Carrick has added new things to the way Manchester United play as well. He is really a promising manager for them. However I don't see their current squad good enough to play big in the Champions League.

PSG has a lot of money. They have not been stingy in strengthening  the squad and buying players. With a lot of money, an experienced manager like Luis enrique has been associated with it. And with the help of this, psg  won two consecutive champions leagues. This season, they have not made any changes  to the squad. And as usual, the team has performed excellently this season too. Luis enrique has managed the team quite well. They have  won both the ligue 1 and champions league titles. Next season, Enrique will probably want to strengthen the  squad a bit. I am waiting to see which players psg  is interested in adding to the squad.

I think PSG What changed PSG was not only Mbappe departure, but also the way the club approached to recruitment and restructuring the team, looking at the players now they look more committed and doing well rather than relying on one individual.

I feel the coming of Louis Enrique systematically change the club, as he was able to move from individualistic football to selecting players that are committed to the team's good, because if you want to look at history, this was a PSG team that had the likes of Lionel Messi, Mbappe and even Sergio Ramos, yet they didn't get this solid, and this goes to tell you that football sometimes is not really about the big names, but building a team around what you have.

Based on Manchester United's results last season, I'm starting to have no doubts that Michael Carrick truly possesses the ability to polish and shape the tactics of the Manchester United players. carrick  did a good job and the fact that they did not qualify for the champions league last season made them stronger and they become more serious and that is what i wanted for chelsea also because when you dont qualify you will do everything in your power to actually want to qualify,  and it seems like carrick  is going to be bringing in some fresh blood but i dont think any form of annocement have been made, and its a great opportunity for them to o better.

Every team obviously like to be active in the transfer market when the transfer windows is open, for some they get some of the very best editions to their team while others lose some of their good qualities. PSG as it is have got quality players on every wing for real, Barcola even gets to come from the bench, G. Ramos too and they’ve got a tactical coach to go with it.

Certainly with 2 trophies in a row, they would take that for a motivation to go for the third, if they could manage it, I still have a lot of doubts on that but, we would find it.

Now is the right time to determine if Carrick is really the best coach for Manchester United, firstly we’re going to judge base on the transfer and new signings. Football fans always lookup to these moment, I’m sure Carrick is selectively going to choose the perfect players for the club definitely he has all the time he needs viewing how Manchester United started doing well since when he joined the club, United made it to top 5 and they’re already qualified, we all thought this move will not happen this season yet Carrick brought back the club to life, certainly he’s going for the trophy next season no doubt.

Enrique showed me the importance of having a competent coach and seeing this past seasons tells us that a team might look mid, but a good manager elevates the team to a whole new level.

What a very good and competent coach can achieve with any team that they manage is more than what we can imagine sometimes, the coach has always got that impact on a team that you cannot undermine and that is why the performance of a team is often blamed on the coach at almost all times, Enrique had a vision for the team and was able to transcribe it into reality through his players.

They won by cheating in Ligue 1 (postponing Ligue 1 games so they could rest and be fresher for the Champions League games), they benefited from a lot of help the referee gave them in the final against Arsenal, and they were lucky in the penalty shootout. Honestly, this team is using its financial power to get far. I'm a PSG fan

but I definitely don't agree with everything they did this season to win the Champions League, and I even bet on them to win against Arsenal because I thought they would play a clean game, but I confess I was disappointed during the match. It might have just been my impression that the referee favored them during the final.

Spoken like Arsenal weren't given the easiest path to the final and still only get through those games with boring 1-0 winnings. In the finals,  the officiating was fair. Arsenal started wasting time just before half time but were surprised they were not given time to take their corner. Saka handed the ball even though it's due to vague rules that it wasn't given and that was never a penalty against Madueke because he intentionally wrapped his hands around Mendes fell down. Should've been a yellow card for Madueke in all fairness.

Yes, they don’t actually have weak position that is obvious, but there are teams that are better than them, I just feel like they have good coach that knows how to arrange his players to win every match, but I am sure they will not go higher next season because even in the finals, they didn’t play as expected despite the fact they win the final on penalties, because many of us were expecting a final like that of Inter Milan, but Arsenal did well to match them to the penalties.

I think next season’s champions league will be very tough, so many teams will come with strong squad, I will expect another team to win the final next season, not Real Madrid and not PSG; it will be between Bayern Munich and Arsenal.

Carrick actually surprised many of us with this result  and with this I'm sure Carrick will do great in the coming seasons,  because he have'nt spend much time and already do what many did'nt expect you can see that if he is given enough time his going to do many  things that we didnt even expect.

Nobody was expecting a final like the one against Inter Milan as Arsenal was by far the strongest defending team in the Champions League. I bet that rarely anybody thought there would be five goals against Arsenal. It was clear right from the beginning that Arsenal will defend well and PSG would have to be patient and hope for a few key moments when they could exploit a lack of concentration. They could never use their fast attacks as Arsenal shut those down 95% of the time by standing deep in their own half and with at least eight players, perfectly distributed and structured. That is what they did all season long.

Often times it is about balance within the squad and I think PSG is the best balanced team at the moment.

Manchester United team has shown surprise towards the end of the season, this new season will perform well from the beginning. I see such promise from their performance because they will fulfill the expectations of the fans by performing well. Yes the success of a team depends mainly on the competency and leadership knowledge of the coach in charge and not the depth or quality of players present in the team. A team may be filled with quality and consistent players but once there coach lacks management qualities,  the team will end up winning nothing at all time.
One perfect example i don't forget  is that of Manchester United,  before all started working for them they have hired and sacked a lot of coaches that invested heavily in player purchasing but all efforts turned zero but when Carrick came he singlehandedly identified the teams problem and made the team one of the best in England now.

PSG had more than a decade of spending money and buying star players including three world class players Messi, Neymar and Mbappe. However they only got massive success and won UEFA Champions League titles after they let Neymar, Messi and Mbappe moving to other clubs. Neymar and Messi left first, and PSG tried to do something with Mbappe but failed, Enrique failed to convince Mbappe contributing more for the club in proactively defense and running more when he is not in attacking situations.

Mbappe disagreed with Enriqued and they failed together but latest success of PSG after a transfer of Mbappe to Real Madrid two seasons ago is like a strong evidence and result to prove that PSG and Enrique were right while Mbappe was wrong. Real Madrid and Jose Mourinho will have to enlighten Mbappe and changing him in order to become stronger and win La Liga and Champions League titles next seasons.

I agree with you that a coach has to be responsible for the rise of a team. When the club performs well, everyone praises him and blames him for the poor performance of the team. As we saw last season, many blamed Carlo Ancelotti for the poor performance of Real Madrid, instead of blaming the players. The team management removed the coach from his position and appointed a new coach Xabi Alonso but this season he could not take the team to a satisfactory level, so he was also removed and Alvaro Arbeloa was given the responsibility of managing the last few matches of the season. He also failed and recently Mourinho was appointed as the new coach.

This example shows that the best performance of a team depends largely on the skills and tactics of the coach, but the number of star players in Real Madrid is much more than any other club. Luis Enrique has won the Champions League trophy for two consecutive seasons and although the number of star players in the team is not very many, he has achieved his target through young players.
