OP I don't think that it easy to quit totally, making quick decisions about gambling is not nice because we cannot set some fact about gambling aside unless you as a person is really sure that you want to quit totally, I have heard many smokers say that they are done smoking but they go back almost immediately and I believe it is because such are just mere words not a decision that was taken from their heart and controlled by their actions, for anyone to take a stance, such individual must be disciplined, some persons are just good at making statements or saying things they can not keep too that is why they easily go back to those things they said they won't do again.

I also did that, and I also heard that a hundred times from some of my friends. After a few months, we are all back sharing tips and experiences. The "I'm done" is just to get rid of frustration and not really meant to take action.
