The most important thing is being able to help and feeling that even if they don't listen, we are doing our part in helping by giving advice.

The problem with these gambling addicts, they're fully aware of what's the best solution to their current problem, yet they still chose their own way, not because its the right for them, but because its where they find comfort and happiness they are longing from gambling. What really works is each gambler taking responsability for his own acts. Advices aren't magical formulas which work by themselves. They have to be accepted and adopted by the advised individual, otherwise they will mean nothing. The problem is that people think they can fix the world, but they don't keep in mind the world goes much beyond themselves and their range of influence.

Some things, like gambling addiction, doesn't have a solution at all, because the solution is buried inside the addicted individuals themselves. And only them can dig it out.

Advices only works on gamblers that  are not addicts because once you are addicted you have lost control of yourself, you need help to come out of your addiction state.

Advice helps people stay disciplined, but gambling is built on emotion, luck, impulse, and the hope of winning big. Just because most people know those advice, it doesn't mean everyone consistently follows it. You get it?
 
Casino still make billions because there are people who doesn't like to follow those advice, mostly the ones who experience big wins of course big bets and big losses, trying to chase lose that people suggest repeatedly to not doing it, yet still doing it lol. actually controlling what you can afford to lose in gambling is the best advice any gamble I can give but if you don't believe on such advice of gambling what you can afford to lose you can go on and do whatever I have desires, so I want to also let you know that gambling is all about determination and decision when you have your own decision and your belief you can do whatever thing you want to do in gambling because it's a personal race, saying that why does gamblers or casinos continue to make billion through gambling why we keep on giving advice of how to gamble, what I want to say there is that it is a people who participate in gambling determination so you cannot tell them not to gamble and there are many people who love gambling even though they are not making profit from it but they would like to gamble

Because casino is making billions dosen't mean the advice is useless, the meaning of it is that not everybody is simply following the advice. Gambling advice works , some lots have just chosen to be too stubborn to listen to other, they will only listen when the deed is done. Advice works for person that is willing tand able to apply it.  Advice is the safety measure that can prevent addiction before it happens.

Because once person is already addicted, advanced method will be used, only advice then is just useless because it will not work then.

Advice works, but it's a case to case basis. I will be under the assumption that many gamblers might have change for the better. Or reducing their gambling habits once they hear horror stories or advises from this community.

So it's not like that this advise is not working, but we really need to remind everyone of the ill effects of gambling from time to time. Lives getting rekt, losing your love ones because they can't take it anymore.

And with that, there could be people that suddenly snap out of gambling because of our advise here.

It is a good thing to listen to advice from people, but it is another wisdom that everyone of us must be able to know which to take and not, when it comes to gambling situations like this, we must be able to afford taking the necessary steps that will be of help to us as we gamble and not such that way how much, you must also look critically into every advice given and take the ones that are important as regard to gambling, because when someone advices you, they are doing so just to see you have a better approach on what you are doing.

Yes, of course advice (specially from people on this forum) has helped me a lot, but I am not and I have never been addicted to gambling, though.

There were some occasions in the past in which I started to lose money due to my bad luck while playing dices and I felt the urge to try to get all my money back, however I remembered the advice people gave me here on the forum about chasing losses, so I stopped right there and decided to log out my casino account and called it a day. I am sure those advices have actually saved me an important amount of money without me realizing about it.

It depends on the kind of person one is, it takes a minimum of will power in order for one to follow others advice, advice which is always intended to save us from problems.

The advice you mentioned is only for non-addicted players or new players.
Those who are already addicted don't need advice, but rather professional treatment, as they know how to treat addicts.
However, the addict still needs a strong will to recover.
While limiting deposits or other rules to prevent addiction will also be difficult to control because addicts will always find ways to play.

Why Gambling can not be controlled by advice alone is because when people are already addicted, it's become difficult to convince them not to gamble aggressively or not to gamble with what they can afford to lose. and I agree with you that no amount of advice can Change an addicted Gambler, except for some who is willing to listen and change. Gambling advice sounds like a funny thing honeslty. Who can give true actionable advice on gambling in most cases? its gambling, we never will truely know the outcome and everything is based on chance so how can anyone truly advise of anything on the subject with full certainty.

Maybe the casinos will make more money if no one is advising others to be careful with gambling? This forum exists for such reasons and you are talking as if it's getting too much, it's not enough I believe.

I am pretty sure that some beginners have benefitted from such advices on this forum, from time to time we always have new beginners and that's why we can't stop telling them to gamble responsibly.

Advice will work if people will follow it. Casino generating huge income only means the majority didn’t follow that advice even though they know the risk of gambling.

Also, we have different level of money that we can afford to lose like for millionaires that they have huge amount that they can spend on gambling to sustain gambling profit in the long run.

There’s also a lot of people contributing on gambling even if they are using an average size of bankroll. Casino generates most of their profit through house edge.

You are in the wrong here bud, seems to me like you are missing something completely..
What exactly do you want it to work in gambling, is it winning,
? or is it gambling responsibly? You know both of this are the same, and if what you want to make work is winning, then with the level of your experience, you should already know that no amount of advice guarantees constant and reliable winnings, like even if the casino's head of operations advices you on what and what to do, you will won't win if you are not lucky.

And talking back gambling responsibly, is it gambling responsibly you want to make work? Then have you applied all this advice and it still didn't work for you? Then you must have been it the wrong way, follow advice strictly as it is advice and definitely, you will see good result, you can't be advised on something, you leave the advice and do something and come back to claim advice isn't working, it should work, it all depend on how you apply it..
But talking about winning again, I still repeat that no advice will make you start winning front casinos constantly, if this is what you really want, then consider hacking the casinos instead.
