Fatigued to say the LEAST from all these "pop up" casinos that start off BEAUTIFULLY, and then over time get greedy and shady as fugg.

I have tried contacting Paul Martens directly through Telegram, email, VIP support, and every other avenue available to me. Months later, I am still getting ignored.

At this point, I feel the community deserves answers.

Here's the issue:

A close friend of mine received approximately $656 for his monthly bonus after wagering around $65,000 during the qualifying period.

Meanwhile, I wagered approximately $850,000-$1,000,000 and received only $606.

How does that make any sense?

Before anyone says "different VIP formulas," let me be clear:

My concern isn't that Winna pays less than other casinos. My concern is that players with dramatically different wagering volumes appear to be receiving virtually identical monthly rewards. whereas with Stake its entirely

That raises serious questions about consistency, transparency, and how VIP rewards are actually calculated.

For comparison:

On Stake, during a similar period, I wagered approximately $876,723 with similar profitability and received over $7,600 in monthly rewards plus weekly bonuses exceeding $1,000.

Again, I understand every casino has different systems.

What I don't understand is how a player wagering nearly one million dollars can receive essentially the same monthly reward as someone wagering a fraction of that amount.

This isn't only about me.

Bitcointalk has multiple threads discussing:

VIP reward inconsistencies
Lack of transparency
VIP match disputes
Players feeling ignored b`y management
Long-term customers moving their action elsewhere

Whether Winna agrees with those complaints or not, the perception is becoming a serious problem.

What frustrates me most is the complete lack of communication.

A friend of mine was personally told by Paul months ago:

"I'll look into it and get back to you Monday."

Monday came and went.

Three months later?

Nothing.

No update.

No response.

No follow-up.

Meanwhile, loyal players continue being ignored.

I've referred players to Winna.

I've promoted the site.

I've defended the platform.

Now I'm starting to regret doing so.

I am not asking for special treatment.

I am asking for:

Fairness
Transparency
Consistency
Communication

If there was a mistake, fix it! automation can do that sometimes!.

If there is a legitimate explanation, provide it.

If VIP calculations are working as intended, explain how they are determined.

Because from where I'm sitting, the numbers simply don't add up.

It’s a combination of total wager and PnL since this casino copy Stake bonus structure that hides the actual computation.

You should ask your friend what is his PnL and compared it to your PnL since this is a factor for this type of casino bonus including your VIP level. You just mentioned the difference on wager volume but if you are in profit like 100K while your friend bust 30K bankroll then that will be a huge factor on their calculations depending on the formula they are using.

I’m also interested to know how they calculate bonus if they are willing to disclose it.

Did you track the bonuses you and your friend received for other months? Was it similar as this with different wagering amounts?

Until they give more explanation on their bonus calculations, what I'm most bothered about is the lack of communication. VIP players usually get dedicated support that responds asap, you should bebgettun thatvsnply cause of your monthly wager.

Each site is different as far as how they calculate the bonus and you already know that. Other factors also come into play, recent deposits, profit/loss, wagered amount, VIP level and who knows what else they pop in their formula.

What it boils down to is, are you happy playing there? If you don't like the rewards they offer, play elsewhere. Making this post is not going to force them to give you more money, likely isn't even going to get you a response. Casinos are pretty secretive when it comes to internal shit.

I don't see it a subject in Reputation either, or in Scam Accusations as well. He can just discuss this in their ANN thread. And as you have already said, if you don't like their reward structure, go search for the one you think it is suitable for you. Blaming a casino for his system standards wouldn't make them change it or refrain from rewarding the amount he has already get. At some point it is like a childish behavior.

Here you can just choose to walk out and change the casino/platform. If you cannot deal a better agreement (like with VIP) just migrate your status.
There are "rules" that they use for giving these bonus and most of times (excluding trivial amount) they are giving to player that lose money.

OP you know the best thing to do right now. If they haven't scammed you or blocked your withdrawals. There is a huge number of casinos out there and some of them offer nice bonuses plus excellent customer care. Why are you still stuck in a place where you feel you don't matter? Where the customer care ignores you for days or months? Isn't this a sign for you to move onto the next good service? It's not like you are tethered to one casino all your lifetime.
