And yes, as you said, it's true that teams must focus on other areas besides defense, although they shouldn't be neglected either. If anyone want to dominate the champions league, a strong squad, a smart manager and a decent strategy are very  important. Arsenal have a  strong squad. Both the attack and defense are strong. But their match strategy is not as good as expected.

Arsenal played defensively in the champions league. This strategy was quite effective. But it must be remembered  that when they face a smart manager like Luis Enrique, it is necessary  to make some changes in the strategy. We have seen enrique change his strategy many times. This is the reason some coach don't rush to sell out their defenders, because they know is not easy to get potential defenders easily, and that is why they don't allow any challenge to push them to sell their defenders. If you view those strong clubs that performed well in the champion league tournament you will know that the defenders contributed what make them display well well.

This is what PSG coach is focusing on his career and is making him to make progress in his club, because he always take decision that will make the club to do better in that season and to have another opportunity to coach improve the club.

This is so interesting to see that the 2026/2027 UEFA champions League is around the corner, population windows are ongoing and everything are preparing, putting in their best strategy, and also making decisions that could make them stand on a better edge, I don't think I will start gambling for now until it's fully started, but will only be preparing myself to see the formation and other necessary performance each ones are putting up together

In my opinion I'll first consider to strengthen the midfield before any other positions.

Yes, Arsenal were so defense oriented that they actually did not bother to dart into the attack at an opportune time. Football requires a level of goal keeping and scoring. When a player concentrates only on defence then the innovation of the forward line is bound to be smothered. The team could have paid very high price by failing to win the title, this will make the team more open in the future.

I don't bet on UCL qualifiers because I don't see it interesting and worth betting on. I can only bet on the games if there are no matches on ground and I feel like betting. I prefer waiting till the real tournament starts in order to have a good concentration on the game and on my analysis.

Even though everyone is busy with the unfinished World Cup, it is indeed very interesting that the new Champions League season is getting closer. Of course, this is highly anticipated because there will be many new players in several clubs and there will also be clubs that become dark horses, of course I want to see the Italian club COMO which is playing for the first time in the Champions League in the 2026/2027 season, of course there will be more and more small clubs that will become competitors for big clubs.

Though i do not support Arsenal's all in defense system in the Champions League final but we can't even shame them for that because of the team they met at the finals, it was as if that defensive gameplay helped Arsenal not to concede a lot of goals. We shouldn't forget what happened to Inter Milan when they met PSG at the final, they went on attacking formation but what happened to them, they got beaten 5:0 by same PSG, what about Bayern Munich? same thing still happened to them in the first leg when they tried to attack PSG, though they succeeded in scoring along but in the end they still lost.

The advice here should be that big teams that plays defensive should be selective on the opponents they can apply a defensive gameplay, it shouldn't be all their opponents. When they meet easy opponents they use more attacking system then when they meet other big teams they can apply the defensive style. What saved Arsenal from conceding many goals against PSG was because of their defensive approach, if they had gone attacking PSG they would have conceded many goals because PSG knows the counter attack pattern more than any other team in the world.

If it were to come against the Arsenal team or Manchester United, it will be extremely difficult for Arsenal to survive it, Arsenal did their own bit and impressed everyone with their winning streaks even at a time we think they cannot continue but they still went ahead and pushed harder to get to the final. Betting before the new season starts is a huge mistake, as teams are still developing and there are still plenty of surprises to come after the World Cup. After all, many new stars emerge after the World Cup, and each team will be competing for these players to strengthen their squads.

If we bet now, we can only analyze the team's performance this season, even though next season will see many changes for each team. I also believe that players who perform well in the World Cup will have the same impact on their respective teams, especially if they win the World Cup trophy. Currently, I see most Real Madrid players performing exceptionally for their respective countries, such as Vini, Arda, Valverde, Jude, and Mbappe. Based on the UEFA website released, the schedule match for Champions League first qualifying round will play at 7 July for the first leg and second leg match will play one week later, there are have 10 matches and most of matches I don't know more the club participants but its great opportunity to make the club more popular if can qualify participants at Champion League.

First round qualifying I don't think good ideas placing bet because you don't know more and detailing about the club, their performance at domestic league and most important many of club participants at qualifier match have break for one months ago after the domestic league ended.

I disagree, Arsenal had easy route to the final than PSG, Arsenal player, Sporting, Bayern Lekusan, Altetico Madrid while PSG played Liverpool, Chelsea, Bayern munich. Even at the finals Arsenal performed badly if you watch the game you will agree with me PSG was the only best team in that game , they outshined Arsenal and defeated them, Arsenal only came to defend, they baked bus and still lost the game.

Luis Enrique was the smarter manager in the champions league finals, and we saw how he was able to come this far while applying this same strategy in their other games in the competition. They have really managed their way through to the finals and it was all successful because of the strategy they used. Every game has a different plan and a different strategy to make them be ahead of their opponent. And I will say this really worked for him till the finals. Arsenal could have learn from that and at least surprise him by changing their strategy in the finals but they still maintained their defensive game and didn’t work for them throughout the 90 minutes of play.

The champions league is a competition that you’ll need to keep thinking outside of the box and how you’ll turn things around to be in your favour even during gameplay. This is what some managers lack, when they already began with a strategy, they stick to it and not try to change it even though it doesn’t look to be in their favour as the game is still ongoing. Next season will be another tough battle, but I still see Arsenal as a major contender for the title alongside the defending champions, PSG. Until the World Cup is over, we will be anticipating for the beginning of the new season for club football to start.

I don't want to bet even on the group games of the main stage, let alone the qualifying ones  Although it's probably possible to bet on totals in games featuring a clear favorite and an underdog, there are plenty of unbalanced pairings there. However, I don't follow this market very closely. Perhaps after the World Cup ends, I'll run out of options, and out of boredom and anticipation for the main season, I'll try to explore these markets.

Assuming Tuchel took Luke Shaw and Maguire to the world cup, it would have strengthened the Manchester united defense the more and also if Maino could have some playing time, it would boost his confidence to do more.

And I don't agree with what you are saying when it comes to the competition. There is no way that you will call it easy to the top because we all saw the way Arsenal were committed, so I don't think it was easy for them and every other club that participated. It is not going to be possible that their effort will not be appreciated, and mentioning them does not matter at this point, and PSG have already won, and we have accepted our defeat.

And at least we made it to the finals, and we are going to find a way to do better at this point. What will matter next season is going to be our target now, and I am expecting us to do better because when it comes to the Champions League, qualifying alone is something.

As far as I remember, Arsenal only had four shots in the final match and had almost no possession. They were trying to protect their early goal. They didn't play enjoyable football at all. Paris Saint-Germain launched many attacks on Arsenal's goal. As a result, they scored a goal, took the match to extra time, and won on penalties. Luck was definitely on Arsenal's side, because they were drawn against much weaker teams than Paris Saint-Germain.

Manchester United are definitely a more promising team than they have been in recent years, and we think they have found a new way to go under Michael Carrick. They have also bought some players who are currently playing very well for the team, such as the Brazilian Cunha, who played very well for Manchester United last season and is currently performing well for Brazil in the FIFA World Cup. On the other hand, we can see that Rashford is back in Man United, which will make this team even stronger in the upcoming season and they will be able to make great progress in the upcoming UEFA Champions League and it seems to me that this team will try to stay ahead of the title race in the upcoming PL season.
