Is it right to ban an account based on suspicion?

The scam/fraud allegations against us. Our intention was never to deceive users; we previously operated our service through Telegram. The '''1,000+ successful transactions''''' section on the website was part of the content generated with the help of artificial intelligence during the creation of the new website.
If this claim is made without evidence, we are ready to correct or remove it.
The text on the /rules page collecting personal information, IP, cookies, etc. is also not an accurate reflection of our actual activities.
Those texts were also automatically generated during the creation of the website and we were not able to properly verify them before publishing, which is our mistake.
The /rules page has now been removed and we do not collect unnecessary personal information.

It's not about fraud or scam, lied statistics about total finished exchanges. It's about Malicious things found and tag by Virustotal.

You can see a post with findings about this malicious threats on their exchange website. I believe the account was banned because of this reason, not because of the initial scam accusation. Forum does not moderate scams and don't ban accounts with scam accusations.

The problem is that When I checked the link on VirusTotal, there were 5 Malicious tags and 1 Spam.
I think they, out of frustration getting a negative tag from you, then they spread malicious links. Maybe you can verify it

If the moderators are boring and does not have anything for entertainment, then they might start banning accounts based on suspicion. I never heard they banned someone without any reason, not even for scams. Scam is not moderated in this forum and the moderators does not ban anyone for scamming people. They only ban forum members if you violate the forum rules. Some rules are very strict such as spreading malware and doing plagiarism. Sometimes mods ban these people instantly and issue permanent ban. Some other violations may leads to temporary ban. So, be sure that your ban was for something else, not based on suspicion.

Even if there is a proven scammer, the account won't be banned for this reason. Because scams aren't moderated on the forum and scams are being handled by DT members. I can't remember if I have seen such a ban due to allegations. Otherwise you might have shared suspicious links through your post.

If you bothered to check the link Charcol shared, you'll see that a forum staff said that the reason for the ban was not because of the suspicious complaints, but because your platform is offering mixer services.

The user was banned for an entirely different reason, not for the ones mentioned in this thread. No one noticed that this service was advertising a mixer and offering mixing services itself. That is precisely why the thread was deleted and the user was banned.

Even if you are a proven scammer, you can still post here with no issues because scams are not moderated on this forum.

You will be banned when you violate the forum rules, and commonly for plagiarism and in this case it is clearly for the mixing service which was banned here complately.

You keep violating the forum rules, and then you're surprised to get banned.

When you are banned, you can only create an alt account for the purpose of appealing that ban. You cannot post or create other topics in other parts of the forum besides the appeal topic.

Op, your case is simple and at the same time complicated. I doubt you will come out from this mess. Let me break everything down for you incase you still don't understand.

1. You copied or generated your ANN Thread with ai which gave a wrong/exaggerated volume of 1000+ transactions. It also said you save users data and all. It was these that sent your matter to the scam accusation board... Read!

2. Your project is against the forum rule of not promoting mixers here. You've violated this.

3. A global moderator has also confirmed that there's a handled case of malware/phishing link sharing, which is also against the forum rule 6.

I think your most expensive mistake is not reading the forum rules first.

Please reread the forum rules, as this will help avoid problems in the future.

The question is if they still have a future here. It is fine he reads it incase his ban will be lifted.
