How about looking at it from a different perspective? Sure, you need the government to support business and make sure that things like taxes are fairly set. They should foster an environment of prosperity that means business owners want to invest more back into the country and expand their companies. On the flip side of that you can often find many people are irresponsible or overly wasteful with their money, which s a limited resource they should try to manage well. I see people on low paid jobs who get home and get fast food delivered, which can sometimes cost an hour or two worth of work - it's expensive when if they put in a little bit more effort they could have a nicer meal for a lot less. There's nothing wrong with treating yourself occasionally, but when you're doing that multiple times a week it's crazy.

A large international circle is involved in the creation of planned poverty, the main key of which is in the hands of developed countries. IMF is a large lending organization in the world, although their main plan is to provide loans to different countries, the conditions imposed by the organization make the least developed countries poorer. The structure they adopt for providing loans contains the necessary elements for creating poverty, which the government of a country is forced to comply with, as a result, it directly harms the country financially and makes the people of the country poor.
