Then it is misleading to not declare their stand because I asked customer service and I got a no KYC for an answer then why misleading the public to get traffic and after you start demanding KYC just to scare people. Is should not be that way, it would be better to keg the community know their intentions about KYC early enough before they register because I see these days that has been a strategy by new generational casinos to lure people into their casino and after everything they demand for your KYC before you can withdraw. I have had this experience in the past so I know what I am saying.  Of a casino would in the future demand for KYC then they should make it clear that the demand for KYC upon registration and not play with people's intelligence.

Just to quickly clear up the confusion that popped up right after your post: Allstars.io does not require KYC for regular players to register, play, or withdraw. Our support team told you the truth.

Like any legitimate platform, our Terms of Service do include a standard security fallback where we retain the right to request verification, but this is strictly to prevent blatant fraud, promo abuse, or malicious bot networks. To put it in perspective: in over 4 months of active operations with thousands of players, we have requested KYC exactly once (due to attempted fraud).

We completely understand the frustration with casinos that use KYC as a trap to lock up honest player funds. We don't do that. Unless someone is actively trying to exploit the system, a player will never see a KYC prompt here.

I made account in your platform and everything went smooth even the confirmation email arrived very fast and the account was made accessible. Regarding the Sportsbook error: It is fully live and operational on our end, so a "Failed to initialize" error usually points to a region restriction coming from our odds provider feeds. If you want us to look into it, please drop us a quick PM with your general location or the VPN node you are using and we'll take it from there. would love to have you get the full experience!

On the KYC question: We addressed this a few posts above. To recap shortly, Allstars.io does not require KYC for regular players to register, play, or withdraw.

The clause you found in our Terms of Service is a standard security fallback that basically all legitimate platforms have. It is strictly there to protect us against blatant criminal fraud, severe promo abuse, or malicious automated bot networks. To put it in perspective: in over 4 months of active operations with thousands of active players, we have requested KYC exactly once (due to a fraud attempt). Any honest player will never see a prompt here.

I'm not answering for them but from what I know, no casino is completely KYC free. They may use that clause to attract players to their platform but they always add the "reserve the right ask for KYC" statement which they use to protect themselves from the authorities or to use in case of serious violations of their rules. If I don't see such statement in the terms and conditions, sometimes I feel uncomfortable thinking the casinos might be up for something fishy.

I think it is not necessary and now I see all the things from your sportsbooks. I think it was my internet problem that was causing it to not work because when I got the registration confirmation I went straight to the sportsbook and everything was there which is now. It is after that that I have had the problem and now I am impressed by your attention and am slowly getting more and more interested in it.
