There are some things that have become traditions over the years (not without the help of the Italian section), and one of these events is Bitcoin Pizza Day, which we traditionally celebrate on May 22nd. Surprisingly, just a week ago, Laszlo was online. Feel free to message him and wish him a happy holiday, because this crazy guy paid 10,000 BTC for two Papa John's pizzas, thus starting this wonderful holiday. That's why I invite you to test your culinary skills! 🍕

       What about prizes?

This year, the sponsor is ♻️ b1eXch.to! Just like last year, we will have 6 winners, the most talented of whom will share the $3,500 prize pool! 🎁

      How it works?

From the moment of publication until June 10th, you will have the opportunity to post photos of your pizza! After the appointed date, a voting thread will be created, where, through joint efforts, 6 winners will be determined (the voting system will be identical to that used in the BCA).

• Post at least 2 photos: [1] Photo of Pizza + username and date [2] Photo of Pizza in the making ➥ Note
• Pizza should be Bitcoin pizza (Bitcointalk style is allowed).
• Pizza must be made by yourself / Only one pizza per user ➥ Note.
• I reserve the right to decide at my own discretion whether your baked goods are pizza or not.

Let me give you some advice.

• No "reserved" posts / Discussion allowed!
• Use bitlist.co/upload or talkimg.com for image hosting.
• It's best to add the Bitcoin symbols after the pizza has baked in the oven for 7-10 minutes.

If yes, it would be better to restrict some low ranks to avoid too much spamming....my observation

I'm sure Laszlo will be very proud of what the outcome of the transaction he did with Papa John many years ago have now turn to be a historic moment in the journey of Bitcoin. However, I'm also happy to know he was once online few weeks ago, and hope he sees this thread.

Wonderful contest, this is one of the best contest in this forum and I love it so much.
You did a nice job by stopping reservations in this thread because just like you said it causes a lot of confusion and that’s true.
I’m happy you decided to create a new thread for this year’s contest, that last year contest was very hard for some people to discover where the new contest started from, well done Sir.

This is the biggest moment I have being craving to experience on the bitcointalk forum, great innovation I must confess. However, Pizza is one thing I love so much and their is no week that passes by that I don't have it, the last one that was held  I miss out and I can't afford to miss out this year. Nice one sir, keep up the good work.

I wasn't part of the last event due to activities and so many other things. But happy am a bit free and I must get this done.

This is very good. The prices are mind blowing and I wish I could be very creative to get something meaningful. I have not been here to witness such contest before but I hope to do the little I can do to see how it looks and I hope to win. Everybody else, y'all please do something less catchy so that mine will be selected 😂. I will try this out this time and I will go all in with full force. The sponsors are benevolent and we appreciate real good.

From the reactions I'm seeing from my Local board, it seems that this year's price is more juicy compared to what it used to be. Anyways, I'm here to win, nothing less.

It's good that, in order to award a cash prize, there are rules according to which a pizza must be a pizza and not a pie on a baking sheet or something similar (something incomprehensible) and contain those ingredients that are usually added to pizza. For those who do not know what pizza is, there is always the Internet, not only with drawings , but also with recipes.

The tradition from which this competition originated should maintain the level and quality of pizzas, as well as historical pizzas, which were certainly delicious and real.
