Anjouan are the worst of the worst. All they do is collect license fees and they offer no player protection whatsover. They blindly side with operators all the time, is what I heard. I'm not gonna spill my energy on that.
In that case, I don't think you have many options left unless you find another mediator that will agree to look into the case or you take them to court. You don't want to get the license holder involved, AskGambers has rejected you twice, and CasinoGuru doesn't mediate incidents involving sports betting.
Regarding Askgamblers: tried that already. About 10 days ago I submitted a second complaint, worded differently but it was also rejected the next day as they could see it was about the same case.
Have you tried asking them for more detailed feedback and reasons why they are rejecting your complaints? It's one of the things they are supposed to be dealing with and mediating to solve.
They did not want to elaborate on their decicion. I find it very weird too.
I do have some more options: simply use another mediator, such as the ones logfile mentioned above, or bookmakersreview.com
I am currently waiting on Icopress to ask Bets.io if they agree to let the case be judges by one of those other mediators
