To be honest Argentina still has a lot to do, there performance in this friendly game before world is not convincing enough to think that they can win the World Cup, they have played against small opponents in this friendly and if they face a strong opponent i think they will not be able to beat them because if you look at their midfield they are not that good and using those young players to start some games is going to affect them, Argentina have good players but they will struggle against top opponents.

Portugal is playing against Nigeria and i don’t know who to support because i am Ronaldo fans and a Nigeria Supper eagle fan, but since it is a friendly game i will be supporting anyone to win because i can not leave my country behind, if Portugal win i will be happy and if Nigeria win i will also be happy, but i am not happy that Nigeria did not qualify for the World Cup, so going to this friendly game is not that something that is important.

I see that Lionel Messi was brought in to the match in the 70th minute, he have good impact into the team because he scored a penalty and they added one more goal when he came in.

I do agree with your assessment regarding the conservation of energy by Messi. Players like Julián Álvarez, Enzo Fernández and Rodrigo De Paul who is another team mate of Messi in Inter Miami have to do the heavy lifting and like you mentioned, he only needs to play around them and create crucial openings.

There's a possibility too that Ronaldo might not play. I don't think the Super eagles will fail to find the net. There's a possibility too that Ronaldo might not play. I don't think the Super eagles will fail to find the net. You're right in your assumptions even though you should also remember that some teams don't fancy loosing to some sides due to long time rivalry or team perceptions about another team and fans influence too. Take for instance, even if it's a friendly match, Argentina would never want to loose to Nigeria and same with this Portugal team even though Portugal has not really played against Nigeria as often but again, it will be in records should Portugal loose this game.

Pedro Neto netted the first goal and Adams of Nigeria has replied it already. This is the best game anyone would have played in his ticket, Nigeria to score and nothing more. Unlike your assumptions, everyone is in the game, Ronaldo and Bruno Fernandez. Spain would have had a better friendly match. I think Peru is one of the worst-performing countries in South America. It seems like Nigeria scored a goal after all as Akor Adams converted, honestly watching this match, I can't tell if Portugal are putting there all or they are just being reserve but I doubt that because both teams are really playing good, it's currently 1-1 and surprising Nigeria are playing better than my expectations.

The news about Ademola Lookman and Victor Osimhen being absent is true, but their absence is not even affecting the Nigerian team because they are very competitive in this match which made them play a 1:1 draw in the first half of the game. I was thinking that by this time, Portugal would have been beating Nigeria by a high goal margin but it's obvious that they are not having it easy with the Nigerian team despite that Cristiano Ronaldo is present for Portugal. Though i understand that Nigeria will put more energy since they are not playing at the world cup after they failed to qualify.

Just as you said, the BTTS even came quicker in the first half. I observed that most of the friendly matches ended in a BTTS, it was only few that was a clean sheet.
