Hello everyone,
I am creating this thread because I need help getting attention from the 2up team regarding a very serious issue with my account.
A few days ago, someone placed casino bets on my account and lost around 1500 USDT. The problem is that this could not have been me. I only use my account for sports betting and I have never played casino games there.
After checking my account activity, I noticed active sessions and devices that do not belong to me. This strongly suggests that someone gained unauthorized access to my account and used it without my permission.
I already contacted support, but so far I have not received any real help or explanation. That is why I decided to post here publicly in hopes that representatives of 2up will notice this case and help investigate it properly.
What makes this situation even more suspicious is the following:
I did not receive any email notifications about a login from a new device or location. Normally, the platform asks for a verification code when logging in from a different device. In this case, none of these security measures were triggered.
Because of this, I have concerns that this may not have been a normal external hack. However, I want to make it absolutely clear that I am NOT directly accusing the casino or the 2up team of stealing my funds. I simply want a fair investigation and an explanation of how this could happen despite the security protections that are supposed to exist.
I am asking 2up representatives to:
Review all login history and IP activity on my account. Investigate the unauthorized sessions. Explain why no security alerts or verification emails were sent. Help resolve this situation and, if possible, return the lost funds.
I am ready to provide screenshots, account details, and any additional information needed for the investigation.
