the information on our website. Since our Terms & Conditions always give us the right to request KYC when necessary, we felt it was misleading — as several people here also pointed out — to continue using “No KYC under $10k” as a selling point. Because of that, we’ve decided to remove that wording. Thanks for feedback on that 

To give some additional transparency: out of more than 900 players, we have only requested KYC from two users, both in cases where we suspected possible multi-accounting during our wager race. In the end, those suspicions turned out to be unfounded, and no players were banned or denied withdrawals.

For example, one player here from BTC Talk has won over $57,000 in the last few days alone. Every withdrawal was processed instantly, and since we had no reason to suspect fraud or any rule violations, no KYC was requested in that case.

That said, in situations where we do notice suspicious activity (such as multi-accounting or similar abuse), we do reserve the right to request KYC. The process is handled manually through our live chat, without external support systems, and we aim to keep it as quick and straightforward as possible.

If anyone has questions or concerns about KYC, feel free to reach out to us via live chat — we’re always happy to help and clarify anything. Players who prefer to get pre-verified are also very welcome to do so.

Welcome to the forum luckycoin.com, when reading through your products, what caught my attention was the transparency claims, and without a doubt, I believe that you guys is truly transparent because most casino's will say that they are a no kyc casino, but once a customer won a large amount, that's when they start asking for kyc, but you guys are different from such casino because everything is stated very clearly from the start that kyc will not be asked if the winning is below 10k, so it will only be asked if their is a winning more than that. So it's a step in the right direction because when transparency is there, trust can be  built easily among gamblers.

Although I'm not part of the project, I'm just a regular forum user who just want to lend opinion. I think they are looking at withdrawal here. Even if all your winnings combined are more than the stipulated amount, you won't have a problem with the kyc. It is the point where you want to withdraw the capped amount at once that you will be asked to do kyc. Casinos don't have a problem with you winning more money,  as the money will be in the platform, it is that point were you want to take the money out of their platform, that's when they will be asking for documents.

What if someone withdraws $1,000 several times a week? If the total withdrawal amount exceeds $10,000 within a week, will the casino require KYC verification, or will it only be required when a single withdrawal is requested? Or maybe there's a weekly or monthly limit, and if someone only withdraws $9,000 during that time, KYC isn't required, and the limit resets periodically, and the calculation starts from zero.

In terms of design, your platform looks solid.

I took time to go through the casino including their wallets, which they have made public, everything looks transparent. I don't know what their motivation is but I just hope they keep this energy going and it won't be long before they build an outstanding integrity that will make them one of the biggest casino in the shortest time.

Sooo I decided to take a break from shuffle and wanted to try out a new casino. Opened up my account with them yesterday. Depoed around 10k in varies deposits and finally won some on baccarat. Initial withdrawal of 10k went automatically. Seems like they have instant withdrawals. But when I try to withdraw a second time it didn’t work. Seems like they have a 24hour limit window on 10k withdrawals. Took contact with the chat and they told me that it will be handled. So yeah so far everything works but the withdrawal limits could be higher.

Really the casinos got attention of many people today since their launch their promotional campaign, seeing their ANN thread being awesome but yeah with alot of confusion about the origin, affiliation of this casino with a well known casino with cases of scam against them, but the team have not responded to any of those speculations between that we have alot of time to try out this casino and to see what they have to offer us as community.

Is anyone else experiencing issues accessing the casino? When I try to open the website, I get a message saying that the website is currently under maintenance and will be back soon!

edit: After refreshing the page a few times, I was finally able to access it. Now it loads fine with no issues.
I also noticed that my country is restricted although it’s not mentioned on the list of restricted countries and I have no problem accessing and playing at other casinos that have an Anjouan license!
