Unresolved withdrawal issue. Nitrobetting (MyNitro.io) holding my funds

I am writing to file a formal complaint against MyNitro.io (formerly Nitrobetting.eu / Nitrogen Sports) https://newsite.mynitro.io/ regarding a withheld payout. The sportsbook has failed to process my withdrawal, and their support service is currently ignoring my emails. My daily chat requests for over 10 days end with the same standard phrases: you need to wait, your request is being verified and is being processed by the payment system.
Here are the details of my account and the transaction:

Transaction Date: May 18, 2026
Amount: 2007.308 USDT, withdrawal fee to a Bitcoin wallet is 20.07 USDT.
Status on the website: Withdrawal status "Requested"
Description of the issue:
On May 11, 2026, I registered on the website https://newsite.mynitro.io/. Since then, I've made three deposits: 350 USDT, 414 USDT, and 290 USDT. I've won over 2,000 USDT from these deposits.
On May 13th, I attempted to make my first withdrawal of 1,000 USDT, hoping to at least withdraw my deposit—not my winnings, but the funds I'd deposited. After waiting five days and contacting support, I thought it was a glitch, so on May 18th, I canceled the withdrawal myself.
On May 18th, I decided to withdraw all my funds. This time, I'll pay a $20.07 fee to my Bitcoin wallet. Unfortunately, the situation hasn't changed. I've contacted support every day, but they've said nothing new other than "wait, wait, wait."
I believe that any bookmaker can and should process a withdrawal request within 72 hours. After this time, the request should either be processed or the bookmaker should reject it with an explanation (request for documents, personal video verification, or other reasons).
Moreover, I voluntarily sent all my documents to help@nitrobetzone.com and security@nitrobetzone.com — a photo of my passport, a photo of my driver's license, a utility bill, and a bank statement confirming my registered and residential address. I hoped this would speed up the withdrawal process, but unfortunately, it was to no avail.
My account is fully verified, and I have not violated any terms of service. Nitrobetting is simply withholding my money without any valid explanation.
As proof, I am attaching screenshots of my pending withdrawal history from May 18, 2026 and the history of deposits made. I request the arbitration team to assist in resolving this matter and force Nitrobetting to pay me my funds.

Sorry for your loss but if you browse this section for a little bit you will find several similar cases where players are not getting paid from site site. Either they always come up with excuses stating nonsense like "it's gonna be processed soon" or some other bs. This site has turned to scam a pretty long time ago and I am always surprised to see some new people still depositing there and then obviously coming here reporting some problems with them.

I hope you can get (some of) your money but if I were you I wouldn't get my hopes up. They are running some ponzi scheme now and unless even more people deposit they can't/won't process any payout. Just straight up scum!

They've basically gone rogue at this point making withdrawing almost impossible for players. You can try putting pressure on them through review websites and their social handles, hopefully they could pah out a portion of the total. But don't have high hopes, there are so many accusations against them which they ignore showing they don't care anymore about their reputation.

Definitely do not deposit any other amount there and do your checks on that state of a website at the moment before using them.

Unfortunately you might have to wait for months to get any money out from there, and even then its not likely.

We have already seen many complaints here for nitro not processing withdraws or even cancelling them and closing accounts.

They have a long history as one of the earliest bitcoin sportsbooks but unfortunately they are only a scam right now

Oh, another victim of this scam platform. They used to be a good site a long time ago, but for many years now, it has turned into an obvious scam. They have also changed their domain and name a couple of times already, prolly to hide their "sins" under a new name i guess.

OP, your chances of getting your money are slim. Though sometimes they pay out winnings to players after a long time of waiting, in order to allure other victims, it is familiar to a ponzi scam at this point.

Congrats to you, but if you are planning on gambling again, I'd suggest avoiding Nitrobetting for now on, because based on their behavior these past few years, you'd most likely get your withdrawal delayed for months if you even won and tried to withdraw funds from their casino again. There are other casinos that are much more reputable than Nitrobetting, and I suggest trying those instead.
