But good job on the slots library! tons of providers are supported... Perhaps the team could also add more promo, maybe some nice challenges that small and big fishes could enjoy.
I made account in your platform and everything went smooth even the confirmation email arrived very fast... My assessment is that you have a very cool casino...
Thanks for the awesome feedback,
Potato Chips and
adultcrypto! We are glad the registration process was smooth and that you enjoyed the
Slots selection. Lady Luck can be tough on a bonus run, but we appreciate you giving us a thorough test drive!
Regarding promotions, you read our minds. We are absolutely working on some unique
Challenges and promos designed for both casual players and high rollers. Stay tuned!

Odds are they hired a manager or have been consulting with someone already... @OP welcome to the forum.
Thanks for the welcome,
yahoo62278! And thank you
CryptSafe for the recommendation. We haven't hired or consulted anyone yet but we know BitcoinTalk has some legendary campaign managers, and we'll definitely weigh our options carefully when we are ready to open up applications for our campaign.

the website UI looks oddly similar to another casino... is allstars.io connected to any other casino OP?
Hey
Zwei, welcome to the thread and thanks for the question!
To be completely direct: No,
Allstars.io is not connected to, owned by, or affiliated with the casino you are thinking of (or any other brand). We are a completely different company with entirely independent ownership, management, and team. In fact, we are direct competitors!
The similarity you are seeing simply comes down to the fact that we happen to use the same, or parts of the same, technical platform that a few other sites use. But behind the scenes, we are 100% independent.

Website design and colors look good but I couldn't get into the sportsbook after a couple of attempts, keeps getting a "Failed to initialize sportsbook" message. Regarding the Anonymous tag, in what circumstances will you normally require KYC?
Thanks for the compliments on the design,
Upgrade00!
Regarding the Sportsbook error: It is fully live and operational on our end, so a "Failed to initialize" error usually points to a region restriction coming from our odds provider feeds. If you want us to look into it, please drop us a quick PM with your general location or the VPN node you are using and we'll take it from there. would love to have you get the full experience!
On the KYC question: We addressed this a few posts above. To recap shortly,
Allstars.io does not require KYC for regular players to register, play, or withdraw. The clause you found in our Terms of Service is a standard security fallback that basically all legitimate platforms have. It is strictly there to protect us against blatant criminal fraud, severe promo abuse, or malicious automated bot networks. To put it in perspective: in over 4 months of active operations with thousands of active players,
we have requested KYC exactly once (due to a fraud attempt). Any honest player will never see a prompt here.
We know the community won't just take our word for this on day one, especially since there are plenty of examples on the forum where platforms promised one thing and did another. Real trust is earned, and we fully expect that as users play here over time, our track record will speak for itself and give you total peace of mind regarding this! 🦍🚀
