As the title suggests, if you were playing and noticed you were incredibly lucky, should you report it to support as a possible bug, or should you enjoy your winnings and then withdraw your winnings?

I'm wondering if a casino has a bug and you don't report it, could they accuse you of exploitation and block withdrawals, or even confiscate win money?

Or even if it was a bug in their software, they still have to pay out the winnings?

Has anyone encountered a situation like this? If so, how did it end?

Well, if someone encounters something like that, and they want to be ethically correct, they should report it to the support and let them know about it, but considering the fact that most people who gamble won't really be that straight since they must have lost money and they wouldn't think it's a bug or anything if they keep winning, and they will surely try to withdraw the funds. When it comes to the casino taking action, they will surely confiscate the funds and restrict the account if they find the bug out when the account still has the funds in it, but if the withdrawal is already done, they can't really do anything other than confiscating any new deposit the user makes.

If something like that happens to me, I don't really think I would feel that it's a glitch or a bug, because gambling is unpredictable, you might hit a 20 round loss streak sometimes, and sometimes you might hit 2 big wins in a row when playing slots, so if something unexpected happens to you, especially if it's something you would enjoy, you would probably not think of reporting it thinking that it's a bug.

And why are you supposed to be responsible if their machines have a flaw or not. Because then it's not even the casinos that have a problem. With slots it's 3rd party clients that casinos are using, so that 3rd party would be responsible of those bugs. It has nothing to do with you, because it would affect on every gambler.

Also what difference your reporting would do? If they confiscate the money for some reason, they will do that despite you reporting or not. It won't make you more guilty to (something, i don't even know what), if you just withdraw winnings without saying anything.

A bug is easily noticed. When you are winning, even if it is obvious that the game was meant to be a loss, then that's a bug. They would confiscate your winnings. A lot of casinos don't care if you know about the bug or not, what's important to them is that your winnings are voided because of the bug.

Winning consecutively in casino could signal a bug and most people could think its a lucky day but I think its best to take a break after a multiple amount of winnings, but reporting to the support might not really be the best option. Hmmm…this is a difficult question to ask that but then it depends on the the situation surrounding the win. If for example I am playing slots and keep hitting multiple multipliers, and eventually a big win, I will not report it because when I was losing I didn’t consider that there was bug behind it.

The OP is not wrong by asking this question because from my own experience I think what he's trying to do is to see how our reputation can be questioned when nobody can hold us responsible for our action. If you are to win an unreasonable amount of money that you know that the reason why you are winning this amount of money is not because of how good your odds were but it is because of a bug then the right thing to do is to report to the support of the casino because you might not be the only one that will be getting this advantage and this can make your favourite casino to run out of business without them knowing or catching the bug on time. When there is a bug on a casino it is better we report and despite we being rewarded or not we should just consider it as a good that we have done for the casino.
