Yes, I filed a complaint with Bookmakersreview.com exactly one week ago, but have not heard a response yet. In fact I'm starting to get worried that they are not active at all since on the bookmakersreview forum there are multiple others who are reporting that they are waiting very long to hear back from the dispute resolution service, some even 2 months or longer.
I'm gonna give it a couple more days and then maybe suggest another dispute resolution service.
Any news? I'd like to sort this out quickly so I can decide whether I should mark Bets or not.
I am afraid that Bookmakersreview are not active any more in the ADR field. Very annoying and bad communication of them because they did not list it anywhere. We can give up on Bookmakersreview.
Do you have any contacts within Askgamblers? Is it maybe a possibility that you can lobby with them and try to get them to take on my complaint despite the fact that they refused it earlier on (for unknown reason)?
Or else, can you ask Bets.io if they agree to let my case go to Casinomeister or BTCgosu?
I have also looked at Ecogra and IBAS but both only take on complaints against UK-licensed bookmakers.
