Fatigued to say the LEAST from all these "pop up" casinos that start off BEAUTIFULLY, and then over time get greedy and shady as fugg.
I have tried contacting Paul Martens directly through Telegram, email, VIP support, and every other avenue available to me. Months later, I am still getting ignored.
At this point, I feel the community deserves answers.
Here's the issue:
A close friend of mine received approximately $656 for his monthly bonus after wagering around $65,000 during the qualifying period.
Meanwhile, I wagered approximately $850,000-$1,000,000 and received only $606.
How does that make any sense?
Before anyone says "different VIP formulas," let me be clear:
My concern isn't that Winna pays less than other casinos. My concern is that players with dramatically different wagering volumes appear to be receiving virtually identical monthly rewards. whereas with Stake its entirely
That raises serious questions about consistency, transparency, and how VIP rewards are actually calculated.
For comparison:
On Stake, during a similar period, I wagered approximately $876,723 with similar profitability and received over $7,600 in monthly rewards plus weekly bonuses exceeding $1,000.
Again, I understand every casino has different systems.
What I don't understand is how a player wagering nearly one million dollars can receive essentially the same monthly reward as someone wagering a fraction of that amount.
This isn't only about me.

Whether Winna agrees with those complaints or not, the perception is becoming a serious problem.
What frustrates me most is the complete lack of communication.
A friend of mine was personally told by Paul months ago:
"I'll look into it and get back to you Monday."
Monday came and went.
Three months later?
Nothing.
No update.
No response.
No follow-up.
Meanwhile, loyal players continue being ignored.
I've referred players to Winna.
I've promoted the site.
I've defended the platform.
Now I'm starting to regret doing so.
I am not asking for special treatment.
I am asking for:
Fairness Transparency Consistency Communication
If there was a mistake, fix it! automation can do that sometimes!.
If there is a legitimate explanation, provide it.
If VIP calculations are working as intended, explain how they are determined.
Because from where I'm sitting, the numbers simply don't add up.

Many loyal players are becoming increasingly frustrated, and people are starting to take their action elsewhere.
