As far as I know, Beşiktaş are the only club that have been linked with Darwin Nunez. I haven't seen any other teams seriously connected with him.
If Nunez were to come, I think it would have made more sense if Mohamed Salah had come as well, because they worked well together during their time playing on the same team.
But if Nunez is going to come on his own, then I don't think Beşiktaş should sign him.

Darwin Nunez is a nice player, a good striker and will be able to have his say, certainly together with Mohamed Salah they played well together and scored a lot. Mohamed Salah is not easy to sign, he is looking for a competitive team to continue winning. We'll see what happens and whether Besiktas was right to sign him.

Nunez was given enough chances at Liverpool, but he failed to capitalize on them.
For us to consider a forward a truly good player, he needs to possess clinical finishing ability and a genuine goal-scoring instinct.
Nunez severely lacks finishing skills; that is why he isn't a top-quality player.
His name has started to be linked with Beşiktaş. I hope the management doesn't bring Nunez to the team just to make us forget about Salah.
We need a striker with clinical finishing. I hope they manage to bring in Vlahovic instead.
I agree that Vlahovic is better than Nunez. I think Beşiktaş would make a more logical move by bringing him in. However, if Nunez were really good at finishing, he wouldn't have been sent away from Liverpool. If we're going to see him in Turkey, it's most likely due to a drop in form. The only exception recently has been Osimhen, who came to Turkey because of problems with Napoli, otherwise, he's a very effective striker. Nunez might be effective in Turkey, but with an option like Vlahovic, I don't think Nunez should be the priority.

Is it worth paying that much money for Salah? I think Trabzonspor made a mistake. A team that isn't that wealthy financially will inevitably lose money in the end if they spend so much on an aging player. Trabzonspor doesn't have a chance to win the championship with just Salah; they need to acquire at least two more quality players alongside him. I don't think they have the budget to do that.
The maximum performance they'll get with their current players won't bring them much benefit

In my opinion, the primary goal behind this transfer by Trabzonspor is publicity. They have acquired a brand like Salah.
Salah has 67 million followers. People across the Arab world will hear Trabzon's name, and more Arab tourists will visit the city.
They will also generate significant revenue from jersey sales. Trabzonspor secured the transfer at a lower price than Beşiktaş would have paid. It is certainly a major success for the management.

You might be right in what you're saying; they may have thought of creating a business opportunity here, rather than just transferring a player. Everyone living in Türkiye knows about the Arab population on the Black Sea coast; currently, very expensive houses are being sold there to Arab citizens. It seems possible that Trabzonspor's executives considered this and calculated that they would make a profit from the transfer.

The team's recognition has increased, the city will be visited more often. And if Trabzonspor wins the league championship this season, they could make a lot of money from this investment Smiley

Another point we overlooked is that no fee was paid to Liverpool for such a world-class star. Instead of transferring such a player for 40-50 million euros last year, it would be wiser to acquire him for free this year and pay him a significant amount in his contract. This also increases the city's recognition. I don't know if the managers considered this, but after the Salah transfer, Trabzon could become a city that attracts more interest and curiosity in the Arab world, especially in Egypt.

Trabzonspor has signed Mohammed Salah, and it’s fair to say they’ve pulled off a legendary transfer. Beşiktaş had reached an agreement with Mohammed Salah on many points, but a problem suddenly arose and Beşiktaş withdrew from the transfer. Trabzonspor then stepped in and succeeded in signing Mohammed Salah. Trabzonspor has been aggressive in the transfer market this season, making 13 signings before the season even began, and currently ranks among the teams with the most signings in the league.

Some people think because Salah is 34, he is just trash but last season, even without his full playing time and the problem he had with his former clubs manager, he still performed and put up some numbers and that quality of his will surely be on full display in the Turkish league, the best thing they can do to utilize his abilities is to build there attack around him so he can be finish or the last creator.

Fenerbahce will be playong Sturm Graz and I hope they get to win because I placed a bet on them to win

Nunez is a footballer with some technical problems, but I think his physical qualities are very good, and he could perform well in the Turkish league thanks to those qualities...

Furthermore, according to media reports, his loan fee is only 4 million euros. I don’t know how much he will be paid annually, though it’s likely quite high, but the Turkish league could be a stage where he can prove himself all over again...

If this transfer is made with the player’s current mental health considered, it could be a good move. I don’t think he’ll be a terrible signing; he’s worth giving a try for one season...

The Turkish championship is a championship that tries to show itself a little more every year. Nunez, also in Liverpool, has shown that he has a lot of competitiveness, a lot of competitive malice, but he always lacks that little bit of, let's call it luck, or malice in front of goal that makes him shine.

You know what it means for a Saudi Club to reject a player who has played in the Premier League, i feel really bad for the player, and hope he finds a league and club that will raise his profile.

At 27 years old, he is facing a hard time settling for a longer contract at a club, what will happen if he gets up to 30 years? Nunez should work on himself as a player to meet the current standard of a striker, he has to become better from here, nothing less.

Nunez has always had some problems with numbers, despite the ownership he has found he has shown that he is struggling. At Liverpool, with many chances, he often failed to deliver. In teams where there are even fewer opportunities, it is clear that it is even more complicated to find the way to the goal.

Endrick performed well in the pre-season matches. Real wouldn't even send him to another team on loan.
If the story turns out to be true, Fenerbahçe would become the top contender for the title. The league would be of very high quality this year.
Because Endrick is a footballer on a completely different level.

It all depends on what Mourinho sees in the young Brazilian, because even if he did well in Lyon, it doesn't mean that he will be able to find the space needed to play at Real Madrid, especially given the Blancos' starters. However, it could be a temporary solution that could also be good for the boy.

in my opinion, Trabzonspor blowing €40 million on a 34 year old player over two years is complete financial madness. i am really wondering how on earth a Turkish team can dish out Saudi level salaries.

Mohamed Salah transfer to Beşiktaş is no longer happening, as Salah has joined Trabzonspor instead.
As for Beşiktaş, I think the Darwin Nunez situation is probably over as well.
Personally, I don't think Nunez would be a player who could make a significant impact for Beşiktaş. He's no longer at the level he once was, and I don't think he'll return to that level.
In my opinion, Beşiktaş would be better off targeting other players instead of signing Nunez.

They must really want to win the championship this year. Because even though the amount they're paying for Mohamed Salah is high enough to upset the team's balance, they signed the deal without hesitation. It seems the Egyptian player will play for Trabzonspor for at least two more years, after his time at Liverpool. I don't find the money paid for a world-class player excessive, but considering the team's financial situation, the amount they'll pay him could be a strain on Trabzonspor.
The Salah transfer is a good one, but it must be said that it will upset the balance of the entire transfer market. Trabzonspor should not let the transfer fees it received for two players go to just one player—especially an older one.
They had generated approximately $40 million in revenue from Oulai and Augusto.

Salah is a good player, but at his age, the club shouldn’t be spending that much on his salary and other expenses just to bring him to the Turkish league. The atmosphere of the entire league and transfer spending are starting to change.

Sorloth couldn't reach an agreement with Juventus and Atletico Madrid gave the player permission to find a new club...
afaik Sorloth's agent called Fenerbahçe but his demands were too high. i hope it gets resolved and he joins Fenerbahçe.

For me Solot is truly a very important player, because even not being technically a champion, we must give credit to the player for having an excellent shot and an excellent header, in addition to his physical size which can make the difference. So i don't think he will have many problems finding a new club.

yeah i want him to join Fenerbahce but problem is fenerbahce usually dump so much money into players whose value is going down, not up. The whole team is made like this. if they liquidated the current roster today, who among them would actually turn a profit over their cost?

Offers are coming in for Osimhen, and if Osimhen leaves, Galatasaray will be nothing. He was the player who carried the team last season and helped them win the championship. Barış Alper is getting good offers, but they're not selling him, they're not buying any players, it's unclear what they're doing. There aren't any decent transfers the managers must think four championships are enough, I don't understand this at all.

I really like Osimhen, he is however a young player who can dare a lot and in my opinion he cannot best express his potential in the Turkish championship. He is a player who always chases the ball, he is a player who knows how to kick very well, very fast and knows how to keep his position very well. And already from the last Champions League we saw that he is one of the few who believes in it from the first to the last minute. He should find a team that's a little more in his league.

I read on social media that Salah's cost is 86 million euros. I hope that isn't true... Does Trabzonspor even have a total budget of that magnitude to justify spending such a huge amount on this player (if the figure is accurate)?
In a worst-case scenario, Trabzonspor would go bankrupt.
I don't know if it's true, but apparently, he is also set to receive a share of the jersey sales revenue. Honestly, it feels to me like they’ve practically handed the deed to the club over to this guy.

It's much simpler here, Salah joined Trabzonspor as a free agent. His contract with Liverpool expired this summer, so the transfer didn't involve any payments to the club. I think that's one of the main reasons why Trabzonspor signed Salah. But I'm a little surprised that Salah chose Trabzonspor, because I think a lot of teams would want to sign a player like him as a free agent. It's still hard for me to understand why Trabzonspor.

Salah signed a two year contract with Trabzonspor worth 17 mil a season and that comes to a total of 34 mil plus some bonuses so that amount that you stated of 86 mil isnt true. I think Trabzonspor wanted a big name for their club and the biggest ever and this might be good because they can earn a lot from jerseys and everything. So i think they can earn a lot as well from Salah.

Signing Salah is not a bad signing, Trabzonspor may not have chance of winning the league but they can win the other cups as they did last season, Salah is a big player and they all know that signing him is going to cost them a big money but they decided to sign him, Trabzonspor has money to sign players, we should also remember that they sign Onana on loan and made him the highest paid in the squad. I don’t see anything bad about the deal, as long as they are doing everything to make the team to compete against the big clubs in the league they are doing the right thing and it is not a mistake to sign Salah.
For the record, Onana is not the highest paid player in Trabzonspor. Stefan Savic is with an annual salary of €4 million, followed by Onana with €3.7 million.

Based on the fact that Trabzonspor's highest-paid player goes home with €4 million per year, giving Salah a deal worth €17 million per annum is too much. That's like 4 times what the second highest paid player in the team earns. I hope this decision will not plunge the club in a financial mess.

Salah apparently also asked for a share from shirt sales. His move to Trabzonspor alone was a big deal in Turkey. Right now, everyone in Turkey is talking about Trabzonspor and the Mohamed Salah transfer. The Trabzonspor president made a very good transfer, and although it seems like they spent a lot of money, I think they will more than get their money's worth.

People aren't even talking about the transfer anymore because it's over. People talk about something until it happens and then the talk gradually dies down. Since Salah has already chosen Trabzonspor, he won't get the publicity he wanted. His arrival was discussed for days, but now that he's chosen his team and signed his contract, the media needs to find new topics to cover.
Fenerbahçe fans are talking about their match against Sturm Graz, Beşiktaş fans are waiting for and discussing their own match to continue in the Europa League, Galatasaray fans are speculating about who their next transfer will be because they are too quiet.
In other words, aside from Trabzonspor fans, no one really cares about Salah anymore. He's fallen off the radar until the day we see what he can do on the field on his first match.

Congratulations to Mohamed Salah. As a Liverpool fan, I appreciate everything he did for us at Liverpool and even though he has moved on to a new challenge, I'll chose to remain his fan because I really like who he is as a playwr. That said, I'll looking forward to watching some of his games at Transponzor. I'll continue cheering and seeing Galatasaray games as well because of Victor Oshimen.
