I know about the default min base bet when opening the game but the fact is that the screenshot is taken on the winning bet which logically the bet amount shown should be the amount used for the winning unless this provider works differently.
Since this provider is under hacksaw, it should be the same as hacksaw in general but I have never been given FS like this on any hacksaw games or other providers under hacksaw so maybe it is something new for me.

Surprisingly I was able to open their games when I checked for his case but now I'm also experiencing the same thing as him.
It should not be related to my ISP because I can accessed it before with the same ISP and my internet connection is good enough.
FYI: It is not only the slot used for the free spins but I cant access all other games from the external providers.
As they claim to be VPN friendly, I also tried to use VPN from few different country's IP but it does not help.

Hey panjul07, there was no separation or tiering between users on the promotion. What you saw in Teethow's screenshot ($2) was just the provider's default minimum base bet display after the free rounds finished, not the actual value per free spin. His free spins were on the 0.1 value.

Regarding the issue loading games: our site and providers are working normally on our end, so this sounds like a local routing or ISP block issue (which can sometimes persist even across basic VPN servers if the IP range is flagged by the provider). No i got 50x $0.1 spins too, its just that i took the SS at then end of the 50 free rounds which reset the bet size

The issue I was facing was resolved some time ago. I'm not sure why I was having this issue, as I did what the support agent instructed, and the problem was resolved when the casino representative checked directly.
I think they're very responsive to user issues.

Two days ago, if I'm not mistaken, I played without any issues, I play only a few spins.
