Location matters.. Leaving in an area where most people don’t have the time to visit a local shop just to have the fun of betting along with other heads , you shouldn’t expect that much people unless the place used to be crowded but no more .

That will likely point to either the customers already got so comfortable with just betting from their device only or there are more spot offering same service.. could also be working days vs weekend saga.

It does but that does not mean that we can't establish that there is a trend. If some locations are thriving or at least retaining themselves with regards to sportbook shops that does not say anything if many other places are losing a lot of them. From what we can tell it can be fairly established that there is an overwhelming global trend that comes down to retraction in the number of shops that offer these services. Movie rentals also did not go bust at the same time everywhere, but eventually they were completely wiped out by streaming services and online rentals. The same will happen here. Why would someone want to lose time and go somewhere to do this when they can do it from anywhere using their phone? Do some people like to pass away a big portion of their life in traffic?  

It's a different time line now. People stick more at their homes rather than outside.

The majority goes back to being a cave man and does almost all things while being inside their homes.

So, the stores are also going out of business due to the emergence of online adaption. And that will be the same for the gambling activities that doesn't need the gambler to go out.

There are cases where it is justified not to go outside and there are cases where it is not. So people moving less overall leads to them being more unhealthy, but in this particular case there is no benefit of going outside. There are only downsides, severe downsides. And even if you can theoretically come up with some benefits, you can get those benefits in much bigger quantity from other healthier activities. So the best strategy for this is to not go to the shop and use the time saved to get those benefits from other activities.

I think they have different market and those physical casinos are not trying to attract small time gamblers. Those places have regular costumers on which they regularly come in their venues, this is also the reason why their businesses are in hotels or places on which they know there are many rich people came, since they know they can lure those rich people to play on their casino.

Online casinos are sometimes offered not only for rich guys out there, but also with people have low income and this posses huge risk. Because people just need laptop or phone then they can gamble easily. But I don't also think physical casinos has been defeated now, maybe in future it will happen if they won't adopt because everything will became digital in future.

What's there to adopt? It's the same betting that has transformed from physical games to online games.
There's nothing to adopt other than launching their own casino site. The end of small physical betting shops is near.

I don't believe the idea that local casinos are not being profitable again which I know that if that be the case, they would have fold up and stop existing just like so many casinos that are not in operation again. Casinos are making money and we might not understand how they are making their money which might be different from the general views.

For those ones that doesn't operate online except just offline, it's very possible that their income level must have dip because many people now preferred playing online over offline, the stress that it will cost a player to go to the physical shop, they will prefer to stay at home and do it, just like myself, I usually go to the casino with my friends but now, we can even choose to just play at home and have fun and that's what we normal do at the land based casino but because of online gambling, it's easy for you to just have fun at home.

I agree with what you say, but that's largely due to things related to digital marketing. Digital marketing has done a great job, and people prefer to go to digital casinos because of their reputation and trustworthiness; they see them as more reliable. However, as you say, it's very true that the popular ones that remain are full, but their interest in going to them is decreasing.

The risk of bankruptcy faced by both online and offline casinos is very real, but physical casinos are currently more vulnerable to bankruptcy because online gambling and online casinos are simply more popular one of the main reasons being their ease of access.
One way physical casinos might stay in business is by also offering an online casino, so they would need to operate both maintaining a physical casino while also providing an online option. Given the current situation, online casinos are clearly dominating the market over physical ones.

I don't remember when last I went to a land base casino since I started gambling online, it has been a stress free and wonderful experience because you have everything with you and don't need to go out. However, for those that wants to socialize, they can still patronize the land base casinos because there's much fun than just gambling when you're using a land base casino.

Some physical casinos are still crowded and this is because of the specific location of the place, we all know that online has taken over and people are now more comfortable with gambling online due to the comfort it provides but in some localities people still prefer to go to physical centers to gamble, some believe they have more luck with that.

Returning from work yesterday, I felt like doing some fun activity before I got to my house. And then, I remember what if I visited a local sportsbook shop as I did in the past. On reaching there, the space was scanty. There was one other man in the shop. It took around 6 hours before another person walked into the shop. This triggered me to start a conversation with one of the workers. And she said, " This business is not profitable compared to how it was before. That people barely come to play here since almost everyone has a smartphone. She went on to say that, at times, people come here to beg for the shop's free internet to access their sportsbook on their phone, and they find it so annoying.

This is the condition in my area. I would want to know how it feels over there.

For me it has been over a decade that online ones have better odds than the local ones. So I never even check the local odds around me anymore, the legal bookies around me have much worse odds, like 20% or more and that is why not many people bet there anymore. Only reason why there are still people who bet on those terrible odds, is because we are talking about doing something illegal as an alternative.

Playing on those terrible odds is legal and allowed and they get their licenses from the government directly, whereas online bookies who are dangerous because they could scam you, are illegal and because of that there is a risk that you are carrying when you bet there. This is the reason why many still gamble at bad odd legal places.
