Irregular. In the beginning it's slow with bigger stakes and it goes to more often with smaller stakes.
It should mint every day though.

I think we'll be glad to see COMM as one of Top20 coins. Doge is still the moon for COMM. Those, who just dumped coins, probably will regret it, as I regret selling BC in past. COMM is like ice breaker- moves slowly , but steady with some hiccups.
