If Arteta thinks that because Pep is no longer in the premier league and so so he can win then, he should have a rethink.
No manager would underestimate another team just because the opponent has changed coaches from top manager to ordinary level coaches. I believe Arteta will not thinking he can easily win the Premier League just because Pep is no longer at City. Its impossible for me, because every coach will remains wary of the teams they face, especially for the big four that always fighting for title race every season. That why Arteta is rebuilding his squad to make it stronger, bringing in new players and spending more than €160 million, if he underestimating City, there would be no need to spend a lo of money in the transfer market. Hmmm your point make sense... Indeed Mikel Arteta cannot sit back without any worrying because still there is many clubs that are capable of winning the title like they have potential. It's is obvious that Pep Guardiola has no longer here to compete with him but I think his successor Enzo Maresca can also give a hard time to Mikel Arteta. Thus far other team are also looking good such Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester united etc. All of them are try to rebuild their team with new signing and even the 4 star team are also preparing for league battle. So competition will be bit hard like only Arsenal will not be in open track. Other team will also try to tussle for title.

You have made your point, but I don't think that's the case because all other top teams are nowhere near the level of arsenal currently, unless their is a massive improvement from one of these top teams, because arsenal may run away with the title if their is no serious challenger. Manchester City you spoke of are shaky, and they largely struggled against Bournemouth, so with what I saw on their opening day fixtures, I don't think they are ready to compete with arsenal for the title, Chelsea, Manchester United and Liverpool may all be scrambling for a top four place, unless their is a massive improvement from any of these teams, because as it stands now, arsenal is my best bet to win the English premier League title.

Tottenham is picking up right where they left off last year—suffering another defeat. Brentford beat their opponents, Tottenham, 3-0.
Tottenham spent heavily on transfers this season but has yet to see a return on that investment. It may be just the first match, but Tottenham also failed to display any effective football on the pitch.
This is truly disappointing, especially for Tottenham fans. How is it possible that a team that spent so much money started the league with a crushing defeat to Brentford, whose squad is far inferior in quality to Tottenham’s. Even though it was the first game, Tottenham, having signed so many talented players, shouldn’t have put in such a poor performance and suffered such a crushing defeat to Brentford. I think Tottenham fans will be criticizing Roberto De Zerbi for the loss and for Tottenham’s very poor performance.

Matinelli of Arsenal have gotten to Saudi Arabia to continue his football there. After series of indications from Arsenal that they no longer needed him, and kept him in the bench since the start of the season, the player opted to go to Saudi where he will be receiving 380 thousand pounds a week. This is a huge sum of money, and even if he would dislike the fact that Arsenal sold him eve after indicating that he wanted to stay at Arsenal and n fight for his place, they still sold him out, he would be happy that he is receiving that kind of money.
However, one thing I will hate arsenal for, is not signing a proper replacement that can get at least 15 goals every season on that left wing because for you to sell Matinelli, someone that was our highest goal scorer in champions league last season, it simply means you want to replace him with someone who is better than him. If they can't get someone like that, then it will be so bad of them. .

Liverpool is like terrible with their transfer strategies so far. Some young names and that's it! This isn't the way they can win a PL title believe me. A winger transfer isn't the only thing they need to do right now. They had better do something about the defense too. We clearly saw it in the Newcastle match. I know Araujo has been loaned but I don't trust him. He was a mess at Barcelona with red cards, own goals - bad performances in short...

I know Arsenal are a ruthless team and once again they are just ready to dominate the league title but I am saying that other team are also looking preparing himself for the muddy race and I will tell you something more that it's long season and sometimes little injury or in consistency can impact the team strength. So Arsenal are much favorite candidate but another are also making a scrubbing in transfer market to rebuild their team for better hunt.... The rest of the matter will be up to end like still we have a lot of time of describe the winner. It's a football and blink of eye can twist the tempo. In past season Arsenal were in significant gear but unfortunately still got slip against Manchester City in EFL Cup at semifinal. But let's see who keep it more consistent til end.

Trent alexander Arnold and Robinson where two quality fullbacks, but the both players that were signed to replace the both of them are no where as good as those that left. I think that the quality of the team has drastically decline because if we are going by like for likes, it would only be Szoboszlai D.and Mac Allister A. r hat are still good enough to play in that jurgen klopp team. Virgil van dijk is no longer the defender he uses to be, so the quality of this Liverpool team has really declined and if they are not careful, they might not make the top four this season if am going by their first game.

That's a mistake Liverpool have made for quite a long time now, especially during the end of Klopps leaving and since the arrival of there new coach, Slot, who won the EPL in his first season and later went on to be sacked at the end of the next season because of poor performance. Seems they have completely ignored there defense and it's a big problem for them. While coaches like Mikel Arteta believes that good forward cam win matches for you, while good defense wins you trophy, and have decided to add and always strengthen his defensive side, Liverpool are not keen on that but concentrates more on the forward. This means that they will keep conceding goals, and if there forward fails yo score, then they lose or eventually draw. They need do something quickly. The transfer window is about shutting down.

That’s why I’m not entirely convinced that Liverpool can win the Premier League title this season. In fact, I predict that Liverpool will struggle to finish in the top four, just like last season. After all, with their lack of activity in the transfer market, it will certainly be very difficult for the coach to improve the team’s performance because their roster is very limited.

I saw in a News that Manchester United has enquired to sign Victor Osimhen before the Summer Transfer Window closes. And according to the news they have forwarded an enquiry to Galatasaray for the possible transfer. Source . This would have been a plus to the team if only the move was successful. And also Baleba from Brighton was also signed to the team Source they have to do well in this season. And their first game was not encouraging. Victor would be an excellent addition to the red devils especially with the uncertainty of Benjamin Sesko, infact any team would have a boost in performance with his presence at the front, if that's ever possible, there is a reason the top five leagues haven't gotten Victor Osimhen yet exceot from his wages, Galatasaray will not release him until he starts the similar saga of Alvarez and Athletico Madrid.

Their is no chance that Victor osimhen will try such behavior at Galatasaray because it's a club he loves very much, and their fan base really adores him, so the connection he has already established with their fan base is the main reason he has not pushed for a move out of the club, considering his talent and how he has been attracting interest away from the league. As for Manchester United, I don't think their main problem is an attacker, but rather, they need a left back and two more attacking flair players that is like cole palmer that can easily create chances for the center forwarder, so buying a new attacker without a proper playmaker that can be delivering passes to him will be totally useless

Galatasaray isn't selling Osimhen this summer. There is no way for that as far as I can see. They have even rejected an offer worth above €100m from a Saudi team... I guess this is enough to prove it. Otherwise I know of Arsenal's interest in him too. There was even an alleged offer like Gyökeres + money for him. I think they should focus on Julian Alvarez instead. Atletico isn't selling him to Barcelona but must be open to other offers now.

The highest Liverpool will hope to get to at the end of this season is finishing in the top four and with the signings that other teams are currently doing, the odds are even slimmer that they are capable of attaining such feet. It's not about past glory or the fact that they where always in the top four that makes it to the champions league. If I'm to predict how the top four of the premier league is to end, we might be seeing arsenal, Manchester city, and either Chelsea, Manchester united or another team like Bournemouth making the top four. They've sold out Thier key player with nothing serious that's left behind other than their defense. It's going to be a deficult season for them except they trigger late signing.

Staging a war between himself and Galatasaray is one thing I know Osimhen would not want to do. He is already an important figure at where he is, and won't want to do any thing that will savage the relationship he has with the fans of Galatasaray and the club board. He will have to stay to honour the agreement he had with the club, and if the club decides to let him go, it will be because they are willing to, and not out of Osimhen's pressure. These days, player no longer want to see out their contract again, the moment their dream club comes for them, they will immediately start giving their present club attitude so that they would release them. Just like what Alvarez is doing currently at Athletico, who hates stated it very clear that they don't want to sell Alvarez. Therefore, I think Osimhen won't be leaving in this current transfer window.

Therefore, I think Matinelli’s decision to go to Saudi Arabia was purely driven by money, not his career.

Some players these days don’t care about career anymore, they just want to go pack money and position themselves very well for life after football. But don’t you think it’s time we stop seeing the Saudi league as a league that’s for old players that are nearing retirement. The league management are really doing enough to make the league attractive for younger players to come play in their league as well. If you check very well the Saudi league has started attracting young players over the years. This transfer window we saw Manchester player Reijnders move to the Saudi league, he’s also a young player, what will you say about that too?

This transfer window we saw Manchester player Reijnders move to the Saudi league, he’s also a young player, what will you say about that too? Yes, it’s inevitable that players at European clubs will be tempted to join Saudi Arabian clubs because of the enormous sums of money on offer. In terms of income, it’s certainly very lucrative for the players personally, but I’m looking further ahead, it’s the national team that will be most affected. Let’s consider this: some major nations have struggled so much in the World Cup because their players didn’t perform, and one of the factors is that those players compete in leagues that aren’t competitive. As for the Saudi Arabian league, they’re relying solely on money to attract top players from Europe without truly building a league that’s sustainable in the long term. After all, if they rely only on money, it certainly won’t last long. For example, the Chinese league, which was booming before the Saudi Arabian league, did the same thing, but in the end, the Chinese league has been on a downward spiral.

The simple truth is that money makes the world go round, so these players can be easily entice with more money, just like every other human being out there that has faced poverty before. I am not going to condemned any of this young player that makes such a move because we don't know how their background was, but it's not everyone that will make such a decision because they are very contented with what they already have. Saudi pro league has managed to attract a lot of top players down there, but I think that it will be difficult for them to do so the same way or volume they are doing it now if Cristiano Ronaldo leaves in few seasons from now.
