Germany and France are my second and third favourites in this 2026 FIFA World cup  and either one of them will surely win the trophy because of the kind of attackers they have currently, before the starting of the tournament I was deliberating on whether to support Spain because am a Barcelona fan which automatically make me a Spain supporter but at things is going now with the Spain current squad I doubt if they will make it to the knockout state, just imagin Spain loosing point to cape Verde which is one of the underrated teams in the tournament I almost forget to mention the present champions of the world cup with them having the greatest player of all-tim(the GOAT) they are the first team I support but I can't verge for them to win the cup but what am sure of is that they will perform more than Spain in this tournament..

Right, the fully winner for this match is betting or gambling casino companies because many gambler put wrong prediction favoriting Spain is winner team, first time appearance in World Cup and come as not favorite team make Cape Verde without any pressure yet for the first games when holding draw Spain. Scotland defeated Haiti 1-0 in the World Cup for the first time in 36 years. Scotland, who last participated in the World Cup in France in 1998, failed to win any matches there. From what I've seen, Haiti is the weakest team I've encountered so far.
They also participated in the World Cup after 52 years.
They also have no wins.
Most likely, they will be eliminated from the tournament without getting any points from this group. Because the other two teams in the group are Morocco and Brazil.
It will not be easy for them to get points from these two teams.
Even scoring a goal would be a great achievement.

Scotland won their opening match of the world cup against Haiti by 1-0. In the first half Scotland built pressure on Haiti and got only goal of the match in the 28th minute scored by McGinn. They got 0.92 xG , 1 big chance created and 7 total shots. In the second half the table turned and Haiti dominated with 64% possession but didn't manage to get any goal. 0.52 xG and 7 shots. Lewis Ferguson was named as player of the match for his accurate passes and dominance in the midfield. Now they are going to face Morocco and Brazil next in the group stage. If Haiti loses to Morocco and Brazil and there are big chances of that then Scotland will qualify for round of 32 by winning that only match of the  group stage.

I think the name of the referee who officiated the match is Ramon Abatti, a Brazilian. Why I mentioned is name is nothing other than some of us may want to know who the referee is and where he comes from and whatnot as to a reason why he probably didn't blow the whistle when to them the foul was very glaring to the eye but I still tried to check whether there would be a relationship between the referee and the Egyptian team but I could not see any, in fact if someone was to be favoured there, it should have been the Belgium side since it would have been easier for the referee to be linked to the country for many other reasons. But this was a good fight for Egypt as I was also expecting a draw but didn't expect the guys to be this tough meaning they kinda have future in this world cup if they can be more clinical in their subsequent games against New Zealand I believe.

In the Belgium-Egypt match, the referee made two critical mistakes against Egypt. One was Tielemans' foul; he should have received a red card, but wasn't even given a yellow. The other was the failure to award Egypt a penalty.

Belgium may have a better squad quality, but they were quite effective against Egypt. In Egypt's goal, Courtois failed to see Ashour's shot. It was so powerful that if its speed were measured, it must have reached over 150 km/h.

The level is so very high, I think Ronaldo cannot operate in such level, if he does then it won't be for long before his body gives up, the zeal is there but as long the body is unfit, I don't think he can contribute that much for his own country. The work load has been removed from him down to the younger players, the way he shouldered the team back then won't be the same, the energy is no longer there, even if  wants to.

If he can't perform at that level, he needs to adapt and play because football is a different level now, things have to be done that way, there's no other way. If he's not at that level, they should take him out, replace him until he adapts, but I don't think that will happen. Just look at Spain, with all their stars on the field in the second half, Luis de la Fuente went all out and they couldn't beat Cape Verde. I'm not being biased, but that disappointed the Spanish fans.

I thought Belgium would beat them because I know that Belgium has a strong National Team but I was surprised they were struggling to survive in the game, and another match captivated my attention was the Iran match. I thought Iran would loss the match but Iran 2-2 New Zealand. And today we have another great match to watch. Though few Africans will support France because of their quality in football but the matter what I will support Senegal to win or draw the match.

Iran drew 2-2 with New Zealand after twice falling behind. I'd say the match deserved a draw.
Both teams are the weakest in this group. Egypt and Belgium will easily qualify from this group. The best third-placed team won't qualify. New Zealand and Iran will share the last two spots. Both teams will be at the bottom based on goal difference.

Lukaku is such a mythical player, he is not even looking that great most of the time, looks disoriented and yet they still end up with something that looks like it is not that great and not that crazy and should be something that would be not that great and yet anytime he gets in, he scores and he does something amazing.

This is why you need pure strikers on your team, not some great passers, not some playmaker, not someone who can withdraw the defenders and open up space. I mean pure striker, I mean Lukaku, Haaland, Kane, these are the type of players every team should have. These players provide so much for your team, and make your team so much better as well. I think it would be smart to keep him in the games from now on.
