I think you miss the point totally. 2nd round distribution is over.
If you received your 1st round stake (1mil) and didn't get the 2nd one,  you can re-apply for the re-consideration.

I am sorry but you come too late to the party. Before i closed applications there were 80 waiting. And also some early comers had 1 m but rejected due to inactivity from 2m. They're also asking second round. So i will give priority them. And we have less coins left already.

I think someone stole the coins, cos there was more than 9K available just a few hours back. The faucet is dispensing between 1 - 5 coins every 8 hours so it can't be empty by now.
