I also doubt that your complaints have been rejected for any of those reasons. There is obviously a different reason behind this, I don't have any idea about it though. Askgamblers usually takes sportsbook related complaints, CasinoGuru doesn't accept sports betting related issues. You have only one option left there now, reach the Anjouan Gaming Authority with your issue. You will see the option to submit a complaint on their license validator page, but they don't work as a mediator. The process is also complicated there. Otherwise, you may send an email to:

Askgamblers really did reject my compaint. I am 100% sure I filled in all their field correctly, and included screenshots etc. It even took me almost an hour to write it all. And initially I received an email stating they had received my submitted complaint. But then the next day they sent an email that it was rejected, without citing a real reason.

Sometimes they do forgo certain cases and tell you to use the relevant Authority for proper resolution. Especially issues involving sports betting. I suggest you try to do what they have proposed and take the dispute to the gambling Authority directly.

Now my question is, have you taken this step yet?

You have no idea how pathetic the Anjouan Gaming Authority is. They do not care one fuck. Do not even bother to reply. So no, I have not done that and am not going to do it. And besides, they do not take on player complaints anyway according to their rules, only take on complaints about casinos accepting players from restricted regions.

I ask Bets.io to offer me the option to submit my case to another independent mediator. That seems the fairest solution and if Bets.io does not even agree to that, then they surely have something to hide.

As someone that was also scammed by bets.io and had my askgamblers complaint also rejected were in the same place. Have the stooges that bets.io sent come here yet to discredit you? Or pretend they’re gonna try to help you? You could try Casinomeister but bets.io doesn’t respond to them either. Sorry but don’t hold your breath.

Legitimate players: be aware there are now two open complaints with Bets.io representatives here not fixing them. If you like getting scammed, this is the website for you!
Dear bets.io: if you spent as much time paying legitimate players as you do orchestrating these scams-including being here- you’d be a really successful website.
