It's funny because these days, MMA is even becoming more popular than boxing.

Thing is, that you can have more regulated karate tournaments for example, But you can't really test anyone's skills without things like MMA, because martial arts fanatics train and combine several different martial arts. So you need to have a sport where is possible to combine them, if you want to measure real skills.

And yeah, boxing can seem like a sport of gentlemen next to that, but you can get killed in boxing as well. I am more troubled about fixed matches in MMA to be honest.

Well, the fact actually is that every sports game carry some level of risk regardless of how safe the sports appear or seems, atleast, we can use playing football as a good example, this sports is one of the safest presumably, but it's not ones, it not twice but many times have we heard about how player suddenly collapses on the pitch and that lead to their death, I don't want to talk about the common ones like breaking of leg, hand, ankle and maybe even injury in the head.

No sports is 100% safe, but MMA carries a high degree of risk to be honest, this I've always thought myself and this is why I did not hesistate to agree with the op's opinion and view about MMA.
But I completely understand that for sports to be really exciting, then there have to be different varieties for fans to choose from, so I will just look away from MMA and focus on the sports that really catches my fancy.

To be honest, i personally recognize the brutality of MMA, they tear each other apart as if they were sworn enemies and it’s not uncommon to see their faces covered in blood. But we must realize that many people love this sport and as long as there’s a large following, it will continue to thrive. Imagine if everyone disliked MMA and kept criticizing it, we might not see it anymore. It’s precisely because so many people enjoy it that it keeps growing and getting even bigger.

Some people only enjoy MMA maybe because its anything goes, I personally prefer and admire the amount of all round ability boxing requires.   The other sports involving kicking are far more lethal and imo less of a durability test of both fighters.  Boxing is the gentleman's sport they always used to say and after watching MMA now I realize why that was said, bare knuckle fighting and all the rest are savage in comparison and way back that was the reality to the majority of fights I guess.

No, no contests where the main idea of competition is hurting each other are "like any other sports". They are entirely different things. What nonsense are you going to claim next, that an MMA 1v1 is the same as a chess 1v1?  

Isnt the idea of any competition is to find out who is better? Isnt idea of chess and MMA is to win? Contenders only have different methods to achieve victory. It isnt necessary in MMA to kick punch to win. You can win by submission. You can win a game of chess also in different way, by opponent disqualification for example. You can taunt you opponent, he loses control and punches you. It is possible to put protective helmets, change gloves and use pads on foot to minimize damage, it will still be MMA, but less entertaining.

That's principle and humanity, it's a normal thing for every individual, to be honest, sometimes I don't like watching MMA fights, some of the shows I watch are annoying and some are also interesting. I'm most bored watching the fighters being arrogant and arrogant, in the scales they are already fighting, this is what annoys me the most, it's unsportsmanlike.

If you have an issue with arrogance, and you should, then you will need to stop watching a lot of the sports especially soccer. Boxing, MMA, or some other thing, the key argument remains the same. Just because one of those version of the same thing is less deadly than the other, that does not make either one of them less savage than it really is. Anyway all of those things need to improve themselves so that under no circumstance does anyone ever get killed. Even suffering serious damage is already a sign of a savage competition. We could use without many of these things, but many people really have nothing good going on in their lives so they have to get hooked to all sort of nonsense to find a speck of meaning.

It is still a sport, much like boxing, that we watch and enjoy. MMA may look more brutal, but the monitoring procedures for athletes and referees are also enhanced. It is not the same as other martial arts. Besides, it is not street fighting; athletes also have to have martial arts basics that are indeed allowed. Boxing fight sometimes come to a point where both fighters are bleeding too much. How's that different from MMA?

You do a quick YouTube search and you will see some boxing fights where both fighters are bloody. What's the difference between the two then? Can we say right now then that Boxing should be illegal now? OP, people have different perspective to something, and this is the one that we both have differences and you know what. That's still fine. If you can't watch MMA then that's fine. If you can watch boxing then just focus on it. Beating by using bare hands has little to no difference than beating using boxing gloves.

MMA is becoming more popular? I guess one reason is that you don't see celebrities fighting in the Octagon unlike in boxing where even those not professional boxers are going there and fight those professional ones. Whatever the case is, you can say negative things to MMA, but it will continue and if you don't want to watch it then that's fine. Yes, just like on what i have said earlier that it all matters on someones preference and interest, because it might that look too harsh or brutal for you but there are people who do really enjoy on watching it and there's nothing we can do. This sport does have that its own set of audience and fans on which just like on other sports as well. Different strokes for different folks. Football is the sport i love the most, but i enjoy combat sports and the MMA is cool to me. I wouldn't call it a street fight, because we are talking about trained professional fighters. Actually both of them are dangerous it's just that MMA is more bloody since they use less cushion gloves and they can do any combinations of striking, grappling and ground fighting. I personally enjoy boxing more than MMA since just like what you've said it's more brutal than boxing but the truth is both of them are dangerous. In boxing, you will get punch repeatedly in the head which can cause concussion and if you get knocked down, the fighter will be forced to stand and recover within 10 seconds.

If you can do a research, there are more boxing fighters that shows more visible long-term brain damage in retired fighters compared to MMA, for instance Muhammad Ali.

My favorite combat sports organization was the K1 at the beginning of the 2000s. It's boxing and kickboxing with no ground fighting. The fighters' stand-up skills were at full display. It has lost it's popularity in the meantime, but 20 years ago it was awesome. The final tournament with the best fighters would be held in December, just before Christmas. These were knock-out style fights where you fought multiple times that night to reach the finals and ultimately to win. I loved to watch Sefo, Le Banner, Cro Cop, and Feitosa. I hated Semmy Schilt. I have never met anyone who liked that guy.

I know in MMA there is a rule to stop the game if a fighter is defenseless. But this sport allows you much more dangerous and bone breaking techniques than boxing. You could use ground and pound, elbows, knees, which are not in boxing. So any major injury is much higher in MMA than in boxing cause various types of strikes and grappling.

You noticed that when two individual fight on the streets, people always gather around just to watch them exchange blow physically at each other while using all their surviving skills. And when it comes to boxing, you always noticed that its players are always limited to using only their hand for boxing without using all other parts of their body, which makes people not to feel the raw energy in the sport. And when it comes to MMA, which happens to give room to its contestants been given the privilege to fight with all parts of their body.
