The cost of players these days in the transfer market is absolutely wild, I don't really know why because it seems every decent average player now is above the price of 100 million euros. Personally I think this deal would have cost Liverpool a lot less, but it seems the football itself, like splashing cash on players. I'm not saying that Bacola is not worthy of the money or anything, but just clearing up the point that Liverpool's transfer advisor or whoever is in charge of setting up deals needs to be more financially sound in bargaining.

If Arteta thinks that because Pep is no longer in the premier league and so so he can win then, he should have a rethink.

I don’t think it’s possible for Arteta to think that way. Even though Manchester City is no longer coached by Guardiola, it remains a serious contender in the race for the Premier League title. In fact, this season, every team has the potential to beat Arsenal in the race for the Premier League title, since most of the top teams are led by new coaches and their performance is on the rise. Therefore, I’m convinced that in Arteta’s mind, he views every team as a formidable rival under the guidance of great coaches.

I don’t think it’s possible for Arteta to think that way. Even though Manchester City is no longer coached by Guardiola, it remains a serious contender in the race for the Premier League title. Well, Chelsea will definitely be happy to sell him on Real Madrid because at least he wouldn't be facing to his own team for every single month like now it will make them more disappointed to see him in rivals jersey but I think the relation between him and the club are not even in good shape and I think this the reason behind his departure.....

Besides the regarding through Real Madrid I will tell you that still I don't find any reason why Real Madrid lose interest in him although he is an extraordinary player and Real Madrid also need such quality players but still they lose the interest in him. Maybe due to high price demand like maybe  Chelsea high demands draged them into this situation.

PSG sold a lot of players this year; notably, they sold Barcola to Liverpool and Mbaye to Aston Villa.
Lee Kang-in, Goncalo Ramos, and Kolo Muani had already left the team, and now Barcola has gone too.
PSG made good money from these transfers and also signed Ferran Torres for 50 million euros.
PSG has replacements for the departing players; Désiré Doué is the replacement for Barcola—though they will likely sell him next year as well.
Despite this situation, I believe PSG is the top contender for the Champions League.

Some other news sources I read said it around £121m-£145m, whichever price they will sign Enzo Fernandez, by the time of finalisation of the deal we will get to know the actual price as both Manchester city and Chelsea media will state it on paper and get us to know the exact price they signed the young talent. Enzo Maresca and the fact that Chelsea isn't in any major competitions this season fuelled Enzo Fernandez's potential move to Manchester city.

Salah plays from the RWF and Barcola plays from the LWF, I don't think his a direct replacement for Salah unless maybe I'm the one mistaken because I don't usually watch the  French League 1and don't know the wing he plays from, but from their champions league matches, Barcola comes in and takes the LWF position even when he replaces Doue who plays from the right, he moves to the left, that's by the way though. If Liverpool really wants him then they must have seen something in him, I'm sure they are aware of his inability to finish off chances and are ready to work on him concerning that. Barcola is a fine player but I still maintain that his terrible at finishing but hopefully he will improve.

I don’t really think Chelsea will have any problem with Enzo Fernández playing for Manchester city. Real Madrid wasn’t interested in the guy, they came publicly to say that, so Chelsea can’t force the player on them. Manchester city are interested in him, and Chelsea allowed him go. At least Chelsea were able to make some profits from him, and he wasn’t longer interested in playing for Chelsea, so they just have to allow him go. At the beginning of all this saga, I was not in support of Chelsea allowing him leave the club, but when Enzo Fernández was so serious that he wants to leave, I like the way Chelsea allowed him leave peacefully, they going to get replacement for him.

I think Liverpool made a great move, too. The void left by Salah hadn't really been filled. If this transfer had happened sooner, Liverpool might not have dropped so many points. I didn't understand the logic behind waiting until the last minute.
When it comes to transfers, you have to be like Real Madrid: if you want a player, you pay whatever it takes to get him. Just like with the Diomande transfer—everyone thought he was going to PSG, but Real Madrid stepped in, paid the fee, and signed him.
I think Liverpool was a bit late on the Barcola transfer.
Also, I think he will compete with Cody Gakpo for a spot in the lineup.

I thought for a moment that Liverpool had failed to sign Barcola because of a dispute over the price, but in the end, Liverpool won the race to sign him. Barcola is a great player, and he’s expected to be Mohammed Salah’s successor. I can’t wait to see Barcola make his debut with Liverpool.

We believe Barcola is a future star for Liverpool who might one day match Mohamed Salah’s achievements. We were indeed surprised by the news that Gakpo is being courted by a big, financially strong team in the Premier League. As I’ve mentioned in another post, Gakpo can be acquired once Liverpool finds a suitable replacement.

Shortly after Liverpool’s social media accounts posted a photo of Barcola making his way onto the field through the Anfield tunnel, it was clear that he was wearing the number 29 jersey.
In our opinion, Liverpool’s bold move to sign Barcola is a wise one. For his first season, we don’t expect too much from Barcola.

You have to let a player go if they want to leave. Chelsea made a smart move and sold Enzo for a very good price.
 
The transfer window in the Spanish League closed yesterday. Julián Álvarez remained at Atlético Madrid. It remains to be seen how he will perform during the season; there was so much negativity surrounding the situation. How effective will Álvarez be when he takes the pitch? Atlético Madrid made a huge mistake in this regard.
Chelsea executed timely and precise transfer moves this year. They also offloaded players who didn't want to stay.
Now, Chelsea won't be making any signings during the mid-season or next summer transfer windows due to a ban.

Arsenal didn’t do very well in this transfer window, They sold two of there lift wingers without replacing them, Christos Tzolis can’t do the work alone they need to sign another lift winger.
Eberechi Eze cannot play as a left-winger very well he’s not good for that position.
Some people are saying that he can actually perform very well in that position if he’s been used to very well but for me, I don’t think so. He’s not fast in playing and as a lift winger you need to be very fast, Eze don’t have that quality.
Arsenal needs to sign another lift winger if they really want to succeed this season.

look like Arsenal not showing bad performance so far this season at least till 3rd weeks. i'm sure, they will keep improving their squad in the next transfer windows, because being the defending champions will always be a tough task for the team and the coach.

by the way, the transfer window closed a few days ago, some teams are still trying to keep an eye to the players they failed to acquire this summer. to be sign during the winter transfer window. such as Liverpool is rumored still trying to sign Crystal Palace player Ismaïla Sarr. In addition, there are rumors that Manchester United is still trying to sign Lewis Hall from Newcastle.
