Excluding the existence of corrupt leaders in Nigeria today i think politics is also one of the main reasons behind uncontrollable insecurity in Nigeria.
Before this time alot of news surfaced where many said there are alot of unknown businesses going on in the identified residential area of this unknown bandits, which the question if such information is true or false have not been answered or even discussed by the appropriate body till now.
One thing that is clear and sure to me is, if this persistent insecurity is not propelled by political instigation, it would have been brought to book or eliminated completely because the Nigeria government has all needed to put an end to it.

I agree with you, some political leaders are fueling this insecurity, and they don't want it to end because they are benefiting from it. It will surprise you that some of them are in collaboration with these bandits and they use that ransom which is being paid to sponsor their political ambition. If political leaders are not aiding these bandits, the government would have ended insecurity in the country. If they don't have a hand in all of this that means the government is too lenient with these terrorists.

Those people that are benefiting from this, thinking that they are safe from this terrorist, they should not forget that if this people finish all the masses definitely they will turn back to them. If they can know this, I think they should have take the necessary action so that it will not get to them. The reason why the government is not taking any serious action is because they have not kidnapped any elected leader that is why they did not take it serious. All our leaders no exactly what is going on with this issue of insecurity in Nigeria but they decided to keep quiet just because they are benefiting from it.

Nigerian politicians na dem dey behind dis insecurity, if not dey for don bring am to di end. How dis country system dey work just dey fear person, imagine thugs dey guilty and be sentence to prison but with short periods of time you go see dem moving freely around the street with no regrets. But di reason why all did tin dey happen na because dem get politicians wey dey use dem and set dem free whenever they're captured. Instead wey our politicians go help build youths secure jobs for dem to become somebody, dem dey are busy dey buy dem hard drugs wey go make dem behave immoral and use dem during election to help with ballots box snatching.

Insecurity still persisting in Nigeria is not the fault of any citizen, but the fault of the government on seat. When crime is on the rise, it is the responsibility of the government to quench crime, and bring lasting peace to the country, and it's citizens. It is so because only the government that has agencies, and tools to fight insurgency in the country.

Insecurity is persisting in Nigeria because the leaders are very careless to handle the security challenges confronting Nigerians, rather there interest is focused on achieving Nigeria treasures for themselves, and how they will make their way for second tenure.

The Nigerian leaders are really compromising with insecurity issues in Nigeria, and even the some security agencies like the soldiers are complaining about the corruption in the Nigeria army. You can imagine where a soldier's life will be in danger, and he will be waiting for the order of a Commander before he can shoot a deadly opponent, and some of these criminal gangs even posses more sophisticated weapons than the soldiers, and how these criminal gangs get these sophisticated weapons is a question that only the top military officers can answer.

Bad governance is also another factor that is aiding insecurity in Nigeria. People who cannot endure hardship, and work hard to earn their living has gone wild, committing all manner of crime to make a living, cyber crime is on the increase, fraudulent activities everywhere, and some people carrying guns to go and rub in other to feed. If their is stability in the Nigeria economy, crime, and I security will reduce drastically.

I watch one video this morning of one Nigerian lady way dey based for Canada, she say come Nigeria last with tech solution to kidnapping, she pitch am to some state politicians she connect with and all of them turn her down say no be something way the state dey willing to invest in right now. I come dey ask myself say if no be security, wetin dey more important way states way dey in crisis actually need. The truth of the matter be say politicians no want make crime end for Nigeria, them dey use am as tool to control the masses.
You can imagine the arant nonsense from our government. I keep on saying this, d insecurity wey d for country, our government hand follow am. If they want to stop the insecurity today, our government know how to do am, just that them d use this insecurity problem of a thing to cash out big time. But na God go judge them for all the lives them don kill so. They and their families no go escape the wrath of God and revolution wey go happen. That their security wey dem think sae them get, go disappointed them someday and them go feel the pain and agony the masses d feel. Make them continue to d do as they like, but a day of reckoning is coming, they won't escape it.

The government is behind the insecurity in this country and that's why they are not tackling it to put an end to it, there are politicians that are earning money from the insecurity in this country and they sponsor the terrorist to keep attacking the people and I ask again, what do they gain from sponsoring a group of people to be killing their fellow brothers and sisters just because they want to get money, mere seeing the kind of ammunition the bandits are carrying you will know without being told that they have rich sponsorers of the evil they are carrying out.

I was ashamed that within 24hours that Benin Republic was attacked the Nigerian government sent a private jet and soldiers to go on a rescue mission but they couldn't rescue us here, this further makes it clear that the government knows exactly what they are doing and has refused to end the insecurity in the country.

At the moment, I don't think there is much chaos like that, in a s much as I don't know what's happening at the Northern part of Nigerian, I think those boys have reduced in the way they are killing, it is not as before again. But I know if they have piped low at the moment, they are actually restrategising and planing what other action they can take that will bring money.
The way Nigeria government are handling those boys at that side of the country is not given at all. They give those boys too much leg- room to operate anyhow they like, and because they have the backing of some highly placed politicians in the country, and some military personels behind them, they feel they are untouchable. But it seems their feelings are right sometimes when you look at the things they are doing, and nobody is doing nothing about it. It will only prove to you that instead of the crime to retrogress, it will only elevate.

Every country with there major problems affecting them in diverse ways same also is security a very serious challenge in Nigeria. As for the problem of Nigeria right now i will say i am completely confused and can't tell if we should see insecurity as the major problem of the country or corruption because all are serious in Nigeria now.
The insecurity challenge we are talking about is what I strongly believe is engineered by corruption,  the corrupt political representatives in Nigeria are the once responsible for the insecurity challenge of Nigeria if not the Nigeria i know has all it takes to overcome the insecurity challenge of the country
That’s the truth about this our country the major problem is corruption. Because if the leaders are not corrupt I don’t think the issues of this insecurity will be a serious in the country, every part of Nigeria are complaining about this insecurity, and the political representatives refuse to take any actions against them that’s why up today there’re no solutions for the situation; rather the insecurity challenges increase every angle of Nigeria.

Because those who are supposed find solutions to the problems are the behind make things become worst, how do we expect to live peaceful in the country, when the cause of living want to kill the living.

Although with when those politicians started their election campaign is actually coincidence with the time they have also cease their attacks, although I may not be right but is very suspicious because there could be something behind it.

The government is denying they don't have a hand  in insecurity matter in the country instead they're blaming it on enemies of Tinubu administration that they the ones who are masterminding the killings happening in the country. This is a lie .These bandits has made confessions statement that they are been sponsored by the government so there is nothing anyone will tell me that will convince me that government is not responsible for insecurity in the country. Bandits are now creating contents exposing their faces and ransom money still they haven't been tracked by the government but if you dare criticise the government on social media, dss will track you immediately and get you arrested.
One thing to identify failed government with is blaming opposition, since the APC government came into power, this has been their pattern, they don't take responsibility and act, instead they go about playing politics with the life of Nigerians, I know that we have not gotten it right from day one but the government in power is the worst that I have seen and the experienced, their scorecard is big zero in all aspects and the disturbing part of it is that, they want to remain in power whether the citizens of this country like it or not.

The government can not track the bandits because the guys knows all the secrets, most of them were used to do dirty things for the government, so why will they be tracked.

I agree that the relative calm in some areas shouldn't make the government relax. If these criminal groups are genuinely lying low, it could simply mean they are regrouping and looking for new ways to finance their operations. The bigger concern is the perception that some of them have political or security connections protecting them. If criminals believe they are untouchable, it becomes much harder to stop the problem. The government needs to be proactive, intelligence-driven and consistent in dismantling both the criminals and the networks that enable them.

Despite what happened in the past we're still hoping for the best. Those people should stop that act of violence, because we're tired of witnessing that. I don't know why they don't carry guilty around, their hands are stain with the blood of innocent people. Nigeria is becoming something else and it is also becoming very scary because unexpected things are happening. Does attacks must have affected some of the Nigerians mentally, most especially the families of the victims. We're hoping not to experience that kind of problems ever again.

It should not matter whether those affected are Hausa, Nupe, Ebira, Igbo, Yoruba, or any other group. We are one people, and we must rise together against insecurity.

Until we begin to see one another as one and show genuine concern beyond our immediate circles, this problem will continue to grow.
Nigeria presently is built on tribalism, this mindset seems to have taken trust away so there’s no sign of pity for other tribe forgetting how these things work, when there’s no proper attention given the issue begin to spread reason why the east now suffer same problem though not official but the rumor keeps circulating.
What I understand is the masses can’t fight insecurity along side corruption alone, no doubt we are one and must reason together in order to fight through but, fighting alone without the government support is not advisable and what are the chances making it out successful fighting along with other masses, I don’t advise on such issue ever when the end sars problem started although this is a different situation but, from my view this is more deadly, the government don’t care whatever happens obviously nothing gets to them.

Are the government truly relaxed or this could be another pre-election stunt to make the people believe that the government have got a major hold on the insecurity issue in the country.
Nobody or group can ever be bigger than the power of the state. If the government really want to stop insecurity in the country, they can do that in less than a week. The issue is the many people that are complicit to the security situation that affects the country as it is.
I do think they’ve being called to relax it pending the polls and after that, we would be in for another run.

The reason insecurity still persists in Nigeria is the lack of empathy among citizens.
Everyone tends to mind their own business as long as an issue does not directly affect their family members. If, from the very beginning when banditry started, everyone had stood up strongly; both physically and on social media.I believe it would not have worsened to this extent.

What else can we call it? The lack of love and selfishness that has ravaged this country is a very big problem for us. Especially, from our leaders first, who has built or stretched it down. Firstly, they only concentrate on there areas when in power, more on there families and relatives. And for those who do not belong to them, you pay for anything you get from them, either im cash or in kind, especially more in kind since they are the ones with money, while the masses needs the money, thus they will do anything for the money.

It becomes easy for them to stretch there hands across the country with there wickedness and selfishness since they first create hardship all over, leaving the masses hungry and begging. At this point, whatever they present to them, they accept with no choice since they need the money. The October 1st protect last year against bad government by some groups, what was the result, nothing.. this is because these in leadership were not affected. Our leaders are our real problem. If they live a better life, citizens are bound to lean and be better. But with the hardship created, citizens are tend to work hard for themselves

This politicians are highly unempathic and shamelessly selfish. Any atom of selflessness is as if they're doing the masses grace or favor that they don't deserve when it is the right of the masses to be served because leadership is service. But more painful how we the masses still going unempathic and shamelessly selfish among ourselves in little things that requires direct help and understanding. In as much as this unapologetic criminal politicians keeps the masses hungry and begging, does it mean that the masses should go to unleash the evil plans of these criminals which has direct negative effects on their fellow hungry people? Carrying guns that they and their family can not afford?

It's just true that the masses are the worst enemies of the nation because when you try to stand against these evil leaders (dictators), they'll still use the masses against you like it has happened since time immemorial. This makes me wondering, if the masses love or enjoys their suffering and when their only time to start a decision on what happens in the government comes, it's still the masses that will be used to start election rigging that will at the end rob the country of the service of security, employment and so on that they deserve from these men and women at the top.

I think that there are some group of people in the country that the president is afraid of and these people are the ones fueling most of the insecurities happening in the country and i also believe that the government is benefiting from it in some other ways. But honestly political leaders has a hand of the killing and kidnapping happening in the country, if the government want all this to stop it's going to stop without taking them much of there time to achieve, no body should be bigger than the government in the country including Boko haram and bandits.
