Based on the screenshot you shared of your winning spin, the basebet is $2 while knuckey is offered $0.1 per spin which is the same offer as what I received.
I don't think his base bet is $2. That's just the default number whenever you open a slot game (see image below).
You could clearly see in his screenshot that it says: FREE ROUNDS COMPLETED, which means he used free spins, probably at the same value as what you received.
I know about the default min base bet when opening the game but the fact is that the screenshot is taken on the winning bet which logically the bet amount shown should be the amount used for the winning unless this provider works differently.
Since this provider is under hacksaw, it should be the same as hacksaw in general but I have never been given FS like this on any hacksaw games or other providers under hacksaw so maybe it is something new for me.

I just checked their site, and their slot game seems to load just fine. Perhaps it's due to your ISP or internet connection.

The issue is the same as what experienced by Strongkored as posted
hereSurprisingly I was able to open their games when I checked for his case but now I'm also experiencing the same thing as him.
It should not be related to my ISP because I can accessed it before with the same ISP and my internet connection is good enough.
FYI: It is not only the slot used for the free spins but I cant access all other games from the external providers.
As they claim to be VPN friendly, I also tried to use VPN from few different country's IP but it does not help.
